We all human beings, should be reached the terminal of life in the world. There is the only difference between that comes suddenly or slowly. Persons who should be come the terminal stage suddenly due to disease, especially, malignancy, are Hospice patients. Hospice work is the work of all of us because anyone, anywhere, whenever can be suffered in terminal stage. The characters of Hospice-care are total care of wholistic human beings, comprehensive total assessment of the life and the team work composed of diverse team-members, for example, doctors, nurses, social workers, physical therapists, psychologists, ministers & volunteers. The care manager of the total care(the coordinator of Hospice care), should be worked systemically and, rationally. The comprehensive assessment concept should be entered to the infra-consultant of terminal care-program. The care manager should be have the ability of comprehensive assessment for terminal patients. It will also help standardization of Hospice, and application of medical insurance and social security.

The fundamental goal of dental treatment is rehabilitation of oral health thus various dental treatment are done. Most of the dental procedures are not life threatening but patients who are medically compromised are exceptional. Fortunately systemic disease can be easily diagnosed by medical insurance(medicare) or annual medical check examination in Korea. Diseases which were fatal at the past are successfully treated nowadays and consequently the population of the elder increases. As the population of elder increases, patients who need medical care as well as dental patient with compromised medical condition increases. It is essential to find out if the patient has any systemic disease. Consultant to the appropriated physician of medically compromised patients? is demanded and also for a successful dental treatment, deep knowledge of the systemic disease is necessary.

A study showed that the two most important obstacles to assembly automation were that product designs are generally not assembly oriented and that most components cannot be handled automatically without problems. In the view of the importance of well designed product with high assemblability, a tool must be developed to pre-evaluate a product during design phase whether it can be assembled with minimum efforts. In this research, a prototype expert system for DFA has been developed that can be used to advise the designer of difficulties that his/her design presents for automatic handling during manufacture. This rule-based system has been implemented on an IBM personal computer, using the Texas Instruments' Personal Consultant Plus.

In the Reporting Cell Location Management (RCLM) system, a subset of cells in the network is designated as the reporting cells. Each mobile terminal performs location update only when it enters one of these reporting cells. When a call arrives, the paging is confined to the reporting cell the user last reported and the neighboring bounded non-reporting cells. Frequent location update may result in degradation of quality of service due to interference. Miss on the location of a mobile terminal will necessitate a search operation on the network when a call comes in. We must decide the number of reporting cells and which cell should be reporting cell to balance the registration (location update) and search (paging) operations to minimize the cost of RCLM system. This paper proposes a ranking ant colony system (RACS) for optimization of RCLM system.

Human beings can represent state of mind such as psychological state, personality or emotional trouble by the pictures painted on one's own initiative. But in general, it is hard to understand a consulter's unconscious state through one's objective and intentional descriptions only. So one's psychological state and emotional trouble can be understood and cured by color and location information of objects drawn in one's picture. By this reason, a consultant can help and settle a consulter's growth stages of life and emotional trouble through treatment by pictures. In this paper, we proposed a method to find out state of sensitivity by analysis of color and location information represented in a picture and fuzzy inference rules. We applied the proposed method to the states of sensitivity from color information proposed by Alschuler and Hattwick and the psychological states from location information proposed by Grunwald. In the experimental results by the two applications, we verified the proposed sensitivity analysis method is efficient.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate a defect in apartment buildings as review a safety investigation and consult a defect. As a result to compare a safety investigation to consult a defect, they are almost similar in spite of the purpose and the scope of evaluation are different. Therefore, it needs to establish a special and systemic system, and follow an organized effort about raising a consultant and improving an ability.

The concept for the decolorization in biological dye wastewater treatment systems is based on anaerobic treatment, for the reductive cleavage of the dyes' azo linkages, in combination with aerobic treatment, for the degradation of the products from azo dye cleavage, aromatic amines. Batch tests were conducted to examine the conditions and the factors affecting biological treatment of dye wastewater. From the tests, the removal efficiencies of organics and colors of dyeing wastewater were improved to $COD_{Cr}$ 27% and color 9% by injecting 10% of the domestic wastewater as a cosubstrate, and $COD_{Cr}$ 30%, color 22% with 30% injection of domestic wastewater. Therefore it was proved that decolorization efficiency is demonstrated with domestic wastewater as a cosubstrate. The analysis of aromatic amines in wastewater showed that decolorization was achieved by cometabolism while aromatic amines were produced by cleavage of azo bonds under anaerobic conditions and these products were removed in an aerobic tank subsequently.

Construction projects are facing delay problems. Delays in construction have been immense effect on performance or satisfactory delivery of the project. Delays have been causing project cost overrun as well as it is a source of dispute hence damaging the relationship between the project participants. The purpose of this study was to explore the causes of delay risk through a field survey study. Data were collected from construction professionals working in owner, consultant and contractor organizations. All together 208 questionnaire instruments were used and analyzed by employing statistical tools (SPSS computer program). 19 delay factors were identified by this study, out of which following factors were critical: Frequent interruptions from public (local people, pressure group etc.), changed site condition, failure to provide required construction site, unrealistic project time estimation and design errors.

Because of the characteristics of the cyber world, such as usefulness, anonymousness, patency, economic performance, rapidness, etc., cyber counseling has great possibility. Because he or she may not meet a consultant directly, a client can expose his/her inside problems or secret personal problems, keeping anonymousness. However, existing cyber counseling has the limit in durability of counseling because target counseling appropriate to a client is impossible and a counseling activity is done by one time counseling. In this paper, we attempt to develop a target cyber counseling system in which target cyber counseling is possible. The system will use a counseling assistance agent who can play the role of a counseling supporter as well as a counselor in the cyber space. If target counseling becomes possible, it can heighten efficiency of cyber counseling because a client is satisfied with the result of counseling and thus counseling activities can be continued.

기업 업무 효율이나 정보화를 위하여 우리나라의 기업, 대학 등에서는 네트워크망을 구축하고 있는데, 대부분 보안에 대한 자문없이 시공회사에서 획일적인 솔루션을 제공하고 있다. 이로 인해 여러 가지 보안 문제가 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 차단시스템, 암호화시스템, 인증시스템 등 세 가지 정보 보안시스템을 중심으로 효율적인 네트워크 보안시스템 구축 방법을 기술해보았다.
