많은 IT 관련 회사들은 IT 인력이 대학에서 많이 배출되지만 쓸만한 IT 인력은 찾기 어렵다고들 말한다. 사실 많은 대학이 IT관련 학과 특히 컴퓨터 관련 학과를 보유하고 있으며, 매년 엄청난 졸업생들을 배출하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 IT관련 학과 졸업생들의 취업률은 다른 전공자에 비해 나은 편이다[1]. 그럼에도 불구하고 많은 기업인들은 유능한 IT 인력을 찾기 어렵다는 호소를 하고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the dance attitude differences between gender, majors, and grades. Attitudes-towards-dance inventory(Jadranka et al., 2004) which covered affective, cognitive, and action aspects of attitudes, as well as to reflect, in a similar number of items, both the positive and negative attitude towards dance was used to investigate dance attitude for 483 dancers who are collegian. Male students were more positive attitude in the affective area among dance attitudes than female students(p<.05). Dancers who major practical dances revealed more positive attitude in the affective area than dancers majoring ballet and Korean treditional dance(p<.05). In addition, freshmen have a more positive dance attitude in the affective area compared with seniors. It was suggested that more subjects should be studied from considering major, local university as future study.

This study aims to present a non-face-to-face teaching methodology for the theory and practical lessons of design majors, especially for the arts and sports field. It was conducted to improve the existing teaching models after the non-face-to-face online lectures which began with COVID-19. Various existing smart learning methods such as online classes, interactive classes, and flip learning were reviewed, and a method to efficiently manage practical skills by supplementing the shortcomings of each study was suggested. 4 stages of teaching development - setting a teaching method, teaching progress, evaluation, and follow-up management-were designated and applied to the class of design majors. The result showed that it is effective in terms of teaching method and progress; however, the limitations of non-face-to-face classes were found in the stages of evaluation and follow-up management. Therefore, it is expected that further research on evaluation and follow-up management, such as specific practical instruction methods is required to improve completion.

최근 취업에 청신호가 켜진 IT분야에서 전공자들이 취업을 준비할 때, 선 취업 후 실무 역량을 강화해야 할지 또는 실무 역량을 충분히 갖추고 난후 취업해야 할지는 직무 역량에 따라 차이가 있을 것이다. 그러나 열심히 취업을 준비해온 학생들은 좀 더 자신감을 가지고 적극적으로 취업 지원을 할 필요가 있다. 학생들에게 취업 지도를 하는 교수자로서 자신이 가진 역량에 비해 자신감이 없는 학생들을 보면 안타까울 때가 많다. 본 연구에서는 IT분야 기 취업자들에게 취업 시 필요한 역량에 대한 설문을 실시함으로써, 취업을 준비하는 학생들에게 실제 취업에 성공한 취업자들의 의견을 통해 보다 자신감을 가지고 취업 지원을 하는데 도움이 되고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the importance and performance of the educational laboratory facilities for culinary practice. The questionnaire was distributed to 100 students enrolled in the culinary arts department at Y University located in Chung-buk province, and a total of 71 usable, completed questionnaires were received for the research. Collected data was statistically analyzed using the SPSS 10.0 Windows version, and the IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) was conducted to compare importance and satisfaction from kitchen laboratory facilities which have been a key element of culinary education. Results of this study can be summarized as follows. Firstly, it was found that performance (M=3.42) for culinary practice facilities was lower than importance(M=4.09) for culinary practice facilities. Secondly, through IPA, the importance and satisfaction of culinary laboratory elements showed some differences between the students who had have some educational experience in culinary art prior to enrollmnet and those who had not. The former students attached importance to the usefulness of facilities rather than the size of facilities. And as rapidly improved factors, they answered ventilation and water supply facilities for culinary laboratories. The application of this study in physical environment of culinary education will contribute to improve students` satisfaction with the quality of education. However, the critical point of this study is a limited sampling, so the results of this study cannot be generalized.

In this study, it examined whether recognized career barriers among students of majoring in aviation affected career stress and career decision level, and career stress moderated the impact of career barriers on career decision level. For this purpose, it conducted a survey of aviation-related college students in C university from Sep. 21th. 2015 to Oct. 8th. 2015. A total of 225 questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 statistical package program and frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis, and correlation analysis were conducted. Findings indicated that career barriers partly influenced the career stress and career decision level. Also, career stress had an negative effect on career decision level. Lastly, career stress moderated the impact of career barriers on career decision level. The implication of this paper would be used as a fundamental material to guide for career direction to students majoring in aviation.

Today it is critical for all engineers to have the capability of interacting in teams with members of different background and to meet the challenges that they will encounters in their careers. To satisfy such needs multidisciplinary engineering-design courses are attracting more attentions than ever in the engineering education community. In this paper we analyze the learning effectiveness of interdisciplinary design teams in an engineering design course in Dongguk University. The comparison analysis between monodisciplinary teams and interdisciplinary ones demonstrates higher learning effectiveness of interdisciplinary teams. In addition, the student evaluation of learning effectiveness points out that communication skill is one of the most important factors for a successful project. Such results show that multidisciplinary design courses must gain wider acceptance in engineering education and engineering students must have more chances to experience multidisciplinary teamwork.

This research target students who are majoring in sports at junior colleges and it purpose lies in analyzing the differences in the perspectives towards sports related occupations following the individual characteristics of the students. First, when it comes to the difference of the interest in an organization, sophomore shows more difference than freshman and students who are more than 23 years old shows more difference than students who are 21 or 22 years old. Second, when it comes to the difference in economic incomes, sophomore shows more difference than freshman and students who are more than 23 years old shows more difference than students who are 19 or 20 years old. Third, when it comes to the difference in societal status, sophomore shows more difference than freshman. Fourth, when it comes to the difference in the sense of pride towards one's occupation, male students shows more difference than female students, freshman shows more difference than sophomore and students who are more than 23 years old shows more difference than students who are 21 or 22 years old and 19 or 20 years old. Fifth, when it comes to the difference in preference, male students shows more difference than female students. Sixth, when it comes to the rise of social position, there is no difference in sex, school year or age.

The purpose of this study is for investing and analysing elementary teachers' efficacy on teaching mathematics. It was measured by Kang & Kim(2014)'s instrument; MTEI (Mathematics Teaching Efficacy Instrument). The survey was conducted on a sample of 183 participants. The findings of this study are that mathematics teaching efficacy of elementary school teachers in South Korea is 64 percent based on 100 percent. There was no significant difference between women teachers and men teachers. Teachers who have taught longer than 5 years and less than 10 years have the lowest mathematics teaching efficacy. Teachers who were major in Mathematics have higher mathematics teaching efficacy than non-major in Mathematics. In addition, chances of training about mathematics make their efficacy higher.

This study introduces conducting practice tool for conducting majoring students. There have been various types of related research, but most of them have not been optimized for the conducting major. In addition, we thought that it would be a tool to be able to carry like a musical instrument in order to practice conducting without restriction of place and time. And also, it will be one of the few tools to focus on queuing. The practice tool presented in this study use the Doppler effect to overcome the limitations of previous studies. It was concluded that the Doppler method, which is highly compatible, simple, and accurate, is superior to motion detection methods using existing sensors. It is expected that it will be used not only as a conducting but also as an interaction tool of various media.
