  • 최근 정통부는 9년 동안 정체되어 있는 국민소득 1만불 시대에서 2만불 시대로의 돌파를 위해서 "IT 839전략"을 추진하고 있다. 그 주요 요지는 8대 신규 서비스, 3대 인프라, 그리고 9대 신성장 엔진을 통해 2012년에 2만불 시대를 달성하자는 것이다. "IT386전략"의 핵심 내용을 살펴보면 항목 하나 하나가 홈네트워크, 더 나아가 유비쿼터스 네트워크(Ubiquitous Network)의 구성 요소로 가득 차 있다. 홈네트워크는 PC, 인터넷, 모바일 이후를 대표하는 차세대 IT Key word로서 자리 매김하고 있으며 시장 규모적인 측면이나, 국민경제에 미치는 파급효과, 각 개인의 생활의 변화 등 다방면에서 큰 파장을 일으킬 것으로 예상되고 있다.   • 한국정보통신기자협회는 지난달 16일 노준형 정보통신부장관 초청정책간담회를 개최했다. 이달로 취임4개월째를 맞는 노준형장관은 정통부에서 주요요직을 두루거치며‘ IT839’, ‘ 사이버코리아21’등 주요정책을 입안하는데 핵심적인 역할을 한 IT정책전문가. 더욱 이주로 외부인사들이 도맡다시피한 정통부수장에 내부승진으로 임명됐다는 점에서 노장관이 그려나갈 IT정책방향에 관심이 모아지고 있다. 이번 간담회에서 노장관은 올해 정통부정책기조의 틀을 W산업육성과 개인정보보호강화에 둘 것이라고 밝혔다.

  • In this paper, a polishing pad has been analyzed in detail, to understand surface phenomena of polishing process. The polishing pad plays a key role in polishing process and is one of the important layer in polishing process, because it is a reaction layer of polishing[1]. Pad surface physical property is also ruled by pad profile. The profile and roughness of pad is controlled by different types of conditioning tool. Conditioning tool add mechanical force to pad, and make some roughness and profile. Formed pad surface will affect on polishing performance such as RR (Removal Rate) and uniformity in CMP Pad surface condition is changed by conditioning tool and dummy run and is stable at final. And this research, we want to reduce break-in and dummy polishing process by analysis of pad surface and artificial machining to make stable pad surface. The surface treatment or machining enables to control the surface of polishing pad. Therefore, this research intends to verify the effect of the buffing process on pad surface through analysis of the removal rate, friction force and temperature. In this research, urethane polishing pad which is named IC pad(Nitta-Haas Inc.) and has micro pore structure, is studied because, this type of pad is most conventional type.

Study of Chemical Post-processing Method for Fused Deposition Modeled Three-Dimensional Printing Materials (FDM 방식 3D 프린팅 출력물의 화학적 후처리 공정 연구)

  • In the past few years, three-dimensional (3D) printing has been developed as a rapid prototyping (RP) technique. The fused deposition modeling (FDM)-type 3D printing is one of the most useful RP methods; however, it still has several disadvantages, such as low conductivity, heat degradation, and low surface quality. In this study, test specimens are fabricated using an FDM-type 3D printer with an ABS material. Then, the specimens undergo post-processing on submerging in acetone with various processing times. As the processing time increases, surface roughness is enhanced significantly within the first five seconds by chemical processing, following which the processing effects are reduced. Furthermore, post processing causes the ultimate strength and strain to increase slightly with increased processing time.

Earthquake time-frequency analysis using a new compatible wavelet function family

  • Earthquake records are often analyzed in various earthquake engineering problems, making time-frequency analysis for such records of primary concern. The best tool for such analysis appears to be based on wavelet functions; selection of which is not an easy task and is commonly carried through trial and error process. Furthermore, often a particular wavelet is adopted for analysis of various earthquakes irrespective of record's prime characteristics, e.g. wave's magnitude. A wavelet constructed based on records' characteristics may yield a more accurate solution and more efficient solution procedure in time-frequency analysis. In this study, a low-pass reconstruction filter is obtained for each earthquake record based on multi-resolution decomposition technique; the filter is then assigned to be the normalized version of the last approximation component with respect to its magnitude. The scaling and wavelet functions are computed using two-scale relations. The calculated wavelets are highly efficient in decomposing the original records as compared to other commonly used wavelets such as Daubechies2 wavelet. The method is further advantageous since it enables one to decompose the original record in such a way that a clear time-frequency resolution is obtained.

  • Recently broadband convergence network technology is emerging as an integrated network of telecommunication, broadcasting and Internet. But there are various threats as side effects against the growth of information technology, and malicious codes such af Internet worms may bring about confusions to upset a national backbone network. In this paper, we survey the traditional spreading models and propose a new worm spreading model on Internet environment. We also analyze the spreading effects due to tile spread period and the response period of Internet worms. The proposed model leads to a better prediction of the scale and speed of worm spreading. It can be applied to high-speed network such as broadband convergence network.

  • Let G be a simple undirected graph. A planar graph known as a Halin graph(HG) is characterised by having three connected and pendent vertices of a tree that are connected by an outer cycle. A subset S of V is said to be a dominating set of the graph G if each vertex u that is part of V is dominated by at least one element v that is a part of S. The domination number of a graph is denoted by the γ(G), and it corresponds to the minimum size of a dominating set. A dominating set S is called a secure dominating set if for each v ∈ V\S there exists u ∈ S such that v is adjacent to u and S1 = (S\{v}) ∪ {u} is a dominating set. The minimum cardinality of a secure dominating set of G is equal to the secure domination number γs(G). In this article we found the secure domination number of Halin graph(HG) with perfet k-ary tree and also we determined secure domination of rooted product of special trees.

A Efficient Contents Verification Scheme for Distributed Networking/Data Store (분산 환경에서의 효율적인 콘텐츠 인증 기술)

  • To seamlessly provide content through the Internet, it is generally considered to use distributed processing for content requests converged on original content providers like P2P, CDN, and ICN. That is, after other nodes temporally save content, they handle content requests instead of original content providers. However, in this case, it may be possible that a content sender is different from the original provider of the content. In this case, users may be exposed to various risks. To solve such a problem, it is highly recommended to verify received contents before using them, but it can cause network traffic increases as well as a serious service delay. This paper proposes an efficient content verification scheme for distributed networking/data store environments and analyzes its performance.

  • Ministry of Information and Communication is pushing for IT 839 strategy that has main points : 8 major service which can develop IT industry of Korea on the whole, 3 major infra, and 9 major new growth power. Of these, RFID/USN utilizing service is expected to exert a great influence the whole industry from field that is closely related with our life to national defense, supply, construction, transportation, physical distribution, manufacture, circulation, and service. In domestic case, departure of RFID/USN field is a little bit later than advanced nation's, and a technique difference between domestic field and that of advanced nation is about 2 years. In this situation, in order to develop middleware of various field gearing RFID Tag efficiently, we have to study about user interface and data analysis technique that is used in middleware commonly. This paper searches about WPF that appears in user interface field with up-to-date technique, and embodies 3 dimension visualization information system with WPF.

  • This paper proposes the method for the man power forecasting and performs mid-term(1994-1998) forecasting of telematics man power demands in Korea. Telematics technology has been selected as '839 New IT Growth Engine' by Ministry of Information and Communication (MIC) of Korean Government to boost Korean IT industry for the next 10 years. In order to meet the man power requirement in this telematics industry, accurate forecasting of the man power demand is necessary. The procedures for the forecasting includes study of man power forecasting models, deriving market size of the telematics industry, perform labor productivity analysis, derive the man power structure by the types of the work forces by the types of telematics industry, and finally derive annual man power demands by the worker types and the telematics industry types.
