CBTC를 위한 고속로밍 알고리즘과 무선통신장비의 위치 최적화 연구 (Study on optimized positioning of radio communication equipment and roaming algorithm for CBTC)

  • In this paper, a new algorithm is proposed for high speed roaming in an Intelligent Train Control System(ITCS) and study on optimized positioning of radio communication equipment. A DCS(Data Communication System) which is a main part of CBTC(Communication Based Train Control) system, is consisted of radio based wireless communication system and wired optical system. In the radio based wireless communication, the position of AP enclosures and antennas shall be optimized for the guaranteed communication channel between wayside and trains both in open aired and tunnelled area. Also a communication channel established between wayside and train shall be maintained while train moves at its maximum speed. This study shows the way of determining the optimal position for the railway side communication equipment in Bundang Line and how to achieve continuous communicating channel for tracking and controlling train.

Changes in Isothiocyanate Levels in Korean Chinese Cabbage Leaves during Kimchi Storage

  • Glucosinolates are hydrolyzed by the enzyme myrosinase and are mainly found in cruciferous vegetables such as Chinese cabbage (Brassica campestris L. ssp. pekinensis). lsothiocyanates (ITCs) are glucosinolate degradation products with reported anticarcinogenic properties. Korean Chinese cabbage in the form of 'kimchi' is a staple part of the Korean diet. In this study, we examined the effects of storage temperature and duration on glucosinolate, ITC, soluble sugar, and organic acid levels in kimchi. Changes in pH and the impact of various parts of the Korean Chinese cabbage being used during the preparation of the dish were also assessed. Extracted ITC levels, analyzed via gas chromatography (GC) and GC/mass spectrometry (GC/MS), were higher in the midrib parts than in the cabbage leaves after storage at both 4 and $20^{\circ}C$. During storage, organic acid levels increased while soluble sugars were depleted. The pH initially increased (after 1 day at $20^{\circ}C$, and 1 week at $4^{\circ}C$), but subsequently decreased over time at both temperatures. Glucosinolate and ITC levels increased in the beginning of storage but then generally fell during further storage. Our data suggest that acidity-related reduction in myrosinase activity during storage may decrease glucosinolate and ITC levels. The changes in these levels depended on the storage conditions and the Korean Chinese cabbage parts used for the kimchi preparation.

Evaluation of Glucosinolate Content and Composition Contained in Korean Leaf Mustard (Brassica juncea var. integrifolia) Germplasm Using Liquid Chromatography Electrospray Ionization Mass Spectrometry(LC-ESI-MS/MS)

  • Glucosinolates(GSLs) are major secondary products($\beta$-thioglucoside N-hydroxysulfates) containing sulfates that are found mainly in Cruciferae family such as cabbage, broccoli, radish, turnip, kale, mustard and rapeseed as the important crops in agronomic and economic aspects. Especially, isothiocyanates(ITCs) have been shown to inhibit carcinogenesis with regulation cancer cell development followed by regulating target enzymes, inducing cell cycle arrest and apoptosis against various human cancer cell lines. Total desulfo(DS)-GSLs of nine type in 210 Korean leaf mustard accessions were isolated and confirmed using electrospray ionization mass spectrometric(ESI-MS/MS) method and DS-GSLs powerful library maked from several reference data. The isolated individual DS-GSLs were identified by removed $\beta$-D-glucopyranose residue ($C_6H_{11}O_5$, MW 163) from MS/MS data. Among them sinigrin(41.7%), glucoiberverin(21.7%) and gluconasturtiin(12.6%) were major components, Especially, despite gluconapin was minor component, accession K046197-1 and K046197-2 showed higher content of 4.11 and 3.31 mg/g(DW), respectively. The total GSLs contents in 210 accessions were ranged from 5.3 to 23.2 mg/g(DW) with a mean value of 13.0 mg/g(DW). As a result of principal component analysis(PCA), the individual GSLs loading plots were composed of three groups and components belonged to each group showed correlationship in quantitative pattern.

치근관 내 편성 혐기성 세균에 대한 서양산 고추냉이 뿌리 추출물의 항균효과 (THE ANTIMICROBIAL EFFECT OF HORSERADISH (ARMORACIA RUSTICANA) ROOT EXTRACTS AGAINST OBLIGATE ANAEROBES IN ROOT CANAL)

  • 치근단 감염 시 물리적인 작용으로 증상이 완화되지 않을 때, 근관 내 세균을 제거하기 위해 항균성을 지닌 소독제나 세척제가 필요하다. 천연항균제에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 여러 연구들에 의해 고추냉이 추출물의 구성 성분 중 하나인 allyl isothiocyanate에 대한 항균성이 밝혀졌다. 이에 본 연구에서는 근관내 감염시 자주 발견되는 세균들 중 편성혐기성 세균인 Fusobacterium nucleatum, Prevotella nigrescence, 그리고 항생제에 내성이 커서 항균 작용실험 시 대조균으로 자주 사용되는 Clostidial perfringens에 대한 서양산 고추냉이 뿌리 추출물의 항균효과를 알아보고, 대표적인 항균제인 클로르헥시딘과 비교하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 본 연구에 사용된 3종의 편성 혐기성 세균에 대한 서양산 고추냉이 뿌리 추출물의 최소 억제 농도는 평균 87-470 ppm, 최소 살균 농도는 평균 156-625 ppm으로 F. nucleatum에 대해 가장 강한 항균효과를 나타내었으며, 항균제에 저항성 이 큰 C. perfringens에도 항균효과를 나타내었다. 2. 본 연구에 사용된 3종의 편성 혐기성 세균에 대한 클로르헥시딘의 최소억제 농도는 평균 3.12-6.25 ppm, 최소 살균 농도는 평균 10.94 ppm이었다. 3. 서양산 고추냉이 뿌리 추출물은 87-470 ppm의 농도에서 3.12-6.25 ppm의 클로르헥시딘과 비슷한 세균성장 억제 효과를 가지며 156-625 ppm의 서양산 고추냉이 뿌리 추출물은 10.94 ppm의 클로르헥시딘과 비슷한 살균 효과를 보였다.
