In order to remove minority carries of the base region at changing signal in conventional bipolar logic circuit, we made transistor which is composed of NPN transistor shortened buried layer under the Base region, PNP transistor which is merged in base, epi layer and substrate. Also the Ring-Oscillator for measuring transmission time-delay per gate was designed as well. In the result, we get amplitude of logic voltage of 200mV, the minimum of transmission delay-time of 211nS, and the minimum of transmission delay-time per gate of 7.26ns in AC characteristic output of Ring-Oscillator connected Gate.

대한민국 전라남도 완도군에 속하는 여서도(N $33^{\circ}58^{\prime}$, E $126^{\circ}55^{\prime}$)의 관속식물상을 조사하고 분포가 확인된 주요 식물들에 대하여 논의하였다. 총 4회에 걸친 현지조사는 2013년 4월부터 10월까지 수행되었다. 그 결과 관속식물은 총 112과 306속 409종 6아종 42변종 5품종 1교잡종으로 총 463분류군으로 정리되었다. 한반도 고유종은 6분류군, 멸종위기 야생식물 적색자료에 따른 관속식물은 12분류군이 조사되었다. 본 조사지역의 식물구계학적 특정식물은 98분류군이며, 멸종위기야생식물 I 급종으로 풍란이 관찰되었다. 한반도 남부에 분포하는 남방계식물 33분류군과 염생식물 10분류군의 생육도 확인되었다. 귀화식물은 27분류군으로 조사되었다.

Many bipolar logic circuit of conventional occurred problem of speed delay according to deep saturation state of vertical NPN Transistor. In order to remove minority carries of the base region at changing signal in conventional bipolar logic circuit, we made transistor which is composed of NPN transistor shortened buried layer under the Base region, PNP transistor which is merged in base, epi layer and substrate. Also the Ring-Oscillator for measuring transmission time-delay per gate was designed as well. The structure of Gate consists of the vertical NPN Transistor, substrate and Merged PNP Transistor. In the result, we fount that tarriers which are coming into intrinsic Base from Emitter and the portion of edge are relatively a lot, so those make Base currents a lot and Gain is low with a few of collector currents because of cutting the buried layer of collector of conventional junction area. Merged PNP Transistor's currents are low because Base width is wide and the difference of Emitter's density and Base's density is small. we get amplitude of logic voltage of 200mv, the minimum of transmission delay-time of 211nS, and the minimum of transmission delay-time per gate of 7.26nS in AC characteristic output of Ring-Oscillator connected Gate.

극궤도 위성에서의 위성간 링크를 사용하는 이리듐 시스템은 위성간 링크 통신이 핵심적인 기술이 된다. 이 시스템에서는 링크설정 면에 있어서 이웃 위성간에만 링크를 설정한다. 이는 위성간 통신을 할 동안 연결을 계속 유지해야 통신이 유지되는 단점을 가지고 있다. 제안된 새로운 시스템은 이웃 이성간 링크 뿐만 아니라 대각링크까지 허락하여 연속되는 위성간의 연결 수를 최소화하고 트래픽 부하를 중심으로써 통신 성능의 향상을 증명한다. 그리고 위성고도와 가시 위성간 거리에 따르는 최적 전개 위성 수를 계산하였다. 또한 제시한 시스템의 트래픽 파라메터와 블록킹 확률을 수학적으로 분석하여 이웃이성간 링크 방식과 성능을 비교하였다.

An numerical study was conducted on superdetonative mode ram accelerator with length extended combustor. The computation condition was based on ISL's RAMAC30 II S225 experiment. For 50% length increased combustor, flame is not sustained. For the case of 60% and 70% increase, flame is successfully sustaind. But detonation wave is oscillating and acceleration is fluctuating. Extention of combustor is helpful for sustaing detonation wave but it may cause unstart.

한국산 다모환충류의 분류에 관한 연구의 일환으로서 1978넌 남해수역의 중심지역인 거문도와 백도에서 채집한 저서성 갯지렁이류를 동정 분류한 결과 11과 19속 24종의 다모환충류를 얻었기에 그 형태적 특징을 바탕으로 과와 종의 분류검색료를 작성하였다. 이 가운데 Syllis sclerofaema 흰점염주발갯지렁이, Amphitrite cirrata 유령꽃갯지렁이, Salmacina dysteri 가는관덮개꽃갯지렁이, Dexiospira foraminosus 동그라미관덮개꽃갯지렁이 등의 3과 4종은 한국 미기록종으로 우리나라 동물상에 최초로 기재된다.

The numerical simulation is conducted for analysis flame structure of superdetonative ram accelerator experiment by ISL(French-German Research Institute in Saint Louis). Fully coupled chemically non-equilibrium Navier-Stokes equation is used. Shockwave structure of superdetonative ram accelerator and behavior of detonation wave is studied. Maintaining of detonation wave is very important to accelerate projectile, Because detonation wave make high pressure gases and this high pressure accelerate projectile.

韓國産 陸棲貧毛類의 分類學的 硏究의 일련으로서 1965年 $\\sim$ 1966年 및 1968年에 採集된 울릉도 産을 調査한 結果 3科 5屬 10種(Allolobophora caliginosa trapezoides, Eisenia foetida, Pheretima agrestis, Ph. heteropoda, Ph. hilgendorfi, Ph. hupeiensis, Ph. phaselus, Ph. serrata, Ph. sp. 1 Ph. sp. 2)을 報告하였다. 울릉도의 陸棲貧毛類에 관해서는 지금까지 報告된 바 없으므로 이들은 全部 울릉도 未記錄이 되고 이중 Pheretima heteropoda Goto et Hatai 는 韓國 未記錄種이고 Phertima hilgendorfi 는 male pore를 가진 點이 本土産과 比較해서 若干 特異하였다.

We consider the satellite cluster scheduling problem which is one of the most interesting problems in satellite communication scheduling area. This problem is known to be NP-complete and a couple of heuristic algorithms had been developed. In this paper, we suggest another algorithm for this problem which has the same computational complexity as the best existing one and provides much better solution quality. Extensive computational simulation results are reported.

Hydroid specimens were collected from the coasts of Isl. Jeongjokdo (Taean) and Gampo Harbour, Korea, on 10 May and 19 October 2010. Two of the species identified as Sertularia tenera G.O. Sars 1874 and Plumularia halecioides Alder 1859 are new to Korean fauna. They are described with illustrations.
