Camouflage is evaluated by scientific principle in the fields of biology, military science, and art. It has a strong influence on contemporary fashion and means exposure with concealment. This study analyzed the visual characteristics of camouflage patterns in fashion design through documentaries and fashion photos. The fashion design results areas follow. The simple blending of a disruptive motif indicated an inaccurate repetition of a disruptive motif, the discontinuous or continuous connection of disruptive motif, the irregular repetition of a disruptive animal silhouette, the collage of a different disruptive motif, the craft of a disruptive motif and the intensive color match of a disruptive motif. It represented the maximization of complication, fantastic and fanciness. The overlap of a disruptive motif showed the overlap of disruptive print patterns with transparency and an overlap of different fabrics with a disruptive pattern. It represented spatial relationships of three dimensions as well as the maximization of visual illusion and the reinforcement of attractiveness. The blurring of a disruptive motif showed the pointage of disruptive motif, the pointage of image, value gradation, the whole blurring of a disruptive pattern cluster and stained appearance. It represented the obscurity of motif form, the uncertainty of object and double meaning. The trompe l'oeil of a partial background object showed the realistic and the painterly imitation of color and texture for partial objects through a close-up. It represented amazement and pleasure by illusion, scarcity and the decoration of surface and synecdochical remind. In conclusion, camouflage in fashion was weakened and modified from a classical military context by a unique expression of various motifs.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the fashion trends of Korean men's golfwears and furnished the researchers of same major with reliable data base. Lately, Korean men were concerned about their appearance rather than social position. Moreover, they tried to express the needs of youthfulness with free lift through clothings. These trend had been showed itself not only development of golfwears, but also change of esthetic tastes of men's golfwears. First of all, the development of men's golfwears was affected by the major three factors out of many various factors. That is, popularization of golf by the international activities of Korean progolfers, appearance of young consumers after IMF and the casualization of the men's formal dress, the making an everyday dress of men's sportswears. The results of analyzing of fashion trends of the men's golfwears is as follow: 1. The characteristics with naturalness, comfort of men's golfwears was manifested casualization trends by the factors of downward tendency of golfer's age, 5-days working, men's biz casual preference, individual ism after IMF. 2. Men's character golfwears was showed by the ageless as a youthfulness expression, the Sportism as an international trend, 2002 world cup, etc. 3. All of golfwears have to be functional characteristics because the golf is an active sports spending long time in golf course. Unconstruction style was an important fashion trends of men's golfwears by using functional materials to meet the needs of consumers. 4. The men's clothing was deviated from a fixed idea called masculine after IMF. Moreover, this trend was increased by the appearance of lovely man, genderlessness and had an effect on men's golfwears. Consequently. men's golfwears was showed feminization characteristics as a feminine, sensitive style. In the future, Korean men will try to express their character and thought freely through golfwears, men's golfwears will be continued ‘beyond the golf course’ image reflecting in the future fashion trends.

For the sharing and exchange of information between medical clinics, the clinical document has to be built on a standardized protocol such as a HL7-CDA. But it is difficult to exchange information between medical clinics because clinical document such as electronic medical record that include text and image, have different structure of document and type of expression. In this paper, we propose the electronic medical record system based on HL7-CDA that can share and exchange clinical information between medical institute. For this purpose, we have to design the schema of the clinical document architecture after we select the essential items of medical record and define templates. The proposed system can minimize integrating process and save parsing time when clinical information exchange and refer, by converting electronic medical record to base64 encoding scheme and integrate it in a XML document.

This paper provides a rigorous theory for analysis of quantization effects and optimum filter bank design in quantized multidimensional subband filter banks. Even though subband filter design has been a hot topic for last decades, a few results have been reported on the subband filter with a quantizer. Each pdf-optimized quantizer is modeled by a nonlinear gain-plus-additive uncorrelated noise and embedded into the subband structure. Using polyphase decomposition of the analysis/synthesis filter banks, we derive the exact expression for the output mean square quantization error. Based on the minimization of the output mean square error, the technique for optimal filter design methodology is developed. Numerical design examples for optimum nonseparable paraunitary and biorthogonal filter banks are presented with a quincunx subsampling lattice. Through the simulation, $10\~20\;\%$ decreases in MSE have been observed compared with subband filter with no quantizers especially for low bit rate cases.

The earlier animations aimed to express the characters realistically by making the illustrations look like moving and alive. Since then, animations have been influenced by development of media technology, men's changed mentality and evolvement of diverse social phenomena, while influencing them, too. Among them, the computer which emerged first in 1946 has sewed to more diversify the tools for realistic expressions of animations, and further, enhance the intellectual power of expression media only to expand the new visual expressions and thereby, usher in a multi-media video information environment. Moreover, this technology or computer has urged every discipline to disintegrate its conventional order for the post-modernism characterized by polysemous, diversified, obscure and sometimes, mutually contradicting elements, and as a result, animations had to find a new breakthrough in the conventional reality (cognitive and reflective reality). Thus, animations have been real enough to be perceived impromptu and emotionally, faster than the logical cognitive process beyond the simple technological barrier or the screen image processing. With such backgrounds in mind and by defining such a reality as 'sensuous reality', this study aimed to apply Gilles Deleuze's, reality of space to animation films and interpret it.

Pedestrians perceive differently from the sideway views or the exteriors of the buildings on the way to their destinations. Therefore, the navigation experience can become much different when the path was chosen based on the individual's preference from it is not. By focusing on the effects of the individual pedestrian' path choice on their navigation, this paper presents an algorithm designed for pedestrians to be able to explore their preferred path and proposes a prototype of navigation system based on the algorithm. The navigation support system searches for the best path upon their individual preferences and information of the destination. The system provides the process of retrieving the final path via the pedestrian-support system interaction. The path retrieval is peformed with the combinational matrix of keywords that are formulates Fuzzy theory from the correlations between the terms describing preferences used in the path preference survey. This paper presents the potentials of the path finding method tailored to pedestrians' preferences by a simulation of the proposed path retrieval algorithm.

Feminism on the theme of gender equality is emerging as an important issue in the overall Korean culture. Feminism is not only a level of claiming or advocating women's rights, but an essential subject of gaze and thought, not a distorted, artificially portrayed image of women distorted or typified in a story created by men in the past It is a film that explores the problem of the individual's life in society fundamentally. Jun Koeun's movie' 'micro-habitat'(2018) 'expresses a feminist theme that shows a strong self - selection and transcendental thinking in male - oriented stereotypes and inequal social structure. The film, which focuses on the public insight into society and the enhancement of the ideal human being from the viewpoint that the public film should lead the educated enlightenment character that raises the broad insight into the world and lead the mature social culture, I think it will play a big role.

The results of 2000 Population Census explains the context of a series of incidents happening in the Latino television broadcasting market recently. That is, the rapid growth of Latino population so fast as overtaking the Black population has needed media as a means of Latino's own social interests and communication. In this context, the television broadcasting market as a marketing means of capitals targeting for the Latinos has experienced more rapid changes. In other words, there has been some changes in the Latino television broadcasting market which divided by two major networks, Univision and Telemundo. It was 1970s when Latino media started to be considered as an important framework to understand the problems of the Latinos in American society. Experiencing the human rights movement of the 1960s, the Latino communities' sense of identity realized the importance of media as an expression of themselves from the interest on the factors which directly determine the quality of their life such as the immigration, education, health, and employment. The anglo media plays a role in introducing the Latinos and forming the images of the Latinos to the non-Latinos. It can be possible to criticize that the anglo media propagates the unilateral image of the Latinos by the mainstream white society, the stereotyped images of the Latinos. The spanish media targeting for the Latinos has grown continuously, combining the inside needs of forming the identity of the Latinos and communication and outside needs of commercialism. On the other hand, the needs for the programs based on the American Latinos has been increased, along with the increase of the Latino media based on the dual languages or English. This paper reviewed the history of the Latino media briefly, and then examined the relationship between the Latinos and the media through the television broadcasting which influence the Latino's everyday life enormously.

The expression of natural backgrounds in a digital clip such as forest, water and sky break new ground and evolve. The process of arriving at a certain background style and designing belongs to the pre-production stage of animation produuction. Due to the advancement of CG technology, the production and consumption of animation has accelerated and so in an effort to reduce production time, the natural background has increasingly becomme normalised. For the distinction in contents, narrative and characters are emphasized in pre-production since it is believed that the background design will simply be a still image. However, there is a need to focus on background design as it is a tool that can effectively emphasize the narrative. This research is an analysis of the background design's role in forest background in productions such as "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland"(1951) and "Princess Mononoke"(1997). It details how appropriate each background forest was for the artist's intent using the 7 types of forest landscapes according to dendrology.

Business utilization of holograms is widely used as a similar hologram. The use of holograms has been proposed in many cases. In this paper, we present an outline of similar holograms using up to 3 or 4 facets, and express the similar holograms using the results produced by 3D modeling for a building from dealing with the representation of buildings from hololens to pseudo-hologram by using 3D modeling results. In addition, to reflect the real image of the disadvantage of modeling, we propose a method to enhance the 3D expression of the object by reflecting the actual building surface on the 3D model through photographing. Virtual building seen by the human eye can be virtually shown in space through a hologram among various methods shown in a virtual space such as AR / VR / MR. Through this study, it will be possible to express holograms of various materials such as buildings or cultural properties with enhanced realism.
