The research on the actual condition of the oriental health related industry has been made with defining it's phase. As a result, I have come to develope korean-type health model, which can solve the problems derived from the past herb medicine industry. The prospects and roles of the oriental health related industries are as follows: The phase adjustment of the oriental health related industry. The problems of modern medical science happens in the beginning of 21st century, the importance of oriental health improvement in the field of health business is now being on the rise. therefore it is necessary to readjust the present status of the oriental medicine and to take it into health area. Should the responsible institutes regarded on oriental medicine make clear prescription in terms of oriental health industry's role and limitation, they could contribute health circumstance in the 21st century. This is because oriental health related industry can be utiliged in not only protective area and curable area. The present situation of the oriental health related industry. These herb medical societies are flooded with various oriental health industry apart from the legal systematic control so far health industry apart from the legal systematic control so far. The expected survey can not be complete but random under these situations. Nevertheless oriental medical health industry area such as a diet cure, exercise treatment and living condition cure are being considerably expanded, especially living facilities improvement and mind control areas are toward worldwide. Consquently herb health industries are now？ consistantly developed by the influence of western nature treatment stemmed from the oriental medicine theory. The role and prospect of the oriental health related industry in 21st century. The oriental health industries can be helpful for the human being's health improvement in general but by the lack of scholastic oriental health theory, it does not contribute to the health welfare. If these problems are made up for in the field of theory area, the oriental health related industry will surely have the potentiallity and know how for health welfare. The successive role of these industry is depended on the fact that the characteristics of the oriental medicine should adjust to the real society with the systematic management. In the 21C, oriental health industry will certainly be vitalized owing to the social and periodical request especially in the area of oriental medical industry, oriental health drink industry, oriental health mind exercise industry, oriental health leasure industry and oriental health complex management industry. Among these areas, it is the oriental health complex amagement industry that will be the limestone of prosperity of the oriental health industry in 21C. Proposal for the social contribution of the oriental health related industry in the 21C. To achive the ultimate role of the oriental health industry in the 21c, first we should know how to use the oriental medicine. Second We should make an effort to revitalize the oriental health industry. So it is indespensible that government, academic institution and enterprise should concentrate their interest on the oriental health industry with common knowledge and systematic management in advance.

IT는 한국의 경제성장에 큰 기여를 해왔으며 사회전반의 패러다임 혁신을 통해 생산성, 효율성, 편의성, 소통성을 증진시키고 삶의 양식에 전면적 변화를 가져왔다. 국민경제와 사회문화에서 지대한 의미를 지니는 IT는 다른 기술 또는 산업과의 융합이라는 새로운 변화와 혁신의 중심에 위치하고 있다. IT융합은 IT의 자체 고도화를 바탕으로 다른 분야의 기술개발과 산업발전을 견인하거나 새로운 산업을 창출하는 것으로, 우리나라를 비롯하여 주요국에서는 자원과 역량을 선택적으로 집중하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 IT 융합 신산업 역량강화요인을 도출하고자 2011년도에 실시한 정책연구의 학계 및 공공기관 전문가 델파이 결과를 선행연구들과 비교하여 한국의 IT 융합역량의 수준 변화를 평가하고 결론적으로 한국의 IT융합 신산업 역량강화요인을 도출하고자 하였다.

The economic growth that depended on IT industry is reaching to a limit. In order to overcome the limit, the convergence industry that makes new market and products is essential. However, companies preparing a jump into the convergence industry must understand the exact visions and characteristics of convergence. Therefore, we investigated the structural changes of industries caused by convergence and importance characteristics of convergence. Also, we demonstrated the current status of the convergence industry and analyzed economical, social/cultural, and technological environments that the companies are facing, and elaborated the opportunities of convergence. At last, we suggested basic requirements and strategies for companies starting a convergence business and IT utilization methods to accelerate the convergence business activation.

This paper analyses the Korean information and communication technology supply side across the economy using 1995, 2000 and 2003 input-output tables. Input-output analysis considers inter-industry relations in an economy, depicting how the output of one industry goes to another industry where it serves as an input, and thereby makes one industry dependent on another both as customer of output and as supplier of Inputs. It can be evaluated that the recent growth of Korean ICT sector has come from the development of communication service and equipment industry and software industry. Although the high performance and positive revealed comparative advantages in ICT manufacturing sector, the value added and employment in that sector are not satisfactory. It may reflect in part high portion of imported intermediate goods in ICT manufacturing. However, it is fortunate that ICT services, which accounted for relatively high value added, induce the development of ICT manufacturing and follow strong export performance. Moreover, it is expected that the software sector with high value added and employment will be a major driver of ICT growth.

Today many corporations converge clients' needs and IT technology, and then they are developing new service model in order to survive global situation. The changes of manufacturing industry from simple manufacture to industry for focus on services is getting speeded up, because not only growth of service part but also enlargement in creating value in services is expected. And services through collaboration with knowledge based service and only manufacturing industry is important. In this situation, this thesis is willing to propose methodology for Inter-Industry Collaboration Service Model. The proposed methodology includes procedures which develops service model, plans for Inter-Industry Collaboration Service Model and evaluating framework. Also, this applied case studies. I look forward to offering useful guideline on the proposed methodology in this study to corporations that try to create new service model through Inter-Industry Collaboration Service Model.

IT 융합은 IT의 자체 고도화를 바탕으로 다른 분야의 기술개발과 산업발전을 견인하거나 새로운 산업창출을 목표로 국가전략적 차원에서 접근을 하고 있으며 연구자원을 집중 투자하고 있다. 이에 IT 융합은 주력산업을 고부가가치화하고, IT 신산업을 창출할 뿐만 아니라, 범부처적으로 추진하는 신성장동력 육성에 기여하는 첨단융합 산업분야로 부상하게 되었다. 건강관련 융합서비스는 기존의 질병 예방과 관리 중심의 치료기술 산업에서 운동/스포츠 및 재활 중심의 엔터테인먼트체험 산업으로 확장되는 추세이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 IT 융합에 대하여 그 중요성을 지니는 것만큼 건강운동과 관련된 IT 융합기술개발 동향을 파악하고 기존에 진행되었던 주요 기술개발과 융합산업 발전을 위한 방향에 관한 제언을 하고자 한다.

The Outsourcing Industry has grown at a swift pace and evolved over time, and the Global IT Outsourcing market has shown signs of a steady growth. In the Korean financial industry, however, IT Outsourcing is not active as that of the advanced countries and there is lack of literature to understand the characteristics of IT Outsourcing in the financial industry. This paper, therefore, analyze the outcomes surveying 40 financial companies in Korea to investigate how IT Outsourcing risk factors affects IT Outsourcing intention. Based on our literature reviews based on number of key articles, journals, and the focus group interviews, IT Outsourcing risk factors are proposed into four different domains: Transaction, Client, Vendor and Environmental perspective. It found that two risk factors (Client and Environmental perspective) are closely related to the IT Outsourcing intention of the Korean financial industry. Finally, this paper concludes that concrete SLAs (Service Level Agreements) of the clients and support of government agencies are important to mitigate the IT Outsourcing risks.

Shipbuilding is basically labor-intensive industry. It creates a number of job opportunities, but it is classified as a high risk industry like the construction industry. Shipyards show similarities in many aspects compared with the construction sites. There are many stakeholders of the HSE managements in the shipbuilding industry, such as ship owner, primary contractor and multi-layered subcontractors. The ship owners who are almost foreigners are treating strictly about safety and health. Therefore, it is necessary to development an appropriate HSE management systems and for the management systems it is desirable to information technology (IT) to accommodate these complex and complicated problems and situations. It was developed the ISP (Information Strategic Planning) as a HSE management system for the shipbuilding industry. It consisted of the environment analysis, the As-Is analysis and the To-Be design. In this study, the ISP is introduced and further it is suggested that it should be connected to system of HR(Human resource), PM(Plant maintenance) and KM(Knowledge Management) to make the HSE management system efficient.

최근 한류의 확산으로 인해, 한국문화와 한국 연예인들의 외모에 대한 세계적 관심이 높아지면서, 국내 뷰티 관련 기업들의 해외진출이 활성화되고 있다. 세계 경기침체 속에서도 뷰티산업은 성장세를 이어가고 있으며, 우리나라의 성장속도는 괄목할만한 수준이다. 이러한 성장에도 불구하고 뷰티산업의 영세성과 양극화로 인해 지속적인 성장을 유지하기 위해서는 뷰티-IT 융합기술을 기반으로 한 새로운 시장창출, 즉 뷰티-IT 융합산업의 육성이 필요하다. 뷰티산업의 현황 및 전망에 대해서는 일부 연구가 이루어졌으나, 뷰티-IT 융합산업에 대해서는 전혀 연구가 이루어진 바가 없다. 따라서, 본 연구는 뷰티-IT 융합산업 관련 최초의 연구라는데 의의가 있다. 전 세계적으로 뷰티-IT융합산업은 아직까지 시작단계에 있는데, 정부에서는 뷰티-IT 융합기술에 대한 Top-Down 방식의 연구주제 선정, 가산점 부여, 타 산업과 같이 중장기 기술로드맵 수립을 통한 지원 등 체계적인 발전방안과 유망기술에 대한 글로벌 시장 선점 전략을 수립하여 집중 육성해나가야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was known the animation history, function of the animation character, the development process of the animation industry, and the industry process of the animation character in the center of the animation character of America and Japan occupying the internal character market largely. Also, it was examined how the animation character was used in the fashion industry and was recognized the importance of the character industry, and it was seen the design development of the fashion character in the future and the proceeding method of the fashion marketing strategy. The following this study was examined by using the various newspaper and magazine, the internal and external reference. In the result of this study, the animation character created in the TV and the screen is extended the related industry and is developed the various cultural products, and it is recognized as the product of the highly added value. The internal animation characters are mostly the characters of America and Japan, but now the internal animation productions is recognized the importance of the animation industry and is producted the animation to attack the internal and external market. The potential of the animation character was really excessive. The excellent animation product was important but the animation character and the activity of the accompaniment industry related to it was important. Also the animation character mostly had influence on the fashion industry.
