  • Embedded systems widely used for wireless communication such as W-LAN, Bluetooth and ZigBee operate on ISM (Industrial, Scientific and Medical) band but they can be seriously affected by electromagnetic interference radiated from ISM apparatus. Therefore C.I.S.P.R. reports proposed limits for the protection of telecommunication from interference from ISM equipment. In this paper, we clarify the methods for calculating limits for disturbance signal for Embedded Systems in ISM band and propose simple way of calculating limits for interference signal in both above and below 1 GHz band cases.

  • In this paper, friction welding optimization for 1Cr0.5Mo-STS304 (${\phi}14\;mm$), AE applications for the weld quality evaluation and the applications of various life prediction methods such as LMP (Larson-Miller Parameter) and ISM (initial strain method) were investigated : The creep behaviors of those steels and the friction welded joints under static load were examined by ISM combined with LMP at 400, 500, 550 and $600^{\circ}C$, and the relationship between these two kinds of phenomena was studied. The real-time predicting equations of elevated-temperature creep life (rupture time) under any creep stress at any elevated-temperature could be developed by LMP and LMP-ISM. It was confirmed that the life prediction equations by LMP and LMP-ISM are effective only up to 102 h and can not be used for long times of 103-106 h, but by ISM it can be used for long times creep prediction of more than 104 h with most reliability.

  • In this paper, the real-time prediction of high temperature creep life was carried out for the friction welded joints of dissimilar heat resisting steels(SUH3-SUH35). Various life prediction methods such as LMP(Larson-Miller Parameter) and ISM(initial strain method) were applied : The creep behaviors of those steels and the welds under static load were examined by ISM combined with LMP at 500, 600 and $700^{\circ}C$, and the relationship between these two methods was investigated. A real-time creep life( $t_{r}$ , hr) prediction equation by initial strain($\varepsilon$$_{0}$ , %) under any creep stress ($\sigma$, MPa) at any high temperature(T, K) was developed as follows : $t_{r}$ =$\alpha$$\varepsilon$$_{0}$ $^{\beta}$$\sigma$$^{1}$ where, (equation omitted) for SUH3-SUH35 friction weld of =16mm and =20mm, respectively.

The real-time predicting equations of elevated-temperature creep life(fracture time) under any creep stress at any elevated- temperature could be developed by LMP and LMP-ISM, It was confirmed that the life prediction equations by LMP and LMP-ISM are effective only up to 10$^2$hrs and can not be used for long times of 10$^3$-10$^{6}$ hrs, but by ISM it can be used for long times creep prediction of more than 10$^4$hrs with most reliability.

  • PURPOSES : This study is to develop ISM for potential risk factor in School Zone. METHODS : Based on the literature review, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) has been used most widely. However, it is difficult to apply in practice because the AHP results have the characteristics of the independence between each element and the interlayer can not explain the interrelationship. The Network Analysis Process (ANP) is possible to analyze the relationship between the elements and the network through the feedback. But, the reliability of the analysis fall because of complicated pair of comparison, also it is difficult to solve the super matrix. In this study, the complicated relationship between each element is inquired through the Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM). RESULTS : The methodology of ISM is developed to remove the children's potential risk factors in school zone. CONCLUSIONS : It is possible to remove the children's potential risk factors from low level to high level step by step and improve safety. Through this, risk factors can be removed from the low-level, and upper-level will automatically improve.

  • MICS 및 ISM 대역의 무선기기 설계 시에 인체 팬텀을 이용한 성능검증이 필수적으로 요구되고 있으나, 인체팬텀에 관한 연구 대부분이 휴대폰에 의한 생체 영향에 국한되어 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 FCC에서 제안하고 있는 MICS 대역과 ISM 대역의 인체 팬텀에 대한 전기적 상수를 이용하여 준고체형 팬텀들을 제작하였다. 제작된 준 고체형 팬텀들은 각 대역에서 FCC에서 제시한 전기적 상수(MICS 대역에서 $\varepsilon_r=56.7$, $\sigma=0.94$, ISM 대역에서 $\varepsilon_r=52.7$, $\sigma=1.95$)들을 만족하였다. 또한, 제작된 준 고체형 팬텀의 재료들은 쉽게 구매 가능한 재료들로 구성되었으며, 팬텀 재료의 다양성을 위해서 각 대역에서 polyethylene과 TX-151을 이용한 방법과 글리세린을 이용한 두 가지 방법을 제시하였다. 제작된 준 고체형 팬텀은 평탄한 형태이며, 유전율 측정기로 제작후 1일 (24 시간)이 경과한 후 팬텀의 전기적 특성을 측정하였다.

A real-time creep lie (tr, hr) prediction equation by initial strain (${\varepsilon}_0$, %) under any creep stress ($\sigma$, MPa) at any high temperature (T, K) was developed as follows: $t_r={\alpha}{\varepsilon}_0^{\beta}{\sigma}^{-1}$ where, ${\phi}=16: {\alpha}=10^{51.412-0.104T+5.375{\times}10^5T^2}$, $ {\beta}=-83.989+0.180T-9.957{\times}10^{-5}T^2,{\phi}=20:$ ${\alpha}=10^{69.910-0.146T+7.744{\times}10^{-5}T^2$, ${\beta}=-51.442+0.105T-5.595{\times}10^{-5}T^2$ for SUH3-SUH35 friction weld of =16mm and 20mm, respectively.

항만 민영화 대안 선정을 위한 모형개발 (Development of Model for the Alternative Selection of Port Privatization)

  • The aim of this study is to develop a model for the alternative selection in port privatization using Brainstorming, the ISM and AHP methods. For this, 30 detailed attributing factors were identified by both previous studies and port users, Also, 13 attributing evaluation factors were identified by a group of port experts using the brainstorming method. These were made into a model of hierarchical structure with 3 levels, taking 1 goal factor, 5 evaluation factors and 7 alternative factors using the ISM method. The collected date of questionnaires through the AHP method were analyzed with a group of port experts for an empirical analysis. The result of the hierarchical level 2 shows that profitability is the most important factor, followed by public interest, management professionality, service quality and financial soundness. The analysis results of hierarchical level 3 shows that commercialization is the most important factor.

직관적퍼지 DEMATEL&ISM법 기반 선박의 전주기를 고려한 선박관리산업의 경쟁력 강화 원인요인 도출 (Extraction of Cause Factors to Enhance the Competition of Ship Management Industry Considering Ship's Lifecycle based an Intuitionistic Fuzzy DEMATEL&ISM)

  • 최근 부산시는 선박관리산업의 관심을 증대시키고, 경쟁력을 강화 및 지원하기 위한 조례를 제정하였다. 본 연구는 직관적퍼지 DEMATEL&ISM법을 이용하여 선박관리산업 경쟁력 강화의 원인요인을 도출하는데 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 선박관리산업발전법에 명시된 내용을 기반으로 8개의 요인을 추출한다. 두번째는 직관적 퍼지수를 표준퍼지수를 이용하여 크리습 수로 변환한다. 세번째는 DEMATEL법을 이용하여 영향관계를 분석하고 ISM법을 이용하여 요인에 대해 우선순위를 결정한다. 영향관계 분석결과 원인요인은 기술적 선박관리 역량 제고, 육상관리인력 전문성 제고, 한국선원인력 자질향상으로 나타났다. ISM법에 의한 우선순위는 한국선원 자질향상, 육상관리인력 전문성 제고, 기술적 선박관리 역량제고, 상업적 선박관리 역량 제고, 종합정보시스템구축 = 선원 근로조건 및 고용환경 개선 = 금융 등 지원 = 외국인 선원 공급 강화 등의 순으로 나타났다. 따라서 전체 영역에서 원인요인이며 우선순위가 높은 상위 3개의 요인에 대해 우선적인 정책추진이 필요하다.
