애니메이션에서의 동일시 효과 검증 (Verification of the Effectiveness of the Identification Directing in Animation)

  • 관객의 몰입을 유도하는데 동일시가 중요한 요소로 작용하는 것은 많은 연구를 통해서 잘 알려져 있다. 연출자가 관객으로 하여금 등장인물의 눈으로 바라 볼 수 있게 하고, 동일시되어, 영화의 상황을 이해할 수 있게 만들면 내러티브는 더욱 효과적으로 전달된다. 시각적인 측면에서 등장인물과 관객을 연결시킬 수 있는 동일시 연출 방법이 연구되었다. 본 논문에서는 연구된 동일시 연출 방법의 효과를 애니메이션비교 분석과 수용자 분석을 통해 검증하였다. 이 검증을 기반으로 실제 제작을 위한 동일시 연출의 기반을 마련하고자 한다.

Sn-3Ag-0.5Cu solder에 대한 무전해 Ni-P층의 P함량에 따른 특성 연구 (A study of properties for phosphorous content of ENIG against Sn-3Ag-0.5Cu solders)

  • ENIG(Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold) is the surface treatment method that is used most widely at fine pitch's SMT and BGA packaging process. In this paper, we have studied the effect of P content variation during ENIG process on those phenomena related to the solder joint. The effect of P content was discussed using the results obtained from FE-SEM, EPMA, EDS and FIB. Finally, it was concluded that the more P-content in Ni layer, the thicker P-rich layer.

제올라이트 NaA의 수화에 관한 이론적 연구 (Theoretical Study of Hydration of Zeolite NaA)

  • Zeolite NaA의 ${\alpha}$ cage에 있어서의 수화에너지와 그 위치를 결정하였다. Na(1)과 Na(2)사이의 site selectivity를 에너지 계산으로부터 결정하였는데 Na(1)이 Na(2)보다 선택성이 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. ${\alpha}$-Cage에 수화된 물들은 일그러진 정 12면체를 형성함을 알 수 있었다. Water(1), Water(2), Water(3)의 평균수화에너지는 각각 -29.847, -25.344, -15.888kcal/mole이다. 이 에너지 계산으로부터 얻어진 수화된 물들의 산소원자의 위치는 X선값과 잘 일치함을 보여준다. 또 수화된 정도에 따른 수화에너지의 그래프를 얻었다. 이 결과는 실험으로부터 얻어진 differential heat of sorption curve와 잘 일치함을 보여준다. ${\alpha}$ Cage 속에서의 유전상수는 3.5가 적합함을 알 수 있었다.

  • ${\beta}-Ag_3SI$의 단결정을 만들어 막전극으로의 응용을 살펴보았다. 그 결과 할로겐 이온들에 대해 감응함을 알았고, 분리용액법과 혼합용액법으로 할로겐 이온들에 대한 선택계수를 얻어 이론값과 비교검토 하였으며, 전위시간 곡선으로 부터 이 전극이 유리 전극기구에 의해 전도함을 알았고, 넓은 pH 범위에서 전위가 일정한 값을 가짐을 알았다. 한편 분석화학에의 응용을 살펴 본 결과 할로겐이온의 혼합용액에서 좋은 지시전극으로 사용할 수 있음을 알았다

Sound Quality Enhancement by using the Single Core Exciter in OLED Panel

  • With the development of display engineering and technology, the screen and sound quality of information devices such as TVs are improving. The screen used LEDs via LCD and PDP and a large flat panel in the early CRT to create super-high resolution. The sound is improved by directly vibrating a thin and simple panel, such as an OLED. In our previous study, the exciter speaker was attached to the rear of the OLED panel to be used as the diaphragm of the speaker, and the sound quality was as good as that of the TV using the existing dynamic speaker. This method supplied the viewer with the direct sound coming from the panel, delivering clear sound, and the sound and image came from the same location, thus giving the viewer high immersion and maximizing the effect of information transfer. OLED exciter speakers, however, have a special directivity, which tends to slightly attenuate the tone at the very center of the screen. This study improves the sound quality by improving the structure of the exciter speaker and the radiated sound of the flat panel display. A 2-in-1 Exciter is made into a single core to improve the speaker's radiation pattern.

상온 분사법에 의한 수산화아파타이트 코팅 지르코니아의 제조 및 미세구조에 미치는 열처리 효과 (Fabrication of Hydroxyapatite-coated Zirconia by Room Temperature Spray Process and Microstructural Change by Heat-treatment)

  • Hydroxyapatite coatings were fabricated by a room temperature spray method on zirconia substrates and the influence of heat-treatment on their microstructure was also investigated. Phase composition of coated hydroxyapatite films was similar to the starting powder, but the grain size of hydroxyapatite particles was reduced to the size of nano-scale about 100 nm. Grain size, particle compactness, and adhesiveness to zirconia of hydroxyapatite coatings were increased with heat-treatment temperature, but some of cracks by heat-treatment above $1100^{\circ}C$ were initiated between hydroxyapatite coatings and zirconia substrate. Heat-treated hydroxyapatite layers show the dissolution in SBF solution for 5 days. Hydroxyapatite-coated specimen heat-treated at $1100^{\circ}C$ for 1 h has a good biocompatibility, which specimen induced the nanocrystalline hydroxyapatite precipitates on the coating surface by the immersion in SBF solution for 5 days.

금형 주조한 마그네슘 합금의 부식 거동에 미치는 Al 및 Sn의 영향 (The Effect of Al and Sn Additions on Corrosion Behavior of Permanent Mold Casting Magnesium Alloy)

  • In this study, the influences of aluminum and tin additions (individual and combined) on corrosion behavior of magnesium alloy have been determined. The studied alloys were fabricated by permanent mold casting method to measure the corrosion properties, a potentiodynamic test, hydrogen evolution test and immersion test were carried out in a 3.5% NaCl solution at pH 7.2. From the results of microstructure analysis, the Mg-9Al-1Zn alloy was found to be composed of ${\alpha}$-Mg and rod-like $Mg_{17}Al_{12}$ phase and the Mg-5Sn-5Al-1Zn alloy was found to be composed of ${\alpha}$-Mg, rod-like $Mg_{17}Al_{12}$ and $Mg_2Sn$ phases. In the case of the Mg-9Sn-1Zn alloy, the microstructure was composed of ${\alpha}$-Mg and eutectic $Mg_2Sn$ phase. With Sn addition (individual and combined), the corrosion resistance of the Mg alloys improved.

액주형 이류체노즐의 반경반향 분무특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Radial Spray Performance of a Plaint-Jet Twin-Fluid Nozzle)

  • In the combustion system, the optimum spray conditions reduce the pollutant emission of exhaust gas and enhance the fuel efficiency. The spray characteristics-the drop size, the drop velocity, the number density and the mass flux, become increasingly important in the design of combustor and in testifying numerical simulation of spray flow in the combustor. The purposes of this study are to clarify the spray characteristics of twin-fluid nozzle and to offer the data for combustor design and the numerical simulation of a spray flow. Spatial drop diameter was measured by immersion sampling method. The mean diameter, size distribution and uniformity of drop were analyzed with variations of air/liquid mass flow ratio. The results show that the SMD increases with the liquid supply flow rate and decreases with the air supply velocity. The radial distribution of SMD shows the larger drops can diffuse farther to the boundary of spray. And the drop size range is found to be wider close to the spray boundary where the maximum SMD locates.

디지털컨버전스 패러다임과 디지털콘텐츠 서비스 참여에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Digital Convergence Paradigm and Participation in Digital Contents Services)

  • This study identifies the concept of a digital convergence paradigm, which deals with the relationship among convergence and consumer participation, digital contents services, and the culture of consumption (web 2.0). This research was conducted using a quantitative method involving focus group interviews (FGI) and literature reviews. This research examines the relationship between convergence and consumer participation and the adoption of a concept of "convergence culture", which is categorized as "collective intelligence" and "intellectual community participation". The role of the consumer has changed from one of a "consuming consumer" to that of a "collaborating consumer" and finally to the concept of a consumers as the originator of a new consumption culture. In the study, the consumption culture of web participants indicated the characteristics of funology, self-expression, life-catching, quick-tempered, immersion(arousal), sharing culture, multitasking, and cyber justice. The recognition level of networking on the "digital convergence" of the consumer was identified as that of the combination of IT(information technology); product and multi-services or alliance of industry groups(telecom, broadband, IPTV service); or the use of one source with multiple devices.

Tribological Properties of DLC for Die Applications

  • Friction and wear affect all processes involved in the extraction of materials and their conversion into finished products in the die applications such as drawing, extrusion etc. Originating phenomenon from the contact surface between the tool and workpiece, they are usually a hindrance to materials process operations which usually result in damaging the tools, increasing energy consumption, the contamination of processed material by wear particles and also some problems associated with technologies to control friction and wear. The most well established method to control friction and wear is by the application of lubricant such as fluorocarbon. Besides, a surface technique so-called surface modification can be applied to solve the tribology problems of the die applications for both the economical and ecological reasons. In this article, we applied DLC(diamond-like carbon) thin film on alumina ceramic for HT test using the PIID(plasma ion immersion deposition), 4 groups of test specimens were tested up to $200^{\circ}C$ which is a little higher than the normal working temperature of die application. Pin-on-disc tribo-tester was used to test the friction and surfaces were characterized by SEM and EDS and else, the morphology changes of DLC coatings were studied. The present work indicated that the DLC had a great potential to reduce the friction and wear in the alumina die application without lubricants.
