Changes of phycobiliproteins(PBP) quantity and ferredoxin-NADP reductase(FNR) activity were investigated in various light illuminated cyanobacteria, Anabaena variabilis. PBP components were increased under blue light illumination, whereas decreased under red light illumination. PBP contents were twofolds in blue light than in red light. In view of the PBP composition, allophycocyanin(APC) in red light was higher 5.5% and phycoerythrocyanin(PEC) in blue light was higher 2.2% than in white light-illuminated PBP. It was suggested that PBP changes in bule light be the results of regulation of photosysthetic efficiency and protection of photosystem, whereas PBP changes in red light be effected by adaptation of adequate harvesting of light energy in photosystem. Changes of FNR activity were highest in red light, and sequenced lower to blue light and green light. It means that light-dependent production rate of NADP is the highest in red light. The difference of values was larger than that of values in comparison of red and blue light. It was suggested that increasing of FNR activity be due not to the function of isozyme, but to the synthesis of enzymes. Because of NAD/NADP regulation-effect to metabolism, it was considered that FNR activity might influence the metabolism indirectly and explain the probability of regulation in pathways of key enzyme activation. FNR activity was directly proportional to intensity of light. Optimum temperature and pH were about 25℃ and 7.5, respectively.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to identify whether cutaneous sensory (CS) changes induced by mechanical intervention (MI) increases the trigger point threshold of the same spinal segment as well as to investigate the relationship between the amounts of change in CS pressure pain thresholds (PPT). Design: Randomized controlled trial. Methods: Thirty-nine persons with myofacial pain (MFP) were recruited in this experiment. The subjects consisted of 20 men and 19 women (age 20-39). MI was applied on the subjects using the Graston technique for 5 minutes to induce CS changes. The CS changes were measured with sensory tests by using the Von Frey Filament, and PPT changes were estimated by using the pressure threshold meter. For the observation of sensory and PPT changes with time, the test was conducted for 15 minutes including a pre, post, and after intervention session. Results: CS threshold increased significantly when MI was applied (p<0.001). On the same spinal segment, changes in the right infraspinatus PPT was observed (p<0.001) but the PPT changes in other muscles were not significantly different. Furthermore, the control group CS and PPT were not significantly different. In addition, regression analysis showed that the CS changes have a larger impact on PPT in the same spinal segment (p<0.001). Conclusions: CS changes induced by MI make to change PPT on the same spinal segment. In other words, it is possible to identify PPT changes following CS changes except for the muscle which belongs to a different spinal segment. Therefore, application of MI is necessary for the CS changes in the same spinal segment. Furthermore, it can be useful in the clinical fields as a method of providing pain control and increasing the PPT.

Chinese society, which maintained the feudal social system, has taken an isolationist policy in response to the Western aggression since $20^{th}$ century. However, in the wake of the Opium War of 1840, China had actively accepted Western culture, not in just politics and economy, but in diverse area of social property. Since these process, the modernization of China had begun and the Chinese museum has been erected and evolved through the process of it. And it can be deducted that the philosophy of socialist society had a considerable influence on the spatial configuration of the Chinese museum since it was at the heart of china's modernization. And another social shift has been made since 2000 that is regarded as the internationalization of China. It brought a new point of de-structuralism to the society since 2000 and it is leading the changes of various areas of culture and arts, including museology in Chinese society. The purpose of this study is to understand what changes have been made to the museums in China since 2000 and how the internationalization of China is engaged with this it, in terms of the spatial structure of a museum. To do this the study examined the spatial changes of the museum in the mathematical approach including Space Syntax tool and it was engaged with the changes of museum type. Throughout the study, it was concluded that spatial structure of museums in china has been changed from structural organization to de-structural one since 2000 of China's internationalization.

This is a study on the Changes of the Apartment House Managerial Problems to grope for the way of more pratical management about increasing the apartment house in Korea. The documentary research method was used for this study and the Han-Kook newspaper(1954-1991) was used as an ananlysis data. On the basis of it, I examined the changes, such as the number of whole articles by time series and the column of head title. I also classified it into several subjects and analyzed it. Finally, I attemped to divide an chronological section on the Changes of the Apartment House Managerial Problems. On the basis of this study, I expect that various documents, related laws and regulations will be analyzed in no distant future. These is going to make the Apartment House Managerial Problems gave more systemic and efficiency.

The intervertebral disc is a cartilaginous structure that resembles articular cartilage in its biochemistry, but morphologically it is clearly different. It shows degenerative and ageing changes earlier than does any other connective tissue in the body, It is believed to be important clinically because there is an association of disc degeneration with back pain. Degenerative changes in the intervertebral disc are thought to develop as aging, mechanical stress and metabolic factors. Genetic factors may also play a part in the onset or progress of the degenerative process. They, together with environmental factors, may act as determinants of the structural characteristics of the intervertebral disc and produce a tendency to generation, In this short review we outline the morphplogy and biochemistry of normal intervertebral disc and the changes that arise during degeneration. Therefore this study will review degeneration of intervertebral disc, so we will have knowledge about low back pain associated with degenerative change in the intervertebral disc.

Smoking is one of the three major risk factors for vascular disease along with hypertension and hyperlipidemia. It is true that smoking has a negative effect on the circulatory system, and the frequency of coronary artery disease and peripheral vascular disease is significantly increased in smokers. Many epidemiological studies report that smokers have an approximately two-fold increased risk of coronary artery disease compared to non-smokers. This study was designed to investigate the relationship between cerebral blood flow change and depression index after acute smoking. Cerebral blood flow tests were performed before and after smoking in 8 subjects. Changes in blood flow after smoking were correlated with the depression score and negatively correlated with the depression score. In particular, there was a strong correlation with changes in blood flow in anterior cerebral artery. It is well known that changes in blood flow after smoking have a negative effect. In addition, considering the study that smoking aggravates the symptoms of depression, it was found that smoking and depression are factors that negatively affect each other.

Every part of our society changes rapidly in the era of information technology. And it is needed to change the study area following the social changes. Therefore, it is very important to look at the changes of family studies as a part of living science. This study examines the changes of families, predicts the outlook of future families, and defines the tasks of family science. In spite of some negative thoughts about future family, most of family scientists have very optimistic prospects. They predict that the importance of family will increase in future. Therefore, there are lots of tasks we have to do as family professionals. Among them, this paper focus on family life education and family counselling. People need to study family life education for preventing family problems and they need family counselling to overcome family crisis. So the family scientists should develop family life education programs and family counselling theories and skills.

In this paper, we investigated the stability of TeS1100-xTGeS1xT( x = 15,33,50 at. %) thin films by observing the transmittance and reflectance changes with annealing and exposure of diode laser(780nm). As results of transmittance changes in constant tenperature and humidity atmosphere, it was shown that TeS150TGeS150T thin film has the smallest transmittance change. From the XRD patterns, it was confirmed that the transmittance changes in TeS150TGeS150T thin film before and after annealing are due to crystalization. The transmittance changes in TeS150TGeS150T thin film with annealing are largest at diode laser wavelength and the trasmittance changes with laser exposure are decreased fast.

As Major League Baseball (MLB)'s continuous decline in popularity has caused its game attendance to drop gradually, the league makes a desperate attempt such as game rule changes to remain relevant. Along with the introduction of new rules to make games more dynamic such as the pitch clock, bigger bases, and defensive shift limitations, it is important for MLB franchises to understand drivers for game attendance. We focus on the effect of accumulated winning performance of the two teams on game attendance, one of the key drivers of game attendance, and investigate how it is influenced by consumer and industry factors such as online search and game rule changes. We find that game attendance increases as the prior winning performance of the home (away) team increases (decreases). We also find that online search and rule changes for more dynamic games moderate the effect of winning performance on game attendance.
