For the continuous growth of firms, the contributions of effective risk management system are required. This research analyzes the impact on the firm's performance related to risk management structure which includes the risk management system, risk management activity and risk management competency. In this research, the structural equation model considering the variable which contains enterprise risk management system, risk management activity and risk management competency was suggested. Also risk management organization and management procedures are identified as in enterprise risk management system. The implementation activity and control activity were the factors related in risk management activity. And risk management competency can be described as the response level of managing risk in outside and inside the firms' environment. Finally this model was analysed empirically for 112 firms in Korea using SPSS 18.0 and Amos 16.0. As the results, the suggested hypothesis were adopted. So as to manage risk performance for their firms, the development of systematic Risk Management Framework is important for their risk management activity and risk management competency. Ultimately, we can conclude that the focusing to the systematic risk management approach could be effective on the firm's risk management performance.

The purpose of this study is to grasp the type of network activity and corporate competency based on network theory and to compare and analyze the relationship between these characteristics and business performance. The results showed that the frequency, importance, and reliability of CEO's had a positive (+) effect on business performance, and the mediating effect of corporate competency (industrial information competency, opportunity capture competency, strategic flexibility, and transaction cost reduction) appeared. This study tried to measure business performance by including corporate competency as a direct performance variable of CEO's network activity and found that it is desirable to focus on interacting with the most important network sources and to make efforts to strengthen the qualitative characteristics of network activities rather than expanding the scope of the network in order to improve the performance of CEO's Network Activity.

The Environment - friendly construction industry has developed rapidly with sustained development of related technologies and government assistance. However, there is lack of consideration for nurturing professional manpower for Environment - friendly construction industry. In order to support rapid growth, it is necessary to analyze the competency of professional manpower to prepare for successful Environment - friendly construction industry. Thus, this research derive competency variables through the literature review and experts' interview was applied toward an validating of the key variables. Further, a survey of competency factors for sustainable construction was performed and analyzed through exploratory factor analysis. The result showed that four key competency factors were derived, and two factors stood out : Understanding of Sustainability and Affective Competency. The meaning of this research is to investigate relationship between the characteristics of Environment - friendly construction and importance of competency factor.

As the recent demand for human resources in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), the development of professional STEM teacher is called worldwide. It is becoming a critical need in teacher education in order to educate student teachers, and prepare pre-service and beginning teachers for high quality of teaching competency. To promote the competency for $21^{st}$ century STEM teachers, the epistemology of technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK) is currently considered as the essential qualities of knowledge for highly qualified teachers. The aim of this study is explore the effect of case-based learning approach on TPACK competency of pre-service STEM teachers. In order to develop the pre-service teachers' competency regarding effective integration of technologies into teaching specific content areas, a series of innovative case study teaching in science and mathematics was presented to 43 participants of pre-service physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics, and computer teachers during a course of information and communication technology (ICT) in Education at Khon Kaen University, Thailand. After finishing a case presentation, the pre-service teachers were encouraged into a forum of critical open discussion by considering the potential impact of the case and the TPACK framework. They were investigated instructional design competency of using ICT tools into student learning process and their personal beliefs about ICT in educational process both before and after. The participant's reactions and learning was evaluated by using a self-reported questionnaire and an implementation log of content-specific learning process design, respectively. Results showed a change of their beliefs and the transformation of their TPACK competency in STEM teaching. In an effort to better serve the needs of high quality STEM teachers, the results of this study illustrated that the competency of TPACK could be particularly considered as a core attributes for future STEM teachers. By the way, case-based learning approach can play an effective part in preparing and professing the TPACK competency for STEM teachers.

This study confirms the impact relationship between the president and employee competency related to smart factory construction of manufacturing SMEs, the acceptance intention and management performance in smart factory construction. The 310 data collected through a questionnaire were tested for research hypotheses through SEM. As a result, the president and employee competency affects the smart factory acceptance intention and the employee competency affects the management performance. Acceptance intention has a positive impact on management performance. Regional characteristics have a moderating effect on the relationship between president competency, acceptance intention, and management performance. Through this study, it was confirmed that the president and employee competency was an important factor in smart factory built.

This study intended to identify the relationship between cooperative learning competency and personality, and to evaluate how creativity mediate this relationship. Participants were 123 university students in Busan, the collected data was analyzed using Model 6 of SPSS PROCESS Macro. The results indicated as follows. First, cooperative learning competency, creative ability, creative disposition, and personality all showed a significant positive correlation. Second, it was found that cooperative learning competency had a significant effect on personality. Third, the mediating effect of creative ability wasn't found to be significant in the relationship between cooperative learning competency and personality. Fourth, the mediating effect of creative disposition was found to be significant in the relationship between cooperative learning competency and personality. Fifth, in the relationship between cooperative learning competency and personality, the sequential mediating effect of creative ability and creative disposition was confirmed.

In the construction industry, success or failure depends on the capability and role of the project owner's organization, which has an effect on the peoples' lives and national finance because of a lot of involvement from the project owner. Therefore, it is required that the project owner has the sufficient capability for the success of relevant industry and the further development of whole industry. Therefore, at the viewpoint of successful accomplishment of the construction industry, systematic and in-depth research that defines and evaluates the capability of the project owner's organization is necessary. As-Is and To-Be competency can be measured by the individual areas and elements through the survey. By evaluating these capabilities simultaneously, it is possible to assume not only the project owner's organizational competency but also constant other capabilities. It is become to make plans for strengthening the capabilities and to establish the strategy, by catching which capabilities are really necessary. It will result in positive effects on improving the capabilities of the project owner's organizational competency.

Objectives : This study analyzed the concordance between student self-assessment and peer-evaluation in a role play using the Clinical Performance Examination (CPX) scenario developed based on Korean medical syndrome differentiation. Methods : The subjects of this study are first-year-students majoring in Korean Medicine. The role play based on clinical case was performed in the class of Korean Medicine Classics. Feedback on clinical skill competency got through student self-assessment and peer-evaluation, and this study was compared and analyzed of result. Results : A simple comparison of the results of self-assessment and peer-evaluation in the evaluation results of clinical skill competency may appear to be consistent. However, it was not statistically significant. It is necessary to enhance the discriminative ability in the evaluation of clinical skill competency. It will be possible to improve a bit by relatively increasing the weight of the scores on the items that students expect to respond differently among the evaluation items. In addition, in order to dramatically improve the systemicity and reliability of the evaluation of clinical skill competency itself, it is necessary to introduce the Introduction to Clinical Traditional Korean Medicine (ICTKM) course. Conclusions : Student's self-assessment and peer-evaluation as feedback on clinical skill competency are suitable for the purpose of education and training. However, the reliability of the evaluation was not statistically significant.

This study was conducted to identify the structural causal relationship between the quality of college education service, college life adaptation, and learning competency perceived by undergraduate probation students. To achieve this research purpose, data were collected and analyzed through the development of questionnaires for undergraduate students and online questionnaires. The research results are as follows. First, it was found that university administrative service had a negatively significant effect on college life adaptation and learning competency. Second, it was found that the curriculum had a positive and significant effect on learning competencies through college life adaptation. Third, it was found that adaptation to college life had a statically significant effect on learning competency. These research results suggest that it is necessary to support the improvement of college life adaptation ability through the operation of university administrative services and curriculum tailored to students with academic probation.

The purpose of this study was to identify relationship among critical thinking, nursing process competency and evidence based practice competency of nurses working in middle sized hospitals. A descriptive correlational study design was used. The data were collected from 262 nurses working in the three hospitals located in G and P city using self-administered questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistic, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA with scheffe, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple linear regression using SPSS Statistics 21.0 program. Nurses' evidence-based practice competency had positive correlation with critical thinking disposition (r=.42, p <.001) and nursing process competency (r=.58, p <.001). Full model accounted for 65.1% of evidence-based practice competency by nursing process competency (${\beta}=.57$, p <.001), critical thinking disposition (${\beta}=.34$, p <.001), critical thinking educational experience (${\beta}=.11$, p=.004), Master's degree (${\beta}=.09$, p=.032). Conclusion: o increase evidence-based practice competency of nurses, it is required to develop critical thinking disposition and nursing process competency of nurses.
