  • 지속적인 발전을 해 온 디스플레이 시장은 LCD 시장이 주도하고 있으며, LCD는 2006년 600억 달러에서 2009년에는 62% 성장한 약 980억 달러의 시장규모에 달할 것으로 전망되고 있다. 디스플레이 분야 중에서 최근에 각광받는 투명전자소자 관련 분야는 투명반도체, 투명전극, 투명유전체를 기반으로 제조된 전자소자에 관한 기술 분야이며, 투명전자소자는 정보인식, 정보처리, 정보표시의 기능을 투명한 전자기기로 구현함으로써 기존 전자기기의 공간적/시각적 제약을 해소할 수 있다. 투명전자소자는 u-IT 스마트 창에 사용될 수 있으며 스마트 창은 스마트 홈이나 스마트 자동차용 창으로 응용하는 것이 가능하다. 나아가서는 투명전자소자를 이용한 스마트 창, 스마트 쇼 윈도, 투명 내비게이터 등 투명 IT 전자기기는 2010년부터 시장을 형성해 2015년에 200억 달러 규모로 급성장될 것으로 예측되고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 투명전자소자 분야에 대한 시장 동향과 전세계 특허 동향을 심층 분석해보고, 아울러 미국에 출원된 특허를 대상으로 해당 기술 분야에서 우리나라의 국제경쟁력을 분석하여 향후 투명전자소자 분야의 연구개발 방향을 모색해 보고자 한다.

  • In this research, policies, and technology trends associated with quantum computers were examined, and through this, implications for domestic methods were derived. It is not a guarantee that developing quantum computing technology suited for domestic use would be successful to emulate the success stories of technology-leading nations. Technology leaders like the United States, China, and Europe are putting together strategic technology blocks to compete for technological hegemony. Adapting to and exploiting this trend will help us develop future technologies and secure market competitiveness. The dominant technology in the area of quantum computing has not yet been established. In the future, there will be fair competition in every specific technology area. At this point, it may be claimed that making audacious decisions will still lead to technological superiority.

  • 감성 ICT 기술은 인간의 감성을 자동으로 인지하여 사용자 환경에 맞게 감성정보를 처리하여 제품이나 서비스로 제공해주는 기술로, 일상생활에서 이용하는 제품이나 서비스에 인간의 감성을 융합함으로써 고부가가치를 창출할 수 있는 핵심기술로 주목 받고 있다. 또한, 감성 ICT 산업은 정보가전, PC, 통신 기기 등 전통적인 ICT 산업뿐 아니라, 의료기기, 신변보호, 의류, 자동차, 항공, 건설 및 인테리어 등 다양한 비(非I)ICT 산업에 융합되어 글로벌 IT 융합 신시장을 창출할 것으로 기대된다. 본고에서는 센서 및 감성신호처리 기술동향, 감성인지기술 동향, 감성서비스 기술동향 및 감성 ICT 산업동향에 대해 기술한다.
