In this paper, we analyse the competitiveness of Korean If sector with international trade data. We focus on importance of emerging Chinese IT sector. It is specifically summarized as follows. First, China as competitor in US market reveals relative disadvantage than Korea. Next, Korea has lost competitiveness in China. To make a international comparison we work hard In set up trade data of specific country.

2010년 GDP는 전년 상반기 부진의 기저효과로 4.8% 성장이 전망된다. 2010년 민간소비는 경기부양 효과의 감소, 고용 부진, 교역조건 악화로 4.2% 내외의 증가가 예상된다. 2010년 제조업 내수는 상대적으로 높은 증가세를 나타내는 IT산업군이 주도할 전망이다. 생산은 전년대비 기저효과와 수출 및 내수의 회복세에 힘입어 대부분의 업종이 증가세로 돌아서는 가운데, IT산업군이 제조업 생산을 견인할 전망이다. 수출은 원화절상 기조가 제약요인이나, 성장세가 지속되고 있는 중국과 개도국에 대한 수출 호조로 10.8%증가하여 2008년과 비슷한 수준이 될 것으로 전망된다. 2010년 10대 주력업종의 수입은 2009년의 24.0% 감소에 대한 기저효과로 12.4%의 높은 증가율이 전망되나, 규모는 2008년에 못 미치는 수준일 것으로 예상된다. 본 고는 산업연구원에서 발표한 '2010년 경제 산업 전망' 보고서를 요약한 것이다.

한국은 IT분야의 무관세를 시행한 이후에 수출이 오히려 급격한 증가세를 나타냈다. 이러한 무관세에 의한 개방정책은 업계의 적절하고 지혜로운 대응으로 위기를 기회로 바꾼 사례로 꼽을 수 있으며, FTA의 타결에 상당한 시사점을 보여주고 있다. 우리나라의 IT관련 산업은 ITA 협정에 따라 무관세화 실시에도 불구하고 상당한 경쟁력을 갖춰 국내수출 주력제품으로 성장했다.

올해 우리나라는 IT관련 업종에서 수출증가 추세가 지속될 것으로 보이나 선진국의 본격적인 수요증가를 기대하기는 어려울 것으로 예상되어 작년에 비해 증가율은 기술적으로 소폭 둔화될 전망이다. 본 고에서는 한국산업연구원에서 발표한 `2003년 산업전망` 보고서를 요약 정리했다.

산업연구원에서 발표한 '2012년 경제 산업 전망'에 따르면 우리나라의 2012년 국내경제는 연중 다소 부진한 모습을 보이면서 3%대 중반의 성장을 보일 것으로 전망된다. 수출은 세계경제 둔화에 따른 물량 증가율 하락, 유가안정에 따른 가격 상승세 소멸로 전년에 비해 크게 낮아진 7% 내외의 증가(통관기준)가 예상되며 수입 역시 국내경기 둔화와 유가 및 원자재가 안정에 따른 수입단가 안정으로 전년보다 증가세가 크게 둔화되어 연간 8%대 증가가 전망된다. 2012년 산업분야에서 IT제품군은 정보통신기기의 호조 지속과 가전의 수요 회복이 예상되며, 반도체와 디스플레이는 전년도의 마이너스 성장에서 완만하나마 회복기조로 전환될 것으로 보인다. 소재산업군은 설비능력 확대에 대응한 적극적인 수출시장 개척에 힘입어 1-5%의 완만한 증가율을 보일 전망이다.

This study has analyzed the international trade flow of medical devices in Korea, China, and Japan more theoretically and systematically through a mutual connection of the medical device export structure of Korea and the import structure of China and Japan organically, with an intensity approach on the bilateral international trade flow. Also, it is meaningful to find a solution to boost exports of Korea to China and Japan. Therefore in this study, we recognize the importance of the medical device market in China and Japan, which is the main competition for Korea and its market, and look into the trade situation of these three countries. We also look into the relative market stream and the trade intensity of the main medical devices in Korea, China and Japan, and seek measures for the steady growth of the medical device market in these three countries.

In this paper, we examined trends and regulations of the global medical equipment industry through literature search. The medical equipment industry is attracting attention as a new growth engine in the Fourth Industrial revolution. However, the medical device industry is a highly competitive field due to product diversity, short product life cycle and technological advances. In addition, Medical equipment are related to human health and safety. Therefore, it can only be exported if it is approved by national or international standards. Therefore, from the development stage of the product, the medical equipment should designate the country to be exported and develop a medical equipment that meets the requirements for licensing the medical equipment in the country. Therefore, In this paper, In this paper, we will present the practical considerations of the medical equipment exporting company by examining the global medical equipment market trends and the regulations related to medical equipment in major countries.

산업연구원이 지난 12월 21일 발표한 '2007년 경제.산업 전망'을 통해 2007년 성장률을 4.5%로 예상했다. 이는 한국은행(4.4%), 삼성경제연구소(4.3%)가 제시한 전망치 중 가장 높은 수치이다. 산업연구원은 올해 민간소비 증가율이 3.7%로 완만한 회복세를 지속하는 가운데 설비투자 증가율도 전년과 비슷한 7.2%에 이를 것으로 예상했다. 반면 건설투자는 민간 부문의 부진으로 2.3% 증가에 그치고 수출 증가율도 10%선에 머물러 전년(14.6% 추정)보다 주춤할 것으로 내다봤다. 이와 함께 경기순환 주기가 짧아진 가운데 올해 경기가 1.4분기 중 저점을 통과한 뒤 상승세로 전환될 것으로 내다봤다. 이에 따라 성장률은 상반기 4.0%로 다소 부진하다가 하반기 5.0%로 회복되는 '상저하고'의 양상을 보일 것으로 내다봤다. 산업연구원은 그러나 세계 경기에 따라 1.4분기 저점이 3%대로 떨어질 가능성도 배재할 수 없다고 전망했다. 올해 주요 기간산업 가운데 반도체 분야는 마이크로소프트의 윈도비스타 출시 등의 영향을 받아 고성장을 이룰 것으로 내다봤다. 생산은 IT제조업이 성장을 주도하고 수출은 기계산업군이 주도 할 것으로 내다봤다.

전력산업은 국가의 가장 중요한 중추적인 기간산업임에도 불구하고 최근 정보 통신 산업 등에 밀려 위기를 맞고 있다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 IT기술의 발달과 전력기기, 설비의 디지털화 기술개발이 본격화되면서 전력 IT기술과 산업은 IT 융합형의 신전력산업으로 그 가능성이 어떤 분야보다 크며 새로운 기회를 맞이하고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 특히 중전기기분야에 선진국에서는 전력산업이 퇴조를 이룬 반면 국내에는 한국전력, 각 학계, 연구소 및 업계에 많은 전문인력을 확보하고 있으며, 특히 세계적인 경쟁력이 있는 IT기술을 확보하고 있다. 그러므로 IT기술과 중전기기, 전력계통 기술을 융합하여 전력산업에서의 새로운 산업창출을 도모하고 세계적인 경쟁력을 조기에 확보하여 수출산업으로 육성하기 위하여 정부는 차세대 성장동력산업의 주력기간산업으로 전력 IT분야를 포함하기에 이르렀다. 이제 차세대 성장동력산업의 산업 기술혁신 5개년 계획에 따라 전력 IT가 전기산업 분야의 새로운 산업으로 발전할 수 있어야 하겠다.

Medical Gateway(MG), that integrates medical devices with its unique data format in various hospital information systems, provides effectiveness in the cost of the management unlike existing systems that uses PC as a gateway to hospital information systems because MG enables to interface medical devices with itself. However, in spite of using MG for integrating medical devices, we need additional programs or systems to interwork with EMR system of each hospital in accordance with the configuration of DB. In this paper, we design and implement the format of medical information and server system for interworking MG with EMR system. The proposed system makes easy exchanging medical data between MG and EMR system. Thus, the proposed system can contribute to a national project to export abroad advanced hospital setup converged with IT.
