Recently, with the improvement of national income, the increase of int e rest in the consumers, health, and the enhancement of recognition of environment the demands of environmental-friendly agricultural products(EFAPs) are on the rise rapidly. The demand in the market for EFAPs increases rapidly, and the sales amount increases by 30~40% every year. But, it is in situation that the EFAPs arc not distributed well between the producers and consumers now. That is, the producers of EFAPs can not End th e ir markets. And, the consumers do not trust the EFAPs. Also, it is in situation that it is difficult to promote the demand because of relatively higher prices than the general agricultural products. To solve these problems, it may be summed up as follows. First, it needs to reduce the distribution cost by the construction of stable supply basis. Second, it needs to improve the distribution system of EFAPs. Third, it needs to enhance the differentiation and improve the consumers, reliability. Fourth, it needs to make in brand and extend the various publicities. Fifth, it needs to construct the supporting system and enhance the cooperation with the related institutions. Sixth, it needs to End new demand and introduce the procurement system by the government.

The purpose of this study is to present an evaluation model to measure the clarification level of stakeholder requirements of public sector software projects in the Republic of Korea. We tried to grasp the quality of proposal request through evaluation model. It also examines the impact of the level of stakeholder requirements on the level of system requirements. To do this, we analyzed existing research models and related standards related to business requirements and stakeholder requirements, and constructed evaluation models for the system operation concept documents in the ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148. The system operation concept document is a document prepared by organizing the requirements of stakeholders in the organization and sharing the intention of the organization. The evaluation model proposed in this study focuses on evaluating whether the contents related to the system operation concept are faithfully written in the request for proposal. The evaluation items consisted of three items: 'organization status', 'desired changes', and 'operational constraints'. The sample extracted 217 RFPs in the national procurement system. As a result of the analysis, the evaluation model proved to be valid and the internal consistency was maintained. The level of system operation concept was very low, and it was also found to affect the quality of system requirements. It is more important to clearly write stakeholders' requirements than the functional requirements. we propose a news classification methods for sentiment analysis that is effective for bankruptcy prediction model.

The development of local defense parts has played a role a pure function such as maintenance of stable procurement source of military goods, provision of timely supply, establishment of self-defense base, creation of import substitution effect considering the whole life-cycle cost, reduction of foreign currency and protection of domestic defense industry. However, as the development success rate is deteriorating, it is time to analyze the related policies and improve the system. In order to improve the success rate of development of parts for the defense sector, it is necessary to unify the separated policies by the development-related departments and strengthen the policy support for the development companies to actively participate in the development. In addition, it is necessary to improve the paradigm for the selection of development items and change the authority of selecting development items and to delegate authority to create synergies. Parts localization development policy improvement is military support side it will contribute to strengthening defense power management by organically combining with technological development aspect and economical aspect. Development items will be linked to defense exports, which will have a remarkable effect on sales growth and job creation effects. The development of local defense parts is spreading.

본 연구는 대형유통업체의 식품유통체계와 농식품 공급업체와의 거래관계 특성을 구성하는 핵심과정인 농식품의 구매과정과 거래유형, 그리고 거래관계 유형별 입지 특성을 밝히는 것을 목적으로 한다. 사례연구를 위해 대구광역시의 대표적인 유통업체이자 향토기업인 동화백화점 계열 백화점 및 할인점을 대상으로 조사하였다. 사례기업의 농식품 구매유형은 주로 산지구매, 도매시장구매, 벤더구매가 중심이나 품목에 따라서 생식품과 공산품간에, 생식품 내에서도 세부품목별로 상이한 거래유형을 나타낸다. 농식품의 구매경로는 도매시장구매와 경매구매 등 중간 매개기관을 통한 구애와 산지구매, 개별계약농장구매 등 현지구매, 그리고 축산물구매 등으로 구분되며 각 구매경로 별로 독특한 구매노하우와 절차를 내포한다 공간적 측면에서, 고정 협력업체로 지정된 292개의 농식품 공급업체의 80$\%$ 이상이 대구와 경북지역에 집중 분포하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 거래유형별로 대구지역 공급업체는 제조업체의 비중이 높은 반면, 경북지역 공급업체는 산지업체의 비중이 높다. 거래기간별로는 사례기업과 5년 이상 장기거래 관계를 지속하고 있는 업체가 70$\%$ 이상을 차지하여 거래지속성이 비교적 높은 것으로 나타났으며 특히 대구지역의 공급업체와의 거래지속성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 품목별로는 대구지역은 공산품 공급업체의 비중이 높은 반면, 경북지역은 생식품 공급업체의 비중이 매우 높다.

선 해양 분야와 같이 복잡성이 높은 EPC(engineering, procurement, construction) 기반의 제조 공정시에는 협업 업체 간 협업 작업용 데이터가 매우 상세한 수준까지 상호 참조됨으로써 유기적인 현장 업무가 실현될 수 있는 방안이 필수적이다. 그러나 기업 별 고유한 SW의 사용과 현장 관리 체계의 복잡성으로 인하여 업체 상호 간 현장의 작업 정보를 포함한 진행 상태가 실시간 수준으로 공유되지 못하고 있어 이로 인하여 공정 지연 및 자원 투입의 비효율이 초래되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 파일 형태로 존재하는 작업 정보를 협업 형태의 제조 공정에서 적용할 수 있는 중립 데이터 생성 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 또한 개발된 알고리즘을 조선 해양 플랜트 배관의 제조 공정에 적용하고 생성된 중립 데이터를 활용하여 시각화하는 작업 정보 생성용 SW를 개발하고 좌표, 형상 및 치수, BOM의 종류, 개수, spec값을 비교함으로써 알고리즘의 정확도를 검증하였다. 그 결과 중립 데이터 좌표 정확성은 99%, 중립데이터 형상과 치수는 100%, BOM Spec. 은 100% 일치함을 확인하였다. 이 연구는 기업의 다양한 정보화 기반 기술로 인한 정보 공유의 제약을 극복하고, 복잡한 제조 공정의 작업화일 정보 공유를 극대화할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Purpose: This study was to evaluate the effects of Aloe. Gelfoam. and Plaster of Paris on bone healing. Materials and Methods: Four experimental defects were created for placement of the three materials in the right femur of dogs. One defect served as an empty control site. The evaluation was performed at 1-. 6-. and 12-weeks by light microscopy and radiographs. Results: Radiographic and histologic examinations showed new bone formation in the presence of Aloe, Gelfoam. and Plaster of Paris and similar bone healing reactions. Conclusion: On the basis of these findings, it was concluded that Aloe, Gelfoam. and Plaster of Paris may be adequate agents for use in bone procurement.

An anonymous authentication scheme allows a user to identify himself as a member of a group of users in a secure and anonymous way. It seems to be crucial and indispensable components in English auction, electronic voting and open procurement, which are getting very popular business areas in E-commerce. First, we briefly describe the previous anonymous authentication protocols how to work and what cryptographic techniques adopted to increase performance and achieve anonymity. Second, we compare those protocols from the viewpoint of the communication and computation complexity and the specific cryptographic techniques used in their protocols.

Accordingly, effective management of construction projects is being applied, with the introduction and use of PMIS computerized systems. Due to the construction of railways, from the start of PMIS research planning, design, procurement, to construction and commissioning, various expertise is being carefully gathered, and by integrating it into the unified budget ideas and processes, rational, efficient, organized, and manageable financial plans are developed for the computerized system. However, the current PMIS does not take into account the life-cycle. Therefore, this study is to bring attention to the BIM smart BOM-based configuration management for life-cycle through the consideration for railway construction project management.

According to 2012 OECD environmental report, Korea was ranked as the first country of water stress. Water footprint is a method to calculate water usage during the life cycle of a product from material procurement through production to disposal to recycle and to quantify the load to water resources. In water footprint calculation, water consumption unit is used. Agricultural water use is over 48% so it is urgent to mange that area Korea needs to spread the discussion about water footprint as quickly as possible, for the study to prevent social and environmental problems due to water shortage. This paper, through water footprint calculation and comparison in Chungju and Geochang areas, looks to counter measures for water risk, targeting domestically-produced apple.
