This study aims to make an analysis of the innovation milieu in connection with the agricultural products and distribution system, and suggest policy alternatives for agricultural development and rural community. The decisions on the agricultural management are highly depend on the individual farm household' conditions(labor force or profits) rather than the crop units(JAKMOKBAN) or others. The partnerships of the innovation agents and trust between the individual farm households are considerably weak. From this paper, we suggest as follows to improve the regional agricultural industry and rural community development. The individual farm households need to convert market-oriented production system. And it is more important to enhance the innovation milieu than to enlarge physical infrastructure for agricultural development and rural community.

This study examines how labor unions change in the 21st centry and what is needed for successful transformation of Korean labor union. The study identifies four major driving forces of change in union's role. They are changes in industrial and occupational structures, utilization of information technology, labor substitution, and changing attitude of workers. The effects are decrease in union membership, shrinking coverage of bargaining, weakening voice mechanism, and representation. Thus, labor unions in the 21st centry transform themselves into service union, individual representation system, and worker participation model. Korean labor union, with its current reputation of militant unionism, needs to transform into above mentioned model. Two keys for the change are market competition and family unionism.

This study analyzes the effects of the obsolescence assets on the asymmetry of costs. Cost asymmetry refers to a lower percentage of costs when sales fall than increases in costs when sales increase. the obsolescence asset induces various decisions, including high maintenance costs and management improvements and replacement of facilities. This study is to analyze the cost behavior according to those decisions. The analysis showed that the higher the obsolescence of assets rate, we found cost elasticity, with a greater reduction in costs when sales decrease than the increase in costs when sales increase. Second, the lower the cost will not appear as the obsolescence of assets rate increases in case that the concentration of an item of property, plant and equipment is high, and when sales decrease. The above result means that the obsolescence of assets rate acts as operating risk and thus operates resources flexibly according to changes in sales, but when the concentration of property, plant and equipment is high, the decision-making constraint make it difficult for the flexible operation.

This study examined customer's purchase decision-making processes in a coffee chain context. We posit customer satisfaction, brand image, and perceive value as key drivers of forming customer's repurchase intention. From the perspective of multidimensional perceived value concept, the effects of utilitarian, hedonic, and social value on customer's decision-making processes were investigated. The proposed model was empirically tested by using survey data collected from 232 university students who often visit several coffee chains. LISREL has been used to perform these analysis. The proposed theoretical model accounts for 67% of the variance in repurchase intention and 73% of the variance in customer satisfaction. The analysis results indicate that customer satisfaction and brand image play an important role in forming customer's repurchase intention. Further, utilitarian and hedonic values significantly affect customer's repurchase intention, whereas social value negatively influences it.

The importance of empowering leadership has emerged, which inspires confidence and attachment to members' task capabilities through delegation of authority between leaders and members. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of empowering leadership on work engagement and job performance through self-efficacy and sense of belonging in construction companies. Hypothesis testing of 271 copies of the questionnaire from Busan, Ulsan and Gyeongnam areas was conducted using the structural equation model. First, in the order of information sharing and participatory decision-making, there was a significant positive effect on self-efficacy, whereas the lead and coaching factors were not significant. Second, it was shown that all 4 factors of empowering leadership had a significant positive effect on belonging. Third, the sense of self-efficacy and belonging had a significant positive effect on both work engagement and job performance.

Recently, housing prices have surged, and the government has implemented various regulations, such as finance and taxes. Because of the policy, the nationwide housing price have stabilized, but polarization has occurred. Some argue that regulation can adversely affect the actual demand. Therefore, not only the correlation between market variables but also ripple effect of policy has to be analyzed in policy planning and analysis from a microscopic point of view. In this study, a simulation model was developed by integrating system dynamics for analyzing market structure and agent-based model for modeling decision process of market participants. This research applied the financial regulation and the tax regulation to the model and evaluated the policy effectiveness. This study reveals which feedback dominates according to the policies, which have same purpose. It is because market participants make different decision for each policy. Furthermore, there were other ripple effects not only in the policy target submarket but also in other submarket.

In this paper, we propose an automatic method for setting data constraints of a data cleansing service, which is for managing the quality of data exchanged between composite services based on SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture) and enables to minimize human intervention during the process. Because it is impossible to deal with all kinds of real-world data, we focus on business data (i.e. costumer order, order processing) which are frequently used in services such as CRM(Customer Relationship Management) and ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning). We first generate an extended-element vector by extending semantics of data exchanged between composite services and then build a rule-based system for setting data constraints automatically using the decision tree learning algorithm. We applied this rule-based system into the data cleansing service and showed the automation rate over 41% by learning data from multiple registered services in the field of business.

To support policy-making and evaluation on optimal farm production, disaster management, effective agro-environmental resource management etc., providing tools such as GIS. 4. To improve farm management and farming technologies by efficient farm management, risk management, effective information or knowledge transfer etc., realizing competitive and sustainable farming with safe products. 5. To provide systems and tools to secure food traceability and reliability that has been an emerging issue concerning farm products since serious contamination such as BSE and chicken flu was detected. 6. To take an important and key role for industrialization of farming or lam business enterprise, combining the above roles.

In this paper, various definitions of IT Governance and its elements are reviewed. It seems that generally, there is no big difference in definitions and the elements of IT Governance among researchers. However, it is found that some variables which are not appropriate for its definition were used in many IT Governance research. It is also found that IT Governance research in foreign countries have been focused on structure, process, and relational mechanism. I think that the primary goal of IT Governance should be building an effective IT management system. If desirable structure and principles for IT management are established and observed strictly, we can expect desirable behavior in IT management. As a result, expected outcomes and benefits through IT investment could be possibly realized. Therefore, IT Governance research should be focused on building IT Governance systems. This paper suggests a framework for the future IT Governance research.

To solve modern social problems, it is important that improve the democratic citizenship quality of people. This quality includes the rational and democratic problem-solving capacity, decision-making capacity, democratic skills and attitudes such as human dignity, dialogue, compromise. To use an educational network simulation game that has the merits of game, simulatio and network will help children to improve the democratic citizenship educaiton. This study explorers the structure, flow, system, database, interface and teaching-learning tool for this educational network simulation game.
