The research on the actual condition of the oriental health related industry has been made with defining it's phase. As a result, I have come to develope korean-type health model, which can solve the problems derived from the past herb medicine industry. The prospects and roles of the oriental health related industries are as follows: The phase adjustment of the oriental health related industry. The problems of modern medical science happens in the beginning of 21st century, the importance of oriental health improvement in the field of health business is now being on the rise. therefore it is necessary to readjust the present status of the oriental medicine and to take it into health area. Should the responsible institutes regarded on oriental medicine make clear prescription in terms of oriental health industry's role and limitation, they could contribute health circumstance in the 21st century. This is because oriental health related industry can be utiliged in not only protective area and curable area. The present situation of the oriental health related industry. These herb medical societies are flooded with various oriental health industry apart from the legal systematic control so far health industry apart from the legal systematic control so far. The expected survey can not be complete but random under these situations. Nevertheless oriental medical health industry area such as a diet cure, exercise treatment and living condition cure are being considerably expanded, especially living facilities improvement and mind control areas are toward worldwide. The role and prospect of the oriental health related industry in 21st century. The oriental health industries can be helpful for the human being's health improvement in general but by the lack of scholastic oriental health theory, it does not contribute to the health welfare. If these problems are made up for in the field of theory area, the oriental health related industry will surely have the potentiallity and know how for health welfare. The successive role of these industry is depended on the fact that the characteristics of the oriental medicine should adjust to the real society with the systematic management. In the 21C, oriental health industry will certainly be vitalized owing to the social and periodical request especially in the area of oriental medical industry, oriental health drink industry, oriental health mind exercise industry, oriental health leasure industry and oriental health complex management industry. Among these areas, it is the oriental health complex amagement industry that will be the limestone of prosperity of the oriental health industry in 21C. Proposal for the social contribution of the oriental health related industry in the 21C. To achive the ultimate role of the oriental health industry in the 21c, first we should know how to use the oriental medicine. Second We should make an effort to revitalize the oriental health industry. So it is indespensible that government, academic institution and enterprise should concentrate their interest on the oriental health industry with common knowledge and systematic management in advance.

Information Technology (IT) has contributed much to Korea's economic growth and has helped the innovation of social paradigm. It helps the improvement of productivity, efficiency, convenience and communication, and also helps the critical changes of life style. IT convergence with other technologies or industries has appeared and it promotes new changes and innovations. In major countries, including Korea, the resources and capabilities has focused selectively into this new industry. In this paper, we try to develop advanced national strategy for this new industry. Finally, we suggest some Empowerment Factors of IT Convergence industries in Korea based on experts' survey results.

The economic growth that depended on IT industry is reaching to a limit. In order to overcome the limit, the convergence industry that makes new market and products is essential. However, companies preparing a jump into the convergence industry must understand the exact visions and characteristics of convergence. Therefore, we investigated the structural changes of industries caused by convergence and importance characteristics of convergence. Also, we demonstrated the current status of the convergence industry and analyzed economical, social/cultural, and technological environments that the companies are facing, and elaborated the opportunities of convergence. At last, we suggested basic requirements and strategies for companies starting a convergence business and IT utilization methods to accelerate the convergence business activation.

This paper analyses the Korean information and communication technology supply side across the economy using 1995, 2000 and 2003 input-output tables. Input-output analysis considers inter-industry relations in an economy, depicting how the output of one industry goes to another industry where it serves as an input, and thereby makes one industry dependent on another both as customer of output and as supplier of Inputs. It can be evaluated that the recent growth of Korean ICT sector has come from the development of communication service and equipment industry and software industry. Although the high performance and positive revealed comparative advantages in ICT manufacturing sector, the value added and employment in that sector are not satisfactory. It may reflect in part high portion of imported intermediate goods in ICT manufacturing. However, it is fortunate that ICT services, which accounted for relatively high value added, induce the development of ICT manufacturing and follow strong export performance. Moreover, it is expected that the software sector with high value added and employment will be a major driver of ICT growth.

Today many corporations converge clients' needs and IT technology, and then they are developing new service model in order to survive global situation. The changes of manufacturing industry from simple manufacture to industry for focus on services is getting speeded up, because not only growth of service part but also enlargement in creating value in services is expected. And services through collaboration with knowledge based service and only manufacturing industry is important. In this situation, this thesis is willing to propose methodology for Inter-Industry Collaboration Service Model. The proposed methodology includes procedures which develops service model, plans for Inter-Industry Collaboration Service Model and evaluating framework. Also, this applied case studies. I look forward to offering useful guideline on the proposed methodology in this study to corporations that try to create new service model through Inter-Industry Collaboration Service Model.

IT convergence has been approached from national strategic dimension with an aim to drive forward technology development and industrial advancement in other fields by taking the IT to the next advanced level, and has been the focus of intensive investment of research resources. Against this backdrop, IT convergence has emerged as a cutting-edge convergence industry that helps spur development of new growth engine being pushed forward at inter-ministerial level, as well as help turn the mainstay industries into high value-added industries and create new IT industry. Health-related convergence services have shifted its focus towards the exercise/sports and rehabilitation-oriented entertainment experiential industry away from conventional disease prevention and control-centric treatment/therapy technology industry. Thus, this study was intended to examine the trends of IT convergence technological development related to health exercise and present recommendation on the future course for development of major technologies and advancement of convergence industry, given the importance assigned to IT convergence.

The Outsourcing Industry has grown at a swift pace and evolved over time, and the Global IT Outsourcing market has shown signs of a steady growth. In the Korean financial industry, however, IT Outsourcing is not active as that of the advanced countries and there is lack of literature to understand the characteristics of IT Outsourcing in the financial industry. This paper, therefore, analyze the outcomes surveying 40 financial companies in Korea to investigate how IT Outsourcing risk factors affects IT Outsourcing intention. Based on our literature reviews based on number of key articles, journals, and the focus group interviews, IT Outsourcing risk factors are proposed into four different domains: Transaction, Client, Vendor and Environmental perspective. It found that two risk factors (Client and Environmental perspective) are closely related to the IT Outsourcing intention of the Korean financial industry. Finally, this paper concludes that concrete SLAs (Service Level Agreements) of the clients and support of government agencies are important to mitigate the IT Outsourcing risks.

Shipbuilding is basically labor-intensive industry. It creates a number of job opportunities, but it is classified as a high risk industry like the construction industry. Shipyards show similarities in many aspects compared with the construction sites. There are many stakeholders of the HSE managements in the shipbuilding industry, such as ship owner, primary contractor and multi-layered subcontractors. The ship owners who are almost foreigners are treating strictly about safety and health. Therefore, it is necessary to development an appropriate HSE management systems and for the management systems it is desirable to information technology (IT) to accommodate these complex and complicated problems and situations. It was developed the ISP (Information Strategic Planning) as a HSE management system for the shipbuilding industry. It consisted of the environment analysis, the As-Is analysis and the To-Be design. In this study, the ISP is introduced and further it is suggested that it should be connected to system of HR(Human resource), PM(Plant maintenance) and KM(Knowledge Management) to make the HSE management system efficient.

The purpose of this study was known the animation history, function of the animation character, the development process of the animation industry, and the industry process of the animation character in the center of the animation character of America and Japan occupying the internal character market largely. Also, it was examined how the animation character was used in the fashion industry and was recognized the importance of the character industry, and it was seen the design development of the fashion character in the future and the proceeding method of the fashion marketing strategy. The following this study was examined by using the various newspaper and magazine, the internal and external reference. In the result of this study, the animation character created in the TV and the screen is extended the related industry and is developed the various cultural products, and it is recognized as the product of the highly added value. The internal animation characters are mostly the characters of America and Japan, but now the internal animation productions is recognized the importance of the animation industry and is producted the animation to attack the internal and external market. The potential of the animation character was really excessive. The excellent animation product was important but the animation character and the activity of the accompaniment industry related to it was important. Also the animation character mostly had influence on the fashion industry.
