In this paper, we investigate the issues on the design and implementation of tele-operation system based on the haptic interface. Here, the 3-DOF haptic device and the X-Y-Z stage are employed as master controller and slave system respectively. For this master-slave system, the force feedback algorithm, the modeling of virtual environments and the control method of X-Y-Z stage are presented. In this paper, internet network is used for data communication between master and slave. We construct virtual environment of the real convex surface from the force-feedback in controlling the X-Y-Z stage and measuring the force applied by the 3-DOF haptic device.

최근 국 내외 의료계와 정부는 병원에서 발생하는 진료기록들을 디지털화하여 모든 의료 기관의 전자의료기록을 네트워크로 통합하여 공유하는 첨단 의료정보화에 많은 관심을 가지고 있다. 본 연구는 의료기관의 정보시스템 구축 사례연구로서 조선대학병원의 전자의무기록(EMR: Electronic Medical Record)시스템의 구축 과정을 소개하고 있다. 정보 시스템의 도입에서부터 활용단계까지 Cooper and Zmud(1990)가 제시한 정보시스템 구축 모델을 기반으로 조선대학병원의 EMR 구축 사례를 연구하여 병원정보시스템의 특성과 이슈들을 명확히 하고, 향후 EMR시스템을 도입하고자 하는 의료기관에 유익한 정보를 제공하고자 한다.

This study conducted frequency analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, and correlation analysis to determine the impact of quality control managers' perception and implementation of KS certification factory inspection evaluation items on follow-up management. Through a multiple linear regression model, the influence of KS certification officer's awareness and implementation of KS certification factory inspection on post management was found to have a positive (+) influence on post management, with implementation having a greater influence on post management than awareness. It was having an impact. The independent variable (perception) has a statistically significant impact on the mediating variable (execution), and in the stage of verifying the mediating effect, the influence of the independent variable (perception) on the dependent variable (follow-up management) has a statistically significant impact. , In the stage where the independent variable (perception) and the mediator (implementation) are input simultaneously, both the independent variable and the mediator have a statistically significant effect on the dependent variable, indicating that there is a mediation effect.

본 연구는 주거정책 분야에서 여론을 수렴하기 위해 블로그의 활용 가능성을 고찰하고자 한다. 이를 위해 '행복주택'을 키워드로 관련 게시글을 수집하고 주요 키워드를 추출하여 키워드 분석과 단어 군집 분석을 통해 대중들의 인식을 파악하였다. 행복주택에 대한 사회적 논의가 확산된 2013년 5월부터 2021년 8월까지 블로그 게시글 137,002개를 분석 자료로 활용하였으며, 주요 정책과 자료 수집량을 고려하여 수집 기간을 3단계로 나누어 도출된 단어를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 키워드 분석에서 전반적으로 행복주택의 위치, 세대수, 단지 및 주택 규모, 입주 가능 조건 등과 관련된 단어의 중요도가 높았다. 1단계에서는 정부 정책 시행, 2단계에서는 행복주택 신청 절차, 3단계에서는 모집공고, 입주 자격, 임대조건에 중요도가 각각 높은 것으로 나타났다. 군집 분석에서는 모든 단계에서 사업 진행, 신청 절차, 사업지역이 주요 주제로 도출되었다. 특히, 1단계에서는 정책 시행 및 추진방안, 2단계는 입주 자격 및 금융 지원, 3단계에서는 정책 시행 및 입주 자격이 주요한 주제로 도출되었다. 이러한 결과는 블로그를 통해 정책 관련 정보 공유 및 사회적 이슈 반영, 정책 전달 여부 평가, 대중의 정책 참여도 유추가 가능하며, 블로그를 여론 수렴 방법으로 활용할 가능성을 제시한 데에 의의가 있다.

In this paper we investigate the hardware implementation of block matching algorithms (BMAs) for moving sequences. Using systolic arrays we propose a hardware architecture of a two-stage BMA using integral projections which reduces greatly computational complexity with its performance comparable to that of the full search (FS). Proposed hardware architecture is faster than hardware architecture of the FS by 2~15 times. For realization of the FS and two stage BMA modeling and simulation results using SPW and VHDL are also shown.

This research presents an implementation strategy of Process Capability Index (PCI) according to the types of process characteristics. The types of process feature are classified as four perspectives of variation range, time period, error position, and process stage. The paper examines short-term or long-term PCI, within or between variation, position of precision or accuracy, and inclusion of measurement or calibration stage. Moreover, the study proposes normality test of unilateral PCI.

Analysis, design and practical implementation of a single-stage electronic ballast for compact fluorecent lamps are presented in this paper. The proposed topology is based on a single-stage ballast which combines a boost converter and a half-bridge series resonant inverter. High power factor is achieved by using the boost semi-stage operating in discontinuous conduction mode, and inverter semi-stage operated above resonant frequency to provide zero voltage switching is employed to ballast the fluorescent lamp. Analytical and experimental results from the ballast system with 36W fluorescent lamps have demonstrated the feasibility of the proposed single-stage electronic ballast.

The purpose of this study was to improve the practice of performance assessment in elementary science education and to support it according to the levels teachers' concerns. So this study was conducted by applying CBAM which is based on teachers' concern, which was designed for the investigation of the elementary science teachers' concern, their performance level, intellectual understanding, status of performance. and stage oi awareness and the connections between these factors. The study involved 311 elementary school teachers in the city of Seoul. The result of this study was as follows: First, the stage of teachers’ concerns performance assessment in science marked 49.5％, indicating that about half of the teachers was staying on the informative stage which could be generally occurring in the beginning of performance the curriculum innovation. The level of performance marked 33.8%, which was regarded as the stage of elaboration. For the category of intellectual understanding, most of the teachers didn’t fully understood the performance assessment. Regarding the status performance, 90.4％ of the teachers were implementing the assessment at the state of knowing the purpose of it. However. 40.5% of the teachers didn't fully understand the specific characteristics of the assessment. Also, the results of analyzing the teachers’ awareness on science performance assessment indicated that they have slightly positive positions. Secondly, the result of analyzing the stages of concerns for the assessment, based on the elementary school teachers' personal background, levels of implementation, and their intellectual understanding showed that the concerns were significantly different with the categories of their workplaces(p<.05). Finally, the result of analyzing the relationship among the concerns for the science performance assessment, levels of implementation and intellectual understanding indicated that there were significant differences in levels of implementation with the degree of intellectual understanding (p<.001).

본 연구에서는 인간의 촉감 메커니즘을 반영하여 햅틱 인지 요인을 적용할 수 있는 진동 촉감 인터페이스 설계 프로세스를 제안하였다. 본 프로세스는 총 4단계로 햅틱 감각의 요구사항 분석 단계, 햅틱 요소 분석 단계, 햅틱 인지 요인분석 단계, 햅틱 요구사항 상세 설계 및 시제품 구현 단계로 구성된다. 본 설계 프로세스의 장점은 햅틱 인지 요인 분석을 적용함으로써 사용자 요구사항 도출 및 구현 시 불필요한 작업들을 배제할 수 있으며, 가장 큰 특징은 인체공학적 특징을 설계에 반영할 수 있고, 사용자 평가와 사용성 테스트, 햅틱 기능 최적화 작업을 동시에 수행함으로써 시제품 개발이 완료됨과 동시에 햅틱 요구사항 명세서가 완료된다는 것이다. 본 설계 프로세스는 사용자의 요구사항에서부터 햅틱 기능 상세설계 및 시제품 구현에 대한 전체 단계를 포함하고 있어 햅틱에 대한 전문 지식이 부족한 일반 개발자들도 사용자 중심의 설계가 가능하여 일정 수준 이상의 햅틱 기능 설계 및 구현을 가능케 할 것으로 기대된다.

This study aims to analyze the features of adaptation governance of local governments by applying a multi-level governance framework, and to draw policy implications. We analyzed changes in governance of 17 metropolitan cities/provinces, and 33 municipalities in terms of horizontal and vertical cooperation in the process of developing 'The Climate Change Adaptation Action Plan' and its implementation stage. The result shows that the plan contributed to the higher level of vertical cooperation between the central and the local governments to a certain extent, however, during the implementation stage, the level of the partnership decreased due to the absence of governance mechanism. These trends were statistically significant at the level of municipalities. The role of Korea Adaptation Center for Climate Change (KACCC) was also diminished after establishing the plan. The horizontal partnership level among the relevant departments of the local governments showed no significant change as the level was low even in the planning stage. Though Public-Private Partnership (PPP) has increased a bit, it was statistically significant only in the municipalities. Moreover, there was no governance mechanism for PPP or it did not work properly. Based on the results above, it is recommended that the effectiveness of the plans should be increased and support for climate change partnerships or forums at a local level that promotes adaptive capacity is needed. The role of metropolitan cities and provinces should be strengthened through building a multi-level partnership structure. Governance institutionalizing for monitoring and evaluation is also needed.
