제주 IT기업의 건축에 내포된 지역성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Locality Implied in the Architecture of Jeju IT Companies)

  • 본 논문은 건축의 지역성을 주제로 제주지역 건축에서 나타나는 지역성에 대한 연구이다. 본 논문은 이러한 일련의 연구 중 마지막 단계의 연구논문으로서 '해석'과 '현상'의 범주에서 드러나는 지역성 외에 다른 것이 없는가를 검증하는 논문이다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 다섯 개의 제주 IT기업의 건축물을 대상으로 지역성을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 제주의 지역성이라는 측면에서 건축에 반영된 요소는 상당히 미흡했다. 이는 IT기업의 건축이라는 점에서 기업이미지가 중요하다는 점이 크게 작용한 결과로 볼 수 있다. 그럼에도 IT 건축에서 보이는 제주 특성을 반영한 요소를 정리하면, 건축개념으로 사용된 바람, 오름이며, 외부마감으로 사용된 제주석이다. 결론적으로 바람, 오름, 제주석이라는 지역적 특성이 IT건축에 사용되었음을 알 수 있었으며, 이 특성들은 해석적 지역성과 현상적 지역성의 범주 안에 있음도 알 수 있었다. 곧 제주건축의 지역성은 해석적, 현상적 범주 내에 있음을 알 수 있었다.

  • In this study, as part of the foundation for advancing the material compounding aspect to reduce hydration heat cracks in the mat foundation on which the mass concrete is constructed, the degree of concrete varieties of cement is used. The setting time was measured and comparative analysis was performed. Results It was confirmed that the concrete using LHC was more effective than the concrete using OPC in reducing the use of SP, the calorific value of the concrete was low, and it was more effective in preventing cracks. It is also terminated after 10 hours and it is determined that the use of LHC can reduce the cracks caused by the heat of hydration of the mat foundation.

  • This research is part of the research for unifying the mass concrete and utilizing the rate of super retarding agent. We analyzed the performance of super retarding agent 20℃ conditions. It was found that there was no deterioration in fluidity and air quality due to the change in the super retarding agent mixing rate. It was found that when super retarding agent was mixed up to 0.5 %, it was delayed for 22.3 hours at 20℃. Therefore in order to ensure the performance required at the site, the super retarding agent mixing rate must be determined by fully considering the situation at the site. In addition it will be analyzed that super retarding agent performance analysis at high temperature will be required in subsequent studies.

  • This study investigates the feasibility tp estimate the compressive strength at early age in hardened concrete by applying Durometer D type. The result of the experiment showed that the compressive strength reached 5MPa 6 hours, and 55 HD when the hardness was measured with the type D of the Duometer. Through this, it is expected that it will be possible to estimate the compressive strength of the initial age and measure it by the age of 28 when using the Durometer D type in the ready-mixed concrete, which will be applied in practice.

  • In this study, the analysis was conducted in the aspect of non-hardened concrete of Ternary Mixed Aggregates, and it was determined that flowing and amount of air increased as the mixing combinations of RS increased. However, it is difficult to see the phenomenon only as a result of increasing mixing combinations of RS, and it is thought that the influence of CS and SS also plays a large role. For later analysis, we plan to conduct research on compressive strength and shrinkage according to age, and analyze more suitable mixing combinations.

  • In this study, we attempted to present a method for diagnosing the depth of the early frost damage concrete using organic pigments under the cold weather. As a result, it is considered that the organic pigment did not penetrate into the voids of the concrete that had been damaged by the early frost damage and only the surface was adhered. Therefore, when fine particles that can be melted in water and pass through voids are used, it is analyzed that it can penetrate damaged part of the concrete.
