Implementing Severe Accident Management (SAM) strategies is crucial for enhancing a nuclear power plant's resilience and safety against severe accidents conditions represented in the analysis of Station Blackout (SBO) event. Among these critical approaches, the In-Vessel Retention (IVR) through External Reactor Vessel Cooling (IVR-ERVC) strategy plays a key role in preventing vessel failure. This work is designed to evaluate the efficacy of the IVR strategy for a high-power density reactor APR1400. The APR1400's plant is represented and simulated under steady-state and transient conditions for a station blackout (SBO) accident scenario using the computer code, ASYST. The APR1400's thermal-hydraulic response is analyzed to assess its performance as it progresses toward a severe accident scenario during an extended SBO. The effectiveness of emergency operating procedures (EOPs) and severe accident management guidelines (SAMGs) are systematically examined to assess their ability to mitigate the accident. A group of associated key phenomena selected based on Phenomenon Identification and Ranking Tables (PIRT) and uncertain parameters are identified accordingly and then propagated within DAKOTA Uncertainty Quantification (UQ) framework until a statistically representative sample is obtained and hence determine the uncertainty bands of key system parameters. The Systems Engineering methodology is applied to direct the progression of work, ensuring systematic and efficient execution.

The aim of this survey is to investigate the current state of pattern identification, treatment and management on chronic fatigue in the Korean medicine. From May 25, 2017 to June 7, we distributed contents of questionnaires to 17,992 Korean medical doctors via e-mail, and then received answers from 329 people. The surveys were conducted by a specialized research organizations. Researchers were blinded to the participant's personally identifiable information or whether they participated in the investigation. In Korea, almost Korean medicine doctors (94.5%) used pattern identification in the treatment of chronic fatigue patients. The main diagnostic methods were visceral (38.5%), qi-blood-fluid-humor (32.3%), and sasang constitutional pattern identification (14.3%). The high-frequent therapy were herbal medicine (37.0%), acupuncture (27.9%), moxibustion (11.7%), and cupping (8.6%). The primary goals of treatment were Improvement and relaxation of stress condition (18.1%), improvement of quality of life (13.1%), increase of functional vitality (34.0%), and fatigue management (23.3%). The key factors affecting treatment outcomes were the patient's aggressiveness in treatment (23.5%) and his/her lifestyle and environment(22.7%). This study was a pioneering research for chronic fatigue on the aspect of medical service provider in the Korean medicine. We hope that this study can be used as a basis for developing a more appropriate and reasonable practice guidelines for chronic fatigue.
Recently, community computing has been proposed for group formation and group decision-making. However, legacy community computing systems do not support group need identification for ad hoc group formation, which would be one of key features of ubiquitous decision support systems and services. Hence, this paper aims to provide a multi-agent based methodology to enable nomadic community computing which supports ad hoc need identification and group formation. Focusing on supporting group decision-making of relatively small sized multiple individual in a community, the methodology copes with the following three characteristics: (1) ad hoc group formation, (2) context-aware group need identification and (3) using mobile devices working in- and out-doors. NAMA-US, an RFID-based prototype system has been developed to show the feasibility of the idea proposed in this paper.

Project managers play a key role in cost, time, and quality of a project. Selection of an appropriate project manager, therefore, is considered as one of the most important decisions in any construction project. It should be noted that most important decision makings are carried out by the project manager throughout the project. Traditionally, project manager selection in construction companies in Iran is through organizing an interview with candidates and selecting the most appropriate choice in accordance with the capabilities, potentials and individual specifications coupled with the requirements of the project. In the same direction, organizing interview on selection of appropriate candidate is usually carried out by senior managers of companies. Determination of the most important criteria for selection of project managers and also identification of significance coefficient of each criterion can highly help senior managers of companies to make sound selection decisions. In this paper, a numerical model has been considered for determination of significance of each criterion, details of which are submitted for selection of project manager in Iranian petrochemical, oil and gas sector companies. For this reason, all criteria- considered by senior managers of the companies under study- are first determined. Then, information obtained through 38 interviews, conducted by senior managers of the mentioned companies while selecting project manager, is analyzed. Significant coefficient of each criterion is calculated through the accumulated data using fuzzy curves method.

Due to globalization, the air transport industry plays a key role in the global economy. In particular, the air transport industry is highly dependent on human resources, and the capabilities of the cabin crews in managing safety and providing service in a cabin depend on the service quality and the success of the company's human resource management. Therefore, systematic support and interest in competitive key personnel are believed as very important factors. Airlines need to improve the work engagement of airline cabin crew through organizational supportive efforts. Thus this paper surveyed 309 cabin crews who worked at low cost carrier and conducted an empirical analysis based on survey results. The study validates hypotheses pertaining the relationship between organizational identification and job commitment of cabin crew according to the airline's perception of organizational support. The comprehensive analysis reveals that perceived organization support has a significantly positive impact on cabin crews' work engagement.
In this paper, a robust wireless sensor network configuration design method is proposed to develop the optimal configuration under the consideration of sensor failure and energy consumption. A malfunctioned sensor in a wireless sensor network may lead to data transmission failure of the entire sensing cluster, inducing severe deterioration in system identification performance. The proposed method determines a wireless sensor network configuration that is robust against sensor failure. By utilizing Bayesian inference, we introduce a robust indicator to evaluate the impact on estimation accuracy of sensor configurations with various malfunctioned sensors. Moreover, a network formation strategy is proposed to optimize the energy efficiency of the wireless sensor network configuration. Therefore, the resultant robust wireless sensor network configuration can operate with the minimum energy consumption while the measurement information of the sensor network with malfunctioned sensors can be guaranteed. The proposed method is illustrated by designing the robust wireless sensor network configurations of a truss model and a bridge model.

ZigBee based on the most vulnerable part of u-Healthcare system that uses the ZigBee communication is the wireless section. ZigBee communication sectors to identify vulnerabilities in this paper, we propose to compensate. ZigBee has been raised from the existing vulnerabilities organize and ZigBee also uses the 64bit address that uniquely identifies a vulnerability that was defined as exposure. And to prevent the exposure of a unique identifying address was used to address a temporary identification. ZigBee security services, the proposed system during the Network Key for encryption only use one mechanism of Residential Mode is used. Residential Mode on all nodes of the entire network because they use a common key, the key is stolen, your network's security system at a time are at risk of collapse. Therefore, in order to guard against these risks to the security policy Network Key updated periodically depending on the method used to. The proposed evaluation and comparative analysis of the system were exposed in the existing system can hide the address that uniquely identifies a public key Network Key also updated periodically, so that leaks can occur due to reduced risk.
Superdistribution service of DRM system is an essential part for revitalization of digital contents distribution. However, it limits superdistribution range to superdistribution between consumers. Recently, as the demands of the consumer increase, the consumers want to use the contents in their multiple devices, In this paper, we propose a license management method supporting superdistribution between devices owned by a consumer, The proposed method creates domain key for device authentication by using identification informations of devices owned by a consumer and stores it in license, If devices are changed, domain key and license are updated, Through this method, contents distribution between devices can be achieved securely and efficiently, Also, this license management method can apply to superdistribution between consumers.

The interactions and interrelationships between stakeholders largely determine the overall performance of a construction project, and have the crucial responsibility for delivering a project to successful completion. An important component of stakeholder management is stakeholder analysis. Two case studies are conducted within Kerala (India). The main objective was to carry out stakeholder analysis using stakeholder organiser deluxe software, considering the data's collected from the project execution team using questionnaire. During data collection the key stakeholders were identified, to know how to manage them, their interest, power, attitude level etc, for quality improvement. Analyze the results using the software Stakeholder organizer deluxe and modeling of stakeholders is to be done. Finally validate the models of the projects. These findings may mainly reflect the stakeholder management environment in the respective regions of project implementation.
Emergency medicine(EM) is the specialty of evaluating, stabilizing and initiating treatment for patients with life or limb-threatening illnesses or injuries. Techniques unique to the specialty of EM are the triage systems, quick stabilization methods, and emergency surgery procedures. The field of EM encompasses areas such as emergency department management, disaster planning and management, the management of emergency medical service(EMS) systems, research into such areas as brain and heart resuscitation, trauma and disaster management, survival medicine, and environmental emergencies(cold and heat injuries, poisioning, decompression sickness and barotrauma). Today, in addition to providing emergency care, the emergency specialists have moral and legal obligations to assess and report probable cases of child and spouse abuse, sexual assault, and alcohol and drug abuse. Future, the EM should provide surveillance, identification, intervention, and evaluation of injury and disease, therefore EM will remain as a key component of evolving community health care system.
