ISMP는 정보시스템 구축 사업 제안요청서의 요구사항을 명확하게 작성하는 활동이다. 목표시스템 개념을 다소 피상적으로 기술하는 기존 제안요청서 작성 방식과는 달리, 관련 업무 및 정보기술 현황을 체계적으로 파악하고, 이용자 요구사항을 상세 분석하며, 제안요청서에 목표시스템의 기능 및 요건을 구체적으로 정의한다. 이처럼 제안요청서 명확성을 높임으로써 해당 사업의 규모 및 복잡도를 정확하게 산출할 수 있고, 여러 제안업체가 제시한 제안서를 공정하게 평가할 수 있다. 무엇보다 이 분야의 고질적 난제로 제기되는 문제, 즉, 갑과 을 사이의 오해와 갈등, 요구사항의 빈번한 변경, SW 개발자들의 과도한 업무 부담 등을 해결할 수 있다. 널리 보급된다면 장기적으로 SW 개발 생산성 및 IT 서비스 산업의 경쟁력 향상에 기여할 수 있다. 이 연구는 최초로 ISMP를 도입한 2개 시범사업을 대상으로 그 수행 내용, 수행 성과, 문제점 및 성공요인을 분석한 사례 연구이다. 실제 현장의 ISMP 수행 절차를 확인하고, 제안요청서의 요구사항을 어떻게 기술하는지를 살펴보았다. ISMP 제안요청서에 대한 만족도는 기존 제안요청서 방식에 비하여 발주기관과 수주업체에서 모두 높게 나타났다. ISMP에 대한 이해 및 수행 경험 부족으로 인하여 제안요청서 작성의 어려움, 업무 증가 부담 등과 같은 문제점도 발생하였지만, 전반적으로 목표시스템 범위 정립, 현업부서와 개발부서간 정보 공유 및 협력 증진, 발주기관과 수주업체 사이의 의사소통 원활, 요구사항 변경 감소 등 긍정적 효과가 발생하였다. 실무담당자 대상 실행연구(action research) 방식의 심층 인터뷰를 수행한 결과, ISMP 수행 성공요인으로서 ISMP 필요성에 대한 사전공감대 형성, CEO와 CIO의 지원에 의한 ISMP 수행 자원 확보, 요구사항 상세화 수준의 일관성있는 적용 등 3개 요인을 도출하였다. 이 사례연구 결과는 ISMP 도입을 계획하고 있는 발주기관과 IT서비스 업체에게 유용한 현장정보를 제공하며, IT서비스 경쟁력 분야 연구자들에게는 향후 연구방향에 대한 의미 있는 시사점을 제시할 것이다.

Purpose: This study was done to develop and evaluate the Integrated Stress Management Program (ISMP) for elders in rural communities. Method: ISMP consists of 6 educational programs to improve self-management behavior and therapeutic recreational activities and was developed by analyzing the published reports and through multidisciplinary cooperation. Effectiveness of the ISMP was evaluated by implementing the program with 53 rural elders living at home, one session a week of, 2 hours per session over, 6 weeks from March 14 to April. 22, 2005. Results: After participating in the program, participants' perceived levels of stress decreased(t=2.940, p<.05), and mood state (t=4.229, p<.001), life satisfaction(t=-4.911, p<.001), and perceived social support (t=-2.891, p<.05) increased significantly. Conclusion: The results of this study demonstrated that the ISMP is an effective program for relieving stress level, and increasing positive mood, life satisfaction, and social support for elders in a rural community.

Recent studies integrating vibration control and structural health monitoring (SHM) use control devices and control algorithms to enable system identification and damage detection. In this study real-time SHM is used to enhance structural vibration control and reduce damage. A newly proposed control algorithm, including integrated real-time SHM and semi-active control strategy, is presented to mitigate both damage and seismic response of the main structure under strong seismic ground motion. The semi-active independently variable stiffness (SAIVS) device is used as semi-active control device in this investigation. The proper stiffness of SAIVS device is obtained using a new developed semi-active control algorithm based on real-time damage tracking of structure by damage detection algorithm based on identified system Markov parameters (DDA/ISMP) method. A three bay five story steel braced frame structure, which is equipped with one SAIVS device at each story, is employed to illustrate the efficiency of the proposed algorithm. The obtained results show that the proposed control algorithm could significantly decrease damage in most parts of the structure. Also, the dynamic response of the structure is effectively reduced by using the proposed control algorithm during four strong earthquakes. In comparison to passive on and off cases, the results demonstrate that the performance of the proposed control algorithm in decreasing both damage and dynamic responses of structure is significantly enhanced than the passive cases. Furthermore, from the energy consumption point of view the maximum and the cumulative control force in the proposed control algorithm is less than the passive-on case, considerably.

세계 SW시장은 급성장하고 있지만, 국내시장이 글로벌 강국에 영향을 주기에는 많이 부족하다. 인터넷 속도 1위국임에도 SW성장이 더딘 이유는 무엇일까? 그것은 국내 SW산업발전의 기반이 마련되지 않았기 때문이다. 이로써 정부는 SW중심사회를 선언하여 각 분야의 정책을 준비하였는데 공공부문 SW분할발주 제도를 IT프로젝트에 적용하려는 움직임이 있어 전체 SW산업의 약 30%를 차지하는 공공부문을 중심으로 SW분할발주 제도 시행시 예상되는 SI프로젝트 문제점 및 개선방안을 연구하고자 한다. SW분할발주 제도는 기획~설계와 개발~구현 단계로 구분됨에 따라 SI프로젝트에 적용함에 있어 문제가 발생될 수 있다. 그러므로 프로젝트와 분리 분할발주, 선진사례 및 분할발주 유관산업 프로젝트 사례를 분석하였으며 제도적, 기술적, 관리적 관점에서 개선방안을 도출하였다. 본 논문은 IT프로젝트에 종사하는 이들의 SW제값받기 및 환경개선을 기대하고 SW분할발주의 제도 시행 전 공급자와 수요자가 인식해야 하는 문제점에 대한 해결방안을 제공하여 SW산업과 SI프로젝트의 경쟁력을 강화하는 체계 형성의 방향을 제시한다.

본 논문에서는 집단지성 기반 이미지 공유 마켓 플랫폼을 제안 개발한다. 제안된 이미지 공유 마켓 플랫폼의 특징 및 기여도는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 제안된 이미지 공유 플랫폼은 사용자들이 집단 지성적으로 가격을 결정하므로 기존의 플랫폼보다 매우 낮은 가격으로 이미지를 제공할 수 있다. 둘째, 제안된 이미지 공유 플랫폼은 효과적인 웹 접근성을 제공 하므로 다양한 계층의 사용자들 누구나 이미지들을 편리하게 접근하고, 자율적으로 평가할 수 있다. 성능평가 결과 제안된 이미지 공유 마켓 플랫폼은 효과적으로 이미지 공유 서비스를 제공할 수 있음을 보여준다.
