글로벌 무한경쟁에서 고객들의 품질평가 결과가 반영된 고객만족지수가 높은 제품들이 시장에서 호평을 받고 판매가 확대되는지 자동차와 IT분야의 휴대폰을 대상으로 분석하였다. 실증분석결과로써 장기수명 내구재인 자동차는 높은 상관성을 유지하였으나 짧은수명 내구재인 휴대폰 분야는 높은 고객 만족지수를 획득하였어도 높은 시장점유율로 연결되지는 않았다. 본연구결과는 시장조사 및 상품기획의 마케팅분야와 내구품질 즉 신뢰성분야에서 유용한 시사점을 제공하는데 의의가 있다.

본 연구는 공공부분에서 수행한 정보통신분야 인력양성사업을 평가하기 위하여 산업연관분석방법론에 최근 내생적 성장이론의 이론적 배경을 결합하여 정보통신산업관련 인적자본을 9개 산업으로 분류한 뒤에 정보통신분야에서 인적자본의 후방승수와 전방승수라는 두 가지 관점에서 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 예산의 투입에 따라 인적자본형성이 매년 증가함에 따라, 정보통신분야 인력양성사업은 경제적 외부성이 존재하고 있음을 뒷받침하고 있다. 둘째, 정부의 IT인력양성사업 중에서 전략적인 부분으로 후방연관효과가 큰 분야는 연구(R&D)분야로 나타나 인력양성(HRD)은 연구분야(R&D)와 연계해야 효과가 높은 것을 반증해 주고 있다. 또한 다른 산업에 유발효과가 높은 분야는 정보통신 서비스 부분(IT응용기술 교육)으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인력양성사업으로 인한 부정적인 효과인 가격상승효과도 존재하는데, 사업규모도 적고 일회성 사업 등에 대한 정책적 고려가 필요하다. 마지막으로, 인력양성사업이 유발하는 경제적 파급효과를 자체 부분의 직접효과와 다른 부분에 미친 간접효과를 합하여 계산할 경우, 전체적으로 정보통신분야 인력양성사업의 경제성은 매우 좋은 것으로 나타났다.

The Korean government have made and implemented various energy policies for solving environmental and energy problems in the energy industry in general and in the areas of "Energy-IT convergence" in particular. It is important for the government to choose and focus the future industries and promotion fields of Energy-IT convergence, because the Energy-IT convergence leads to newfangled services and products with diverse direct, indirect and induced effects and sometimes it needs to different regulation and policy issues. Unfortunately, until recently, there are very few researches regarding these complications. This study has derived critical priority factors for analyzing and evaluating the future industry of Energy-IT convergence. Using these elements and the ANP(Analytic Network Process) method, we have investigated the opinions of experts in the energy and IT industry. The process and results in this paper can be a good guideline for academic as well as industrial developments.

The object of this study is to build service model that combines developing IT technology with construction filed. It combines existing traditional construction project with high-tech IT choosingly, diverting construction project from labour-intensive to value-added technology-intensive industry. By doing so, it plans improving productivity and creation of new market. Now most ideal field of combining construction with IT technology is U-City industry that is being emphasized recently. Therefore, For this study, We analyze present condition of several IT technology used in construction and U-City project. Also, determining priority of promising IT technology for requirement analysis of consumer. And it proposes plan for construction of U-City service model through prospect and environment analysis of U-City and IT industry.

Field-associated Terms itself have field Information. So, they determine field of document just like when human being perceives field. In case of Korean, we organized and experimented them by collecting approximately IS,999 document banks that are classified into 180 fields. We obtained high precision of extraction that 88,782 single field-associated terms are contracted into 8,405 ones thus recording compression rate as approximately 9$\%$ and recall as above 0.77 (average 0.85), precision as above 0.90 (average 0.94). By applying established field-associated terms to initial determination for document classification and comparing it with filed determination by human being, we got correct answers above approximately 90$\%$. We can use results of research as fundamental research for initial stage and apply it document retrieval between multilingual environment thus utilizing it as fundamental research for multilingual information retrieval.

With development of the methodology for the selection of future emerging research and technology subject it will reach and the research for the concrete item selection which leads is propelled. It uses scientometrics objective indexes and accomplished information analysis of highly cited paper(HCP) & Clustering from the present paper. Scopus data about under using it accomplishes information analysis of construction traffic fields. 지식 정보화 사회로의 진입 이후로 IT 기술은 눈부실 정도로 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 이로 인해서 IT 분야의 전력 소비량도 급증하고 있으며, 전체 전력량의 약 2%를 차지하고 있다. 지구 온난화를 해결하기 위해서 IT 분야 자체의 에너지 절감은 물론 IT 기술을 활용한 가정 및 산업 분야의 에너지를 절감하려는 노력이 전세계적으로 진행되고 있다. 데이터센터는 IT 분야의 총아로 불리며 정보 제공 및 데이터웨어 하우스 기능을 수행한다. 데이터센터와 관련하여 더욱 주목해야할 것은 데이터센터가 전기먹는 하마처럼 엄청난 양의 전력을 소비한다는 것이다. 데이터센터는 그 용량 뿐만 아니라 그 수도 급증하고 있어 에너지 절감은 데이터센터의 미래를 결정짓는 핵심적이면서 필수적인 요소가 되었다. 본고에서는 에너지 효율적인 데이터센터, 즉 그린 IDC(Internet Data Center) 분야의 표준화 동향 및 전망에 대해서 기술하고 있다. 먼저 1장에서는 그린 IDC 연구에 대한 필요성과 국내외 유관 표준화 기구의 현황을 소개한다. 2장에서는 그린 IDC의 정의와 그린 IDC관련 표준화 동향을 살펴본다. 특히 ISO, ITU-T를 비롯한 국제 표준화 기구의 동향과 산업체 표준을 살펴본다. 한다. 3장은 2장에서 살펴본 국제 표준화 기구 및 산업체 표준을 바탕으로 향후 그린 IDC 표준화 추진을 위한 국제 및 국내표준화 추진 방향을 전망해본다.

Change detection is a core functions of remote sensing. It can be widely used in public business such as land monitoring, demage assessment from disaster, growth analysis of cities, etc. However, it seems that the change detection using satellite imagery has not been fully used in public business. For the person who are in charge of public business, it would not be easy to implement the change detection because various functions are combined into it. So, to promote the use of the change detection in public business, the standard, the process and the method for the change detection in public business should be established. Also, the software which supports that would be very useful. This study aims to promote the use of satellite imagery in public business by building up the change detection process which are suitable for general public business and developing the change detection software to support the process. The software has been developed using ETRI Components for Satellite Image Processing to support the interoperability.

u-Home 서비스 분야는 최첨단 IT 기술을 Home에 접목시키는 분야로 전 세계적으로 관련 핵심 기술의 개발과 국제 표준화를 통해 시장 선점을 추진하고 있는 주요한 분야 중 하나이다. 그러나 u-Home 분야는 통신.방송.가전.건설 등 다양한 이종 산업분야가 상호연계 및 융합되어 파생된 특성 때문에 각 산업군별 플레이어들이 각자의 기술표준을 제시하고 있어 현재 업계 내에서 명확한 표준체계가 형성되지 않은 상태이다. 이러한 현황 속에서 u-Home 분야의 대표적인 표준화 기구인 DLNA 및 Zigbee Alliance의 현황을 소개하고자 한다.
