Nowadays most enterprise want to organize all Information Technology elements for their vision and mission accomplishments by integration view Enterprise architecture is used by the solution. But IT is so more complex that it can't cover application development. This research defines software architecture framework by enterprise view and designs enterprise architecture framework for embracing application development. Software architecture framework consists of meta architecture, conceptual architecture, logical architecture, physical architecture. For enterprise architecture framework including enterprise software architecture framework, this research analyzes its perspectives and Views. After all, This research able to apply to systematic application development based on enterprise architecture and completely IT elements organization by enterprise view.

정보시스템의 효율적 도입 및 운영 등에 관한 법률을 제정하여 정부부처 및 공공 기관의 EA 법제화를 의무화하였고 국방부는 '06년 자원아키텍처 구축을 시작으로 전장 및 정보환경 아키텍처 등 국방아키텍처 구축사업을 수행하고 있으나, 전장아키텍처 구축시 연습^훈련분야 기능이 제외되어 별도의 워게임 아키텍처 구축이 요구되었습니다. 한국군의 실전적 합동^연합연습 및 훈련지원을 보장하고 국방 및 전장아키텍처 이행계획에 대한 효과적인 검증도구로 활용할 수 있는 합동워게임아키텍처 구축을 위하여 현 워게임 체계에 대한 현황 파악을 파악하고 합동워게임아키텍처 구축에 대해서 제언하였다.

Today the theme of "IT Architecture" has become a topic of special interest in both public and private sectors. Based on the literature survey on information systems planning and information architecture, IT architecture may be viewed as the outcome of evolution, rather than revolution. A case study was conducted in order to compare the tasks and deliverables of U.S. IT architecture and Korean Information Strategy Planning. No significant differences were found in tasks or deliverables. Implications of the study were discussed.

Software architecture is increasingly being viewed as a key design in developing complex software systems, which largely affects the achievement of quality attributes. During the architecture-based software development, therefore, architectural transformation is needed to achieve quality attributes. Due to the variety of design alternatives and the poor predictability of the effects of the transformation, however, it is not easy to apply architectural transformation. Therefore, the method is needed to support architectural transformation through systematically analyzing the effects of applying various design alternatives to the architecture. This paper proposes an approach to support software architecture transformation. Based on architectural design decisions and the constraints on them included in the architecture, our approach defines a decision constraint graph representing the dependencies among architectural design decisions. Through using the decision constraint graph, architectural transformation can be systematically performed by understanding the effects of applying a transformation. While this work supports more understanding of applying architectural transformation, it also helps reconstruct a software architecture to improve the quality of the software.

지식정보화 시대에 국가의 분야별 정보화 사업이 확대됨에 따라 정보기술 자산 및 예산에 대한 효율적 관리의 필요성이 대두되고, 1999년 한국전산원에서 '정보기술아키텍처 수립 및 표준 적용에 관한 연구'를 발표하여 국내에서도 정보기술아키텍처의 중요성이 부각되기 시작하였다. 이후 공공부문에서 실제 적용하는 사례가 나타나고 있으며, 해양수산부도 선도적으로 사업 계획에 참여하여 시범적인 수립을 하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 정보기술아키텍처에 대한 기본적인 사안을 확인하고, 국내 공공기관에 도입 적용되고 있는 상황에서 해양수산부가 정보기술아키텍처 사업을 어떤 배경과 목적을 가지고 추진하고자 하는지 확인하고, 사업의 범위가 어떻게 되는지 검토해보며, 추진의 상세 내용으로 비전 및 원칙 수립, 환경 분석, 분야별 아키텍처 수립 방안, 참조 모텔 및 지원 도구, 이행을 위한 계획 수립, 마지막으로 해양수산부가 정보기술아키텍처를 어떻게 발전시켜 나아가려는지 확인하고, 정보기술아키텍처를 통해 얻고자 하는 기대 효과를 정리한다.

As the innovation of Information technology in the Public sector is in progress, the "Efficient adaptation and management of information system Act" (passed the National Assembly in December 30, 2005) was established to support the information system planning and development which are systematic and integrated in the enterprise view point. The public sector should adopt Information Technology Architecture into it's organization by the act. This paper reports on the issues, solutions and CSFs (Critical Success Factors) considering the adoption of ITA through the implementation for the case of the Korea Post. To adopt ITA program to the Public sector successfully, Korea Government should set the clear goals for IT A, set the standards for IT A project pricing, and collaborate with the system integration industry to make successful IT A program cases. The case study of Korea Post of MIC will be useful in developing and managing ITA programs for all agencies and organizations considering adoption of ITA.

전사아키텍처가 IT 전략의 핵심 요소로 자리 잡으면서 이를 책임지고 수행할 수 있는 전문가 수요가 증가하고있다. 특히 전사아키텍처중 기업의 모든 업무를 데이터측면에서 체계화하는 데이터 아키텍처전문가의 필요성이 계속 높아지고 있는 상황이다. 이런 가운데 한국데이터베이스진흥센터가 주관하는 데이터아키텍처 전문가(Data Architecture Professional) 자격검정시험은 데이터아키텍처전문능력을 평가받고 싶어하는 사람들이 관심을 가질만한 시험으로 국내에서는 지난 3월 처음 실시됐다.

최근 정부의 정보기술아키텍처(ITA/EA)에 관한 연구와 사업이 활발히 진행 중이며, 조만간 범정부 정보기술아키텍처가 운용될 예정이다. 국방부 또한 정보체계 개발시 상호운용성 확보, 효율적인 정보자원관리, 투자 우선순위 결정 등의 목적으로 국방 아키텍처프레임워크인 MND-AF를 적용하고 있으나, 국가 대전략(정치, 외교, 경제, 사회, 군사 등) 차원에서의 접근보다는 군사적 차원의 체계별 아키텍처 개발에 적용하고 있다. 특히 정부에서 추진 중인 정보기술아키텍처는 미 연방정부 모델인 FEA와 유사할 것으로 보이며, 상호운용성, 중복투자 방지를 위해 각 기관은 아키텍처 구축시 범정부 참조모델을 기반으로 하여 아키텍처를 구축하고 관련성을 제시하여야 할 것이다. 따라서 국방부 차원에서 이러한 정부 모델과의 연계 및 국가정책과 연계된(대국민 서비스 개선 등이 포함된) 국방 정보기술 아키텍처 프레임워크에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 국방부분에서 이미 채택하고 있는 MND-AF의 지속적 사용과 정부와의 연계성 문제를 모두 해결할 수 있는 새로운 방안을 모색하고 적용하는 방안을 제시하였다.

본 논문에서는 NCW 환경에서 요구되는 무기체계 성능을 만족시키기 위해 미 해군에서 추진 중인 개방형 아키텍처 컴퓨팅 환경(OACE)의 기술 아키텍처 및 구성요소에 대해 분석한다. 먼저 개방형 아키텍처와 개방형 아키텍처 컴퓨팅 환경에 대한 개념 및 특징을 살펴보고, OACE 기술 아키텍처를 분석한다. 그리고 OACE를 구성하는 핵심요소인 운영체제, 미들웨어, 정보관리, 정보보호, 프로그래밍 언어 등에 대한 연구를 수행한다. 향후 본 논문에서 수행한 연구는 무기체계 구축이 OACE 기반으로 변화될 경우 기술적 측면에서 많은 기여가 될 것으로 기대한다.
