The 2032 South-North Joint Olympics is an agreement between the two Koreas. Through this, various efforts are needed to improve new inter-Korean relations and co-prosperity on the Korean Peninsula. The purpose of this study is to proceed with the 203 South-North Joint Olympics. This study was developed by literature reserch methods. The result of this study are as follows. First, Seoul-Pyongyang soccer exchange game will be promoted. Second, the International Peace Cup a relay race(Marathon) will be held. Third, Korea Peace Cup International Table Tennis Championships will be held. Fourth, I propose holding the Korea Sports Science Forum. Fifth, about 16-17 events are propose for North Korea to host the 2032 South-North Joint Olympics. Sixth, the decision to host the 2032 Summer Olympics is expected in 2022 or 2023. Seventh, it is necessary to promote the Inter-Korean Social Association cultural Exchange and Cooperation Committee or the Special Committee for the Promotion of the Inter-Korea Sports Exchange and Cooperation. Eighth, it is necessary to implement a five-year plan to promote Inter-Korea sports Exchange Cooperation or a five-year plan for Inter-Korea sports Exchange and Cooperation. Ninth, the North Korea player registration system will be promote to the South Korean K-1 League. Ten, suggest sports exchange and cooperation ahead of time. Eleventh, train experts on North Korean sports or exchange and cooperation. Finally, the South-North Korea sports exchange Agreement will be promoted. It also promotes the Inter-Korea sports Exchange and Cooperation Support Act.

Three-party authenticated key exchange protocol based on smartcards using XOR and hash function operation instead of the public key operation has been proposed in 2006. Recently, it is doing for research because of increasing interest in privacy. This paper pointed out that proposed three-party authenticated key exchange protocol in 2006 has some problems; it is user anonymity and slow wrong input detection, and then we proposed new one to overcome these problems.

Knowledge sharing has many benefits; however, employees are generally reluctant to share their knowledge with co-workers. This reluctance can be attributed to the facts that sharing knowledge involves the threat of losing personal competitiveness and the codification of knowledge for sharing requires additional effort. This study explains why employees engage in knowledge sharing despite the threat and cost of sharing knowledge. Specifically, it examines the effects of the quality of co-worker exchange (CWX) on knowledge sharing and the moderating effect of learning goal orientation on the relationship between CWX and knowledge sharing. Data from 186 individuals indicate that there is a positive relationship between CWX and knowledge sharing, and that this relationship is strengthened when learning goal orientation is low rather than when it is high. The theoretical and practical implications of the findings are also discussed.

The exchange of model design date among heterogeneous CAD systems is a difficult task because each system has different data structures suitable for its own functions. STEP has been able to represent product information as a common computer-interpretable form that is required to remain complete and consistent when the product informant is needed to be exchanged among different computer system. However, STEP has difficult architecture in is representing point, line, curve and vectors of element, more over it can't represent geometry data of feature based models. In this study, a structure of XML document that represents geometry data of feature based models as neutral format has been developed. To use the developed XML document, a Converter has also been developed to exchange modules so that it can exchange feature based data models among heterogeneous CAD systems. Aa for evaluation of the developed XML document and Converter, Solidworks and SolidEdge are selected.

This paper presents the effects of operating Backup Dispatch Center as a System Dispatch Center(SDC). SDC operates the 154kV transmission lines outside of Seoul metropolitan area, and acts as the backup dispatch center in case of central dispatch center's failure. With SDC, it became possible not only to divide operation of Korean transmission lines to separate control centers according to voltage and region, but to clear faults faster and more accurately. It has paved the way to improve power system reliability and advance the power system operation in general.

Coloring effect, mechanical properties resulting from silver ions exchange of glasses immersed into the mixed molten salt of KNO3 and AgNO3 were investigated in this study. Ion exchange coloring of glasses made it possible to obtain glasses with a range from yellow to yellowish-brown, and spectral transmittance was investigated. The amount of ion exchange and peneration depth increased with treatment temperature and time. The activation energy decreased with mole fraction of AgNO3. It can be seem that the bending strength of ion exchanged glasses were 3~4 times higher than the parent glass and Ag+ colloids prevented from increasing surface microhardness.

This study empirically investigated the relationships among inter-organizational contextual factors(assets specificity, long-term orientation and interdependence), information exchange between trading partners, inter-organizational loaming and trust, and inter-organizational performance. In this study, types of information exchanged between trading firms are classified into two broad kinds: transaction information and management information. from empirical results, we found that inter-organizational contextual factors have a greater positive impact on the exchange of management information. It is also observed that the exchange of information positively influences inter-organizational trust and loaming. finally, the results of this study showed that inter-organizational trust and teaming have positive effects on the improvement of inter-organizational performance. Thus, it is concluded that the amount of information exchanged according to the conditions of inter-organizational contextual factors gives rise to inter-organizational teaming and high levels of trust, and high levels of trust and learning contribute to the increase of inter-organizational performance.

In many areas of industry, it is desirable to have fast and reliable systems in order to quickly obtain suitable solid models for computer- aided analyses. Nevertheless it is well known that the data exchange process between CAD modelers and CAE packages can require significative efforts. This paper presents an approach for geometrical data exchange through triangulated boundary models. The proposed framework is founded on the use of STL file specification as neutral format file. This work is principally focused on data exchange among CAD modelers and FEA packages via STL. The proposed approach involves the definition of a topological structure suitable for the STL representation and the development of algorithms for topology and geometry data processing in order to get a solid model suitable for finite element analysis or other computer aided engineering purposes. Different algorithms for model processing are considered and their pros and cons are discussed. As a case study, a prototype modeler which supports an exporting filter for a commercial CAE package has been implemented.

EMS, MOS, CBP시스템을 포괄하는 전력 IT시스템의 하절기 전력수요 피크대비 전력IT 신뢰도 향상방안에 대한 결과를 분석하였다. 먼저 신뢰도 향상을 위한 하절기 대비 운영계획을 수립하고 운영계획에 따라 정책과 운영 그리고 장애에 따른 유지보수를 시행하여 전력IT 종합신뢰도를 99.74%를 달성하였다. 향후에는 미흡한 점을 보완하여 2008년 하절기에는 운영기술을 향상시키고 기술축적을 통하여 전력계통운영 선진화 및 공정하고 투명한 전력거래시스템 운영에 만전을 기하고자 한다.

국내에서 CBP전력시장이 운영된지 벌써 7년이 흘렀다. 그간 많은 개선을 통해 한국 전력산업의 고유 특성을 반영한 전력시장으로 발전해왔다. 타 산업에서의 시장과 달리 실시간으로 발생하는 전력계통의 제약을 반영하면서 수많은 데이터를 처리해야하는 특성으로 인해 전력시장은 IT기술의 발전과 동행해 왔다고 할 수 있다. 특히 이렇게 복잡한 실시간 시장을 감시하고 분석할 수 있는 기법 및 IT시스템은 전력시장을 운영하는 모든 나라에서 지속적으로 발전해왔으며, 향후에도 계속 발전해 갈 것이다. 우리나라도 이제 안정단계에 접어든 전력시장을 더욱 발전시키기 위해서는 전력시장을 감시하고 분석할 수 있는 다양한 기법 및 IT시스템의 발전이 필수적일 것이다. 이러한 관점에서 이번 전력거래소에서 구축한 전력시장 종합분석시스템은 우리나라의 전력시장 발전에 커다란 의미가 있다.
