유비쿼터스 축사 구현을 위한 스마트폰 어플리케이션 개발 (SmartPhone-based Application Development for the Implementation of the Ubiquitous Livestock Barn)

  • 현재 스마트폰과 애플리케이션은 우리의 생활에 커다란 변화를 가져오고 있으며, 농업 분야에 적용할 경우 농업의 부가가치와 생산성 향상 및 다양한 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다. 본 논문에서는 언제 어디서나 실시간으로 축사를 모니터링하거나 관리할 수 있는 스마트폰 어플리케이션을 제안하고자 한다. 제안하는 어플리케이션은 무선 센서 네트워크 기반 유비쿼터스 축사에서 수집된 축사의 환경정보 및 영상정보를 사용자가 스마트폰을 활용하여 실시간으로 축사를 모니터링 할 수 있으며, 언제 어디서나 스마트폰을 이용하여 축사시설을 제어할 수 있다. 제안하는 어플리케이션은 축사시설 제어를 가능하게 하여 사용자의 편의를 제공하고 생산량을 증대시킬 수 있다.

  • Since the commencement of the fuel cell business in 2007, POSCO POWER has been the major supplier of the MCFC (Molten Carbonate Fuel Cell), which is the most commercialized stationary fuel cell system in the world. With its quite, yet active movement, more than 20MW MCFC systems have been installed and are operating in Korea. While trying to localize the components and set up a firm supply chain in Korea to provide more reliable and cost-competitive products to its customers, POSCO POWER is also devoting itself to developing new MCFC application products. One such product is a back-up power system, in which a back-up algorithm is embedded to the present system so that the product can work as a back-up generator in case of grid failure. The technology to enhance load following capability of a stack module is also being developed with the back-up algorithm. Another example is a building application, the goal being to make the present Sub-MW product suitable for urban area. For this, downsizing and modularization are the main R&D scope. The project for developing ship service fuel cell for APU application will launch soon as well. In the project, a system which can operate in marine environment, and reforming technology for liquid logistic fuel will be developed.

  • 최근 지구 환경 문제의 심각성이 대두되면서, 전과정 평가(Life Cycle Assessment)에 대한 선박 적용 연구가 국제적으로 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전과정평가의 선박 적용에 대한 국내외 현황을 살펴보았다. 우선 전과정평가가 탄생한 국제적인 배경과 그 개요를 서술하였고, 이를 선박에 적용하기 위한 국내외 연구 동향을 개략적으로 살펴보았다. 마지막으로 전과정 평가의 선박 적용을 위한 국내 과제 향방을 제시하였다.

상화학설(相火學說)에 나타난 용화(龍火)의 개념 및 치법(治法)에 대한 고찰 (A Study on the Concept and Therapeutic Application of Dragon Fire in Ministerial Fire Theory)

  • Objectives : This study aims to organize the genealogy of the Ministerial Fire Theory in relation to Wangbing's Dragon Fire discourse through examining how Wang's Dragon Fire content first mentioned in the annotation of 『Suwen』 was included into the discourse of the Ministerial Fire Theory in explaining the concept of Ministerial Fire and its therapeutic application. Methods :First to examine the inclusion and application of the Dragon Fire concept into the Ministerial Fire Theory, Zhudanxi's theory and critiques on him were studied. Next the concept of Dragon Fire within the Ministerial Fire Theory was analyzed, followed by comparison between generations of doctors's therapeutic application of Ministerial Fire and Wangbing's Dragon Fire application. Conclusions & Results : Wangbing's dragon fire concept held an important position in discussing its characteristic as fire within water, which was adopted and differentiated by later doctors in aspects of pathology, deficiency and excessiveness, influenced by various theoretical elements of later periods. In the midst of expansion of the concept from combination of dragon fire and ministerial fire, the therapeutic aspect of it was maintained from Wangbing's original mentioning. This tendency manifested in either awkward combination of Wang's therapeutic methods and the new theory or modification of Wangbing's methods.

The Influence of the Initial Spot Size of a Double Half-Gaussian Hollow Beam on Its Propagation Characteristics in a the Turbulent Atmosphere

  • In this paper, by using the Rayleigh-Sommer field theory and the cross-spectral density function, the analytical expression for the intensity distribution of a double half-Gaussian hollow beam in a turbulent atmosphere is obtained. The influence of the initial spot size of this beam on its propagation properties in a turbulent atmosphere is simulated, and the intensity distributions for such beams with different spot sizes are obtained. The results show that the initial spot size has an important influence on the propagation properties in the near field, while this influence in the far field is very weak.

염료감응형 태양전지 광전극 초음파 열처리에 관한 연구 (A study of DSC using Ultrasonic and Thermal treatment on Photo-Electrode)

  • Recently, there were many researches for efficiency improvement of DSC. Among of these works, research of surface treatment is still a prerequisite for electron diffusion, light-harvesting and surface state of DSC.[1] Using of the surface treatment, it can be raise up porosity of $TiO_2$ nano-crystalline structure on photo-electrode. There are chemical, physical, electrical and optical methods which raise up its porosity. In this paper, we have designed and manufactured MOPA-type ultrasonic circuit (100W, frequency and duty variable). Manufactured ultrasonic circuit to use to force cavity density and power into $TiO_2$ paste. Then, we have optimized forcing time, frequency and duty of ultrasonic irradiation for surface treatment of photo-electrode of DSC. In I-V characteristic test of DSC, ultrasonic and thermal treated DSC shows 19% improved its efficiency against monolithic DSC. And it shows stability of light-harvesting from drastically change of light irradiation test.

The development of a lifestyle modification mobile application, "Health for You" for overweight and obese breast cancer survivors in Korea

  • Purpose: This study aimed to develop a lifestyle modification (LSM) mobile application based on the Android operating system for overweight and obese breast cancer survivors (BCS) in Korea and evaluate its usability. Methods: The content analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of the LSM intervention mobile application for overweight and obese BCS was conducted by identifying survivors' needs, searching the literature, and reviewing existing mobile applications. The survey was conducted from June 1 to December 28, 2020 at Jeonju, Korea. Results: The mobile application for BCS included dietary and exercise information, weight logs, as well as distress and daily achievement check. It also included information and videos on the prevention of breast cancer recurrence and used a communication bulletin board. Expert and user usability evaluation of its content and functions confirmed that it was appropriate and satisfactory for overweight and obese BCS. Conclusion: This LSM mobile application developed for overweight and obese BCS was found to be appropriate for use. It can be applied for further study of effectiveness on improving their health and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, to ultimately improve quality of life.
