무정전 활선작업 피교육자를 위한 3차원 몰입형 가상환경 교육시스템의 개발 (3DImmersion Type Virtual Environment System : Training Interruption-free Live-Line Workers)

  • As an information-oriented society comes, many people use PC and depend on database that network server has. However, the online data can be missed when a blackout happens and also a power failure effects on standard of judgment on Power Quality. Thus, it is reason of a trend using interruption-free live-line work when a trouble happens to power system. However, the 83% among the number of people who receive an electric shock experience when a laborer is doing interruption-free live-line works. In interruption-free method, the education and the training problem has been issued. However, we have a few instructors for that training. Furthermore, the trainees have short training period, just 4 weeks. In this paper, to develope the method that has no restriction of a time and place and reduce the wasteful materials, immersion type virtual reality(or environment) technology is used. The users of a 3D immersion type VR training system can interact with the system by doing same action in the real safe environment. Thus, it can be valuable to apply this training system to a dangerous work like as "Interruption-free live-line work exchanging COS(Cut-Out-Switch)". In this program, the user works with a instruction on the window and speaker and can't work other tasks until each part of the task completed. The workers using this system can use their hands and viewpoint movement as he is in a real environment but the trainee can't use all parts and senses of a real body with the current VR technology. Despite of this weak point, when we consider the trends of improvement in electrical devices and communication technology, we can say that 3D graphic VR application has a high potentiality.

Rayleigh Wave를 이용한 KTX 제동 디스크의 균열 검측 시스템 개발 (Development of Nondestructive System for Detecting the Cracks in KTX Brake Disk Using Rayleigh Wave)

  • 최근 KTX (Korean Train Express) 열차의 사고의 대부분은 기기의 오작동, 차량 부품의 노후와에 따른 고장 및 장애발생, 신호장치에 대한 인적오류 등이 주된 원인이였다. 특히, 차량부품 중 제동 디스크의 파손은 하부 차축 및 차륜에 충격을 가해 탈선의 우려와 고속 충돌 등 대형 인명 피해를 낳을 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서 KTX의 제동 디스크(Solid Type, Ventilation Type)를 형상화하고, 이를 동작시켜 균열을 측정하여 DB화 할 수 있는 균열검측시스템을 구축하였다. 제동 디스크의 표면균열을 검사하기 위하여 Rayleigh wave를 이용하였으며 수침기법으로는 제동디스크 장착상태에서 탐상의 어려움이 인하여 국부수침 탐상기법을 활용하여 제동디스크의 초음파 검사모듈을 개발하였다. 또한 제동디스크의 회전에 따라 측정된 균열을 저장할 수 있는 균열검측 자동화장치와 제동 디스크의 초음파 검사모듈을 이용하여 제동 디스크의 표면결함을 평가하였다.

플라즈마 증착방식에 의해 DLC코팅된 알루미나 세라믹의 코팅박막 특성에 관한 연구 (CHARACTERISTICS OF DIAMONDLIKE CARBON COATED ALUMINA SEALS AT TEMPERATURES UP TO $400^{\circ}C$)

  • Diamondlike carbon (DLC) coatings were deposited on alumina ceramic seals using a plasma immersion ion deposition technique (PIID). Then they were subjected to tribological tests using a pin-on-disc tribometer under a high load (1.3 GPa) and under elevated temperatures up to 400C. Coefficients of friction (COFs) were recorded and compared with that of the untreated alumina while the wear tracks were analyzed using SEM with EDS to characterize the DLC films. To enhance the DLC adhesion to the substrate, various interlayers including Si and Cr were deposited using the PIID process or an ion beam assisted deposition (IBAD) method. It was observed that the DLC coating, if adhering well to the substrate, reduced the COFs significantly, from 0.4-0.8 for the uncoated alumina to about 0.05-0.1, within the tested temperature range. The adhesion was determined by the interlayer type and possibly by the application method. Cr interlayer did not perform as well as the Si interlayer. This could also be due to the fact that the Cr interlayer and the subsequent DLC coating had to be done in two different processing systems, while both the Si interlayer and the subsequent DLC film were deposited in one system without breaking the chamber. The coating failure mode was found to be delamination between the Cr and the alumina substrate. In contrast, the Si interlayer with proper DLC deposition procedures resulted in very good adhesion and hence excellent tribological performance. Further study may lead to future DLC applications of ceramic seals.

생태환경 보존을 위한 침매터널 사례연구 (Case study of immersed tunnel for preservation of ecological environment)

  • 본고에서는 호남~제주, 한중 및 한일 해저 철도에 대한 구상이 지속되고 있는 여건을 고려해 해저 철도 공사 방법 중 하나인 침매 터널 기술에 대해 조사한다. 본고는 현황조사를 통해 침매 터널을 대륙별 및 기능별로 분류해 분석한다. 본고는 준설방법을 요약해 정리하고 준설토 처리시설에 대해 설명한다. 또한 본고에서는 준설 작업이 해양 생태 환경에 미치는 영향을 줄이기 위해 취해진 조치 사례들을 소개한다. 본고는 침설 조인트 등 수중 함체 연결 과정 및 원리에 대해 설명한다. 본고는 기초공사를 성토와 지반개량으로 분류해 요약 정리하고, 관련된 지반 타공 및 수중 시멘트 사용이 주변 생태 환경에 미치는 영향에 대해 고찰한다.

The Factors affecting self-directed learning ability of nursing students who experienced online lectures

  • 본 연구는 온라인 강의를 수강한 간호 대학생의 자기 주도적 학습능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위해 시도하였다. 연구방법은 2~4학년 간호 대학생을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지로 조사하였으며, 분석방법은 t-test와 ANOVA, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호 대학생의 자기 주도적 학습능력은 5점 만점에 평균 3.48점이었고, 학습몰입이 자기 주도적 학습능력에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 학습자의 자기 주도적 학습능력 향상을 위해 학습자가 학습에 몰입하도록 다양한 강의방식 또는 맞춤형 강의 프로그램을 적용하는 교수자의 노력과 양질의 교육시스템 구축이 필요할 것이다.

  • 본 연구에서는 사용자 경험을 증가시키는 액션 게임을 설계하는 것을 목표로 한다. 게임의 몰입감을 높이기 위해, 사용자가 이용하는 게임의 특징을 분석, 각 특징을 참고하여 게임의 시스템적, 시각적 특징을 설계한 것이 특징이다. 제안 방법은 유니티 3D를 이용하여 게임 개체 간 상호작용 시스템을 구현하였고, 사용자가 게임에 몰입할 수 있는 방향으로 설계하였다. 게임의 시각적 요소를 통한 몰입을 유도하기 위해 2차원 오브젝트 및 플레이어를 3차원 공간에 배치하였고, 공간 내 개체와 사물이 광원에 실시간으로 반응할 수 있도록 2차원 동적 광원 셰이더를 추가하여 몬스터와 플레이어간 전투 규칙과 몬스터의 행동 패턴 충돌 감지, 이벤트 감지로 구성하였다. 제안 방법은 구현 논문으로 사용자 경험을 반영하였고, 사용자의 행동 유도성을 이끌 가능성을 보여주었다.

SCS Micro-lens 패턴 적용 휴대폰 도광판 제작용 미세금형 제작에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Fabrication Method of Micro-Mold using 2.2inch LGP by the SCS Micro-Lens Pattern)

  • BLU(back light unit) is one of kernel parts of LCD(liquid crystal display) unit. New 3-D micro-lens pattern for LGP(light guide plate), one of the most important parts of LCD-BLU, had been researched. Instead of dot pattern made by chemical etching or laser ablation, SCS(slanted curved surface) micro-lens pattern was designed with optical CAE simulation. This study introduce the method of design using optical CAE simulation for SCS micro-lens, the new fabrication method of micro-mold with SCS micro-lens pattern.

도전섬유의 전자파 차폐특성에 미치는 섬유구조 및 도금방법의 영향 (Effect of Fabric Structure and Plating Method on EMI Shielding Property of Conductive Fabric)

  • We investigated the effects of the fabric structure or the kinds of plated metals on the electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness (EMI SE) by means of electroless plating on polyester fabric. We found that the weight of deposited metal, EMI SE, and flexibility of the conductive fabric for EMI shield is affected by morphology of fabric and structure of fiber. The EMI SE of conductive fabric plated Ni/Cu/Ni by electroless plating method on draw textured yarn (DTY) polyester was in the practically useful range of above 70 dB over a wide frequency range of 10 MHz to 1.0 GHz at the surface resistivity of $0.05{\Omega}/{\square}$. Au or Ag plated conductive fabric by immersion plating method is not able to provide for a good EMI SE.

2차원 경계요소법에 의한 초음파 산란음장의 해석과 응용 (Analysis of Ultrasonic Scattering Fields by 2-D Boundary Element Method and Its Application)

  • A two-dimensional boundary element method was used for the scattering analysis of side-drilled hole(SDH). The far-field scattering amplitude was calculated for shear vertical(SV) wave, and their frequency and time-domain results were presented. The time-domain scattering amplitude showed the directly reflected wave from the SDH leading edge as well as the creeping wave. In an immersion, pulse-echo testing, two measurement models were introduced to predict the response from SDHs. The 2-D boundary element scattering amplitude was converted to the 3-D amplitude to be used in the measurement model. The receiver voltage was calculated fer SV wave incidence at 45$^{\circ}C$ on the 1 m diameter SDH, and the result was compared with experiment.

고온강재의 담금질 전열에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Heat Transfer of the High Temperature Metals in Quenching - The Latent Heat of Phase Transformation and Cooling Curves -)

  • Experiments of quenching were made with cylindrical specimens of carbon steel S45C of diameters from 12 to 30mm were performed. The specimens were heated by electric furnace and quenched by immersion method. In order to analyze the temperature profile(cooling curves) of carbon steel including the latent heat of phase transformation, nonlinear heat conduction problem was calculated by the numerical method of inverse heat conduction problem using the apparent heat capacity method. The difference between the calculated and the experimented cooling curves was caused by the latent heat of phase transformation, and the effects of the latent heat were especially manifest at the cooling curves of center of specimens. The temperature and the quantity of the latent heat of phase transformation depend on the cooling speed at A sub(1) transformation point, and the region for cooling speed to become zero was caused by the latent heat of phase transformation.
