Use of the left internal thoracic artery(ITA) to bypass the left anterior descending(LAD) coronary artery has become the standard of care based on its superior graft patency, reduced cardiac events, and enhanced survival. But rarely we encountered with injury to the artery during harvesting which leads to loss of the merits of surgery. We reconstructed inadequate ITAa with other arterial conduits so proximal stump to be a blood source if possible. Maternal and method: Between January 1996 and March 1999, 12 patients received bypass with the reconstructed left internal thoracic artery grafts to left anterior descending artery because of an injury(n=8), short or small(n=4). Right or left ITA was used to LAD as a free graft(n=2). And the other 10 left ITAs were extended with radial artery(n=6), right ITA(n=3), saphenous vein(n=1). Composite "T" graft was made with other arterial conduits in these extended graft(n=5). Result: There was only one morbidity of minor would problem, and no mortality. The patency of extended graft to LAD was complete in 5 patients who received angiography during the period of 2wks to 2 years postoperative, but one of side branch of "T" graft occluded. All of these patients were well. Conclusion: Reconstructive extension with the use of other arterial conduit for the injured proximal ITA is warranted in any patients with acceptable results. acceptable results.

최근 정부의 정보기술아키텍처(ITA/EA)에 관한 연구와 사업이 활발히 진행 중이며, 조만간 범정부 정보기술아키텍처가 운용될 예정이다. 국방부 또한 정보체계 개발시 상호운용성 확보, 효율적인 정보자원관리, 투자 우선순위 결정 등의 목적으로 국방 아키텍처프레임워크인 MND-AF를 적용하고 있으나, 국가 대전략(정치, 외교, 경제, 사회, 군사 등) 차원에서의 접근보다는 군사적 차원의 체계별 아키텍처 개발에 적용하고 있다. 특히 정부에서 추진 중인 정보기술아키텍처는 미 연방정부 모델인 FEA와 유사할 것으로 보이며, 상호운용성, 중복투자 방지를 위해 각 기관은 아키텍처 구축시 범정부 참조모델을 기반으로 하여 아키텍처를 구축하고 관련성을 제시하여야 할 것이다. 따라서 국방부 차원에서 이러한 정부 모델과의 연계 및 국가정책과 연계된(대국민 서비스 개선 등이 포함된) 국방 정보기술 아키텍처 프레임워크에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 국방부분에서 이미 채택하고 있는 MND-AF의 지속적 사용과 정부와의 연계성 문제를 모두 해결할 수 있는 새로운 방안을 모색하고 적용하는 방안을 제시하였다.

It was on the rise importantly to provide the efficient management process of the organization for dealing with the change about information and business management quickly and consistently. It was suggested with the architectural model on information technology to provide it in theoretically. The Federal Government and budget organization of the USA used it on actual business and the terms of EA (Enterprise Architecture) and are raising the efficiency of management. NCA (National Computerization Agency) of Korea published the book - "The Research about establishing ITA (Information Technology Architecture) and appling the standards". After being applied the model on MOGAHA (Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs) and MIC(Minisstry of Information and Communication), the concrete case was made. MOMAF (Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries) drove the leading model. The report ascertained the basic contents of ITA and researched the case of USA, MOGAHA, MIC, and tried to analyze the contents of appling maritime and fisheries area. The report contained the definition of purpose through analyzing environment and establishing the vision and the principles based on them. The report also contained the contents of architecture based on the standard of NCA - "The Government Standard Meta Model version 2.0" - and researched the MOMAF's Reference model using Government Reference model. The report established the investment architecture and the process of information technology asset management. It ascertained the characteristic of maritime & fisheries area and the subject of developing the MOMAF's ITA sustainably.

Networked enterprise (NE) is an organization of independent companies that collaborate with each other temporary or permanently for accomplishing common goals. The USA and EU have been developing principal concepts, techniques, and solutions to enhance the competitiveness of traditional industries including small-and-medium enterprises (SMEs). In Korea, however, implementation as well as R&D of NE is very few, which we believe comes from lack of understanding on Its meaning and lack of effective information systems for it. This paper is to suggest an Enterprise Architecture (EA) framework or reference model of NE and an Information Technology Architecture (ITA) of NE. The EA framework will help stakeholder of NE (e,g., policy makers, members of NE, IT solution providers, and researchers) understand structural and behavioral characteristics of NE. The ITA will be used as a guideline of developing information systems for NE that is essential for spreading networked business models, The focus of this paper is not on logical-level design but on conceptual-level modeling of NE. As verification of the suggested framework and architecture is still required, so we'll apply them to various manifestations of NE, e.g., dynamic supply chain, vertical integration of extended enterprises, and P2P-style virtual enterprises.

본 연구는 WTO차원에서 가장 최근 타결된 복수국간 무역협정인 ITA(정보기술협정) 확대협상이 어떠한 협상지형에서 이루어진 것인지 분석하였다. 이를 위해 국가별·품목별 교역 자료를 활용하여 동 협상의 전반적 특징과 개별 참여국들이 직면하게 된 협상구도 등 협상지형을 파악할 수 있는 분석 지표를 제시한 후, 이를 통해 국가별 협상 참여강도와 참여태도를 유추할 수 있음을 보였다. 분석결과, ITA 확대협상은 전반적으로 수출중심국가 주도적, 특히 동아시아 국가중심의 협상이었다고 할 수 있으며, 복수국간 협상에서 특정 품목에 대한 교역집중도가 다른 국가들에 비해 지나치게 높은 국가는 협상참여 자체를 철회할 정도로 강도 높은 협상 태도를 보일 수 있음을 확인하였다.

The KERIS having a central role in education information has selected IT Architecture as a means to provide high quality service for customers; based on this, it intends to lay the groundwork for general information projects to come and perform the IT Governance, the management system for information system. The KERIS set up a mid- and long-term road map in order to introduce and utilize ITA and has been preparing for the introduction of architecture to a proper business sector using architecture approaches by segments(sectors) since 2005. This study presented several cases which organizations can refer to when they introduce architecture while promoting an architecture project; and the details were discussed as follows.ition stage, but planned decision-making will take over when it is proven to be effective with information searching.

Cardiac tamponade is an acute life-threatening condition that predominantly involves the intra-pericardial space; however, an expanding mediastinal hematoma can also sometimes cause cardiac tamponade. Here we describe the case of a 45-year-old male driver in whom a traffic accident resulted in rupture of the left internal thoracic artery (ITA), extra-pericardial hematoma, and sternal fracture. After resuscitation, he was scheduled to undergo angio-embolization to repair the ruptured left ITA, but he suddenly developed cardiac tamponade that required a decompressive sternotomy. Nevertheless, the patient had an uncomplicated recovery, and this case suggests that extra-pericardial cardiac tamponade should be considered as a possible consequence of retro-sternal hematoma due to traumatic ITA rupture.

손자병법은 춘추 시대 오나라 왕 합려를 섬기던 손무(孫武)가 쓴 병법서로 전체 13편으로 구성되어 있다. 손자병법은 단순한 병법서가 아니라 정치, 기업경영, 처세 등 여러 분야에 활용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 정보시스템의 효율적 도입 및 운영 등에 관한 법률(ITA법안)로 2006년부터 각 공공기관에서 도입이 추진 중인 정보기술아키텍처의 도입 의의와 발전 방향을 손자병법에 입각해서 분석해 본다.
