Short-term agricultural machinery rental system has been operated by agricultural extension organization of local government (agricultural technology center) and sponsored by Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Rural Affairs, to improve utilization efficiency and save agricultural production cost through joint utilization of agricultural machinery. This study was conducted to analyze current status of the rental system operation and provide recommendations for future direction. Question survey was conducted for officers in charge of the rental system in the technology center, and strategic improvement was suggested through importance performance analysis (IPA). Survey results showed that 11 issues should be reformed or improved by 2015, which is not practically feasible. IPA analysis resulted that administration and manpower support, cooperation between federal and local organizations, and cooperation with other organizations should be focused for successful operation of the rental system. Issues that seem to happen after 2015 need to be handled as future research.

서울 지역 대학생 250명을 대상으로 2008년 10월 6일부터 10월 10일까지 커피전문점의 이용 실태를 연구하였으며, 자료 분석을 위해서는 SPSS프로그램을 이용하여 통계처리 하였다. 조사 대상자들의 커피전문점에 대한 중요도와 수행도를 5점 척도 방법으로 조사한 결과, 중요도는 4.03점, 수행도는 3.01점으로 나타났다. 커피전문점에 대한 중요도와 수행도를 격자도로 보여주는 IPA 분석을 살펴 본 결과, 중요하지만 불만이 있는 항목으로는 실내 위생 상태, 종업원의 개인 위생 정도, 커피 기구 등의 위생 관리 상태, 얼음의 위생 상태, 사용되는 물의 위생 관리 상태, 제품의 냉장 보관 상태, 커피 가격이 해당되었다.

The mandatory installation of the ECDIS (Electronic Chart Display and Information System) became an important navigational equipment for navigation officer. In addition, ECDIS is a key component of the ship's digitalization in conjunction with various navigational equipment. Meanwhile, cyber-attacks emerge as a new threat along with digitalization. Damage caused by cyber-attacks is also reported in the shipping sector, and IMO recommends that cybersecurity guidelines be developed and included in International Security Management (ISM). This study analyzed the cybersecurity hazards of ECDIS, where various navigational equipment are connected. To this end, Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) was conducted on navigation officer using ECDIS. As a result, the development of technologies for cyber-attack detection and prevention should be priority. In addition, policies related to 'Hardware and Software upgrade', 'network access control', and 'data backup and recovery' were analyzed as contents to be maintained. This paper is significant in deriving risk factors from the perspective of ECDIS users and analyzing their priorities, and it is necessary to analyze various cyber-attacks that may occur on ships in the future.

The purpose of this study was to identify learners' perception of teaching activities in online classes that were forcibly switched due to COVID-19, and to compare and analyze differences in importance and performance of online teaching activities according to the level of self-directed learning in university students. To address these goals, 31 university students who took courses operated as online classes at university participated in this study, and the collected data were analyzed according to IPA procedures and methods. As a result, for online teaching activities, class attendance check and encouragement, clarity of class objectives, the ability to deliver the content of learning, and the ability of the instructor to deliver lectures were identified as factors to be constantly emphasized. Depending on the level of self-directed learning, there were significant differences between importance and performance in high level learners' interaction strategy with instructor, interaction strategy with learner, and timely provision of instructor's feedback. On the other hand, there was no significant difference between the importance and performance of online teaching activities for learners with a low level of self-directed learning. Based on these research results, several implications for the design of effective online teaching activities in future university education were proposed.

The purpose of this study is to investigate IPA(Importance Performance Analysis) of the hospital choice factor between internal and external customers at S general hospital. This study was used 5 types of choice factors such as physical, interpersonal, accessibility, connection, and image. This study was used Importance Performance Analysis which can be applied to identify the strengths and weaknesses attributes from hospital customers' viewpoint. The sample was selected 116 patients and 97 internal employees for S hospital in Seoul. Data were collected with self-reported questionnaires from April 1 to 29 in 2012 and analyzed by paired t-test, scatter plot graph. The result of the study was that the perceptional gaps between internal and external consumers were existed in physical, connection and image factors, except interpersonal, accessibility. The "Keep up the good work" quadrant was interpersonal factor, and the "Low Priority" quadrant was accessibility. The findings of this study will be applied to make hospital strategic decision making and to improve marketing service quality in administrative department of hospital.

The purpose of the study is to examine the importance and performance degrees between Selection Attributes of American beef by IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) for university students in Seoul and Gyeonggi Area. A total of 590 questionnaires were distributed, and 481 questionnaires were used in the study (81.5% of response rate). According to the IPA results of 12 selection attributes for American beef, the selection attributes with relatively low satisfaction but high importance(II quadrant) were 'country of origin', 'safety', 'cleanliness and hygiene'. The factor to be improved relatively through to the results of IPA was consumer confidence factor ('country of origin', 'safety', 'cleanliness and hygiene') and it was confirmed that university students had a low satisfaction in large degrees compared to the significance of American beef. Therefore, recovery of consumer confidence of American beef is urgent as well as the need to increase satisfaction of consumers. From now on, based on these results, it is considered that many efforts are necessary to increase the trust of consumers by planting awareness that American beef is safe by setting institutional conditions to vitalize purchase of American beef. Moreover, it is considered that these efforts would be significant for the vitalization of restaurants with beef as their main menu, and vitalization of consumption of Korean beef as well as American beef henceforth.

Purpose - Despite the structural irrationality of multi-level transportation and the oil price rise, the domestic freight transportation market continues to grow, mirroring the rise in e-commerce and resultant increase in courier services and freight volumes. Several studies on courier services have been conducted. However, few studies or statistics have been published regarding regular freight services although they have played a role in the freight service market. The present study identifies the characteristics of regular freight service users to seek competitiveness enhancement measures specific to regular freight services. Research design, data, and methodology - IPA is a comparative analysis of the relative importance of and satisfaction with each attribute simultaneously. This study used IPA because it facilitates the process of analyzing importance and performance, deriving implications and a visual understanding of results. To enhance the competitiveness of regular freight services, this study surveyed its current users regarding the importance of the regular freight service factors. A total of 200 copies of a questionnaire were circulated and 190 copies were returned. In addition to demographics, respondents answered questions about the importance of and satisfaction with services on a 5-point Likert scale. Excluding 3 inappropriate copies, 187 out of 190 copies were analyzed. PASW Statistics 18 was used for statistical analysis. A total of 20 question items were selected for the service factors presented in the questionnaire based on the 1st pilot survey and previous studies. Results - According to the IPA performed to compare the importance of and satisfaction with service factors, both importance and satisfaction are high in the 1st quadrant, which involves the economic advantage of using regular freight services, quick arrival at destinations, weight freight handling, and less time constraints on freight receipt/dispatch. This area requires continuous management. Satisfaction is higher than importance in the 2nd quadrant, which involves the adequacy of freight, cost savings over ordinary courier services, notification on freight arrival, and freight tracking information. This area requires intensive investment and management. Satisfaction is lower than importance in the 3rd quadrant, involving the credit card payment system, courier delivery service, distance to freight handling sites, easy access to freight handling sites, and prompt problem solving. This area requires further intensive management. Both importance and satisfaction are low in the 4th quadrant, involving the availability of collection service, storage space at freight handling sites, kindness of collection/delivery staff, kindness of outlet staff, and easy delivery checks. This area is a set of variables should be excluded from priority control targets. Conclusions - Based on the IPA, service factors that need priority controls because of high importance and low satisfaction include the credit card payment system, delivery service, distance to freight handling sites, easy access to freight handling sites, and prompt problem solving. The findings need to be applied to future marketing strategies for regular freight services and for developing competitiveness enhancement programs.

The purposes of the study is to evaluate the discrepancy between user's expectation and satisfaction degree in the service of uTradeHub. In this regard, this study infers general solutions in order to induce the intersection area using IPA technique. Then this paper will present directions to improve the service of uTradeHub. In terms of methodology, this article disclosed that IPA model approach is greatly useful to evaluate user's attribute. First, variables like the link of different works(f1), trust of system(f4), information connection(f7) are located on the first quadrant. This means that importance and satisfaction are all high variables for user. So, this is very important variables that need continuous administration in order to maintain present state. Second, variables such as the speed of information acquisition(f2), improvement of use(f3), stability of system(f5) are located on the second quadrant. This means that user's importance is high but user's satisfaction is low. Therefore, this area needs an active improvement strategy and quick maintenance for e-Trade application. Third, variables like the appropriateness of information usage fees(f8), easy subscription(f9), customer support service(f10) are located on the third quadrant. Because these variables are all low for user's importance and satisfaction, we have to arrange strong and radical remedy for e-Trade service. Finally, variables like information offer(f6) are located on the fourth quadrant. This means that user's satisfaction is high but user's importance is low. The research result suggests that e-Trade service development would be re-organised as much as user feels the importance of process innovation.

CM시장의 성장은 CM전문가의 활동 영역을 확대시키는 긍정적인 기회와 함께 CM전문가 직업윤리의 확보 제고라는 도전도 함께 던지고 있다. CM전문가 직업윤리의 확보 제고는 개인적인 차원에 국한되는 것이 아니라 CM기업적 산업적 차원에서도 중요한 의미를 지닌다. 본 논문의 목적은 CM전문가에게 요구되는 직업윤리의 중요도와 현재 수준을 비교 분석하여 주요 특징과 시사점을 도출하는 데 있으며, 이를 위해 중요도-실행도 분석(Importance-Performance Analysis)기법을 분석 도구로 활용하였다. 연구 결과, 발주자에게 성실하고 질 높은 CM서비스를 제공하고 이를 제공할 수 있는 CM역량을 보유하는 것이 CM전문가에게 요구되는 가장 중요한 직업윤리로 나타났다. 그러나 현 수준은 이에 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났으며 기업규모 및 직급에 따라 CM전문가의 직업윤리를 바라보는 시각에 유사점과 차이점이 있다는 것을 발견할 수 있었다.

본 연구는 장애인거주시설 종사자의 인권의 중요도 인식과 현재 실행도와의 차이를 비교하여 향후 시설에서 해결되어 할 인권문제의 기초자료를 도출하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 부산지역 장애인거주시설 종사자 539명을 대상으로 장애인거주시설 인권의 인식 수준과 실행수준은 어느 정도인지, 중요도 인식과 현재 실행도 간의 차이가 존재하는지에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 장애인거주시설 종사자의 인권 실천의 중요도와 실행도의 기술통계 결과, 중요도(전체 평균 6.27)에 비해 실행도(전체 평균 6.07)가 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 장애인 인권 실천 항목들에 대해서 장애인거주시설 종사자가 인식하고 있는 중요도와 실제 실천 정도는 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 인권 실천 하위영역별로 보았을 때 정치권/법 절차적 권리를 제외하고 자유권, 생존권, 사회권의 중요도와 실행도의 평균차이는 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 실천적 함의와 향후 과제를 제언하였다.
