In this study, look into the future prospects of mobile games produced using IP, in the domestic market and to present more effective IP selection criteria when producing new mobile games using IP. To this end, classified IP-enabled mobile games and analyzed IPs used for IP-enabled mobile games by each type for games that are located in the top 200 in sales ranking of Google Play Store. According to the analysis, the mobile game using IP has shown significant performance in terms of sales performance, and the trend will continue in 2020. It was analyzed that 'Game' types of IP using games(based on domestic games) can achieve the highest sales results. Since the success of a game affects a variety of factors other than IP, further research is needed in more diverse ways on the impact of IP on the success.

본 논문에서는 기존의 TCP/IP 환경에 새로운 프로토콜을 적용하여 외부의 해킹으로부터 보다 안전한 형태의 다중 시스템을 설계하고 이를 이용한 강력한 인증시스템을 제안한다. 기존 네트워크 보안이 차세대 네트워크에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구의 필요성도 매우 높아지고 있다. 또한 IP 주소 기반의 서비스 운용으로, 대형 다수의 통신요구에 대해 서비스 불가 문제점 보유, 최근 대형 통신사 중심으로 탈 TCP/IP 연구가 활발히 진행 중으로 현재 인터넷의 표준으로 사용되고 있는 TCP/IP 프로토콜이 원초적으로 보안에 대한 취약한 문제점 보유하고 있어 이를 해결하기 위한 방안 연구 진행 중에 차세대 네트워크를 활용하여 보다 효율적이고 원활한 서비스 활용 및 기존 TCP/IP가 보유한 근본적인 문제점으로 인해 발생하고 있는 해킹에 대한 방지 방안 모색 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 조직 및 법·제도 관점에서 효율적인 네트워크 체계의 SW 관리 차원의 발전방향을 제시하기 위해 국내외에서 진행되고 있는 차세대 네트워크의 SW 관리 체계의 현황조사 및 문제점 도출하며 이를 보다 안정하게 활용할 수 있는 새로운 형태의 네트워크를 설계하고 제안하는 것을 나타낸다.

인터넷의 발달로 인하여 기존 전화망을 인터넷 망으로 적은 비용으로 사용하고자 VoIP 가 연구되기 시작하였다. VoIP 의 기존전화망과의 품질의 차이에도 불구하고 대폭적인 통화비용의 절감과 다양한 이점으로 많은 연구가 되고 있다. 이에 통화품질의 향상을 위하여 QoS에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 여기서는 QoS를 지원하는 Q-SIP 서버와 Policy Based 의 COPS 를 이용하여 Pre-COPS update message 와 Reservation COPS cache로 정책결정과 QoS를 지원하고자 한다.

Full-mesh IPSec tunnels pass through a black ("unsecure") network (B-NET) to any red ("secure") networks (RNETs). These are needed in military environments, because they enable dynamically changing R-NETs to be reached from a BNET. A dynamically reconfiguring security policy database (SPD) is very difficult to manage, since the R-NETs are mobile. This paper proposes advertisement process technologies in association with the tunnel gateway's protocol that sends 'hello' and 'prefix advertisement (ADV)' packets periodically to a multicast IP address to solve mobility and security issues. We focus on the tunnel gateway's security policy (SP) adaptation protocol that enables R-NETs to adapt to mobile environments and allows them to renew services rapidly soon after their redeployment. The prefix ADV process enables tunnel gateways to gather information associated with the dynamic changes of prefixes and the tunnel gateway's status (that is, 'down'/restart). Finally, we observe two different types of performance results. First, we explore the effects of different levels of R-NET movements on SP adaptation latency. Next, we derive the other SP adaptation latency. This can suffer from dynamic deployments of tunnel gateways, during which the protocol data traffic associated with the prefix ADV protocol data unit is expected to be severe, especially when a certain tunnel gateway restarts.

In ATM and W networks, high Priority Packets should be selectively favored over low Priority Packets in case of congestion. For this purpose, we introduce a space priority policy for ATM nodes in this paper which is very similar to the weighted core-stateless fair queueing(WCSFQ) in IP nodes. We also analyze the loss probabilities for different classes of cells for MMPP/D/1/K with a threshold level, and discuss the numerical results. The numerical results illustrate that the WCSFQ scheme can be used to support the differentiated services in ATM or IP nodes.

Content Central Network (CCN) appeared to improve network efficiency by transforming IP-based network into content name-based network structures. Each router performs caching mechanism to improve network efficiency in the CCN. And the cache replacement policy applied to the CCN router is an important factor that determines the overall performance of the CCN. Therefore various studies has been done relating to cache replacement policy of the CCN. In this paper, we proposed a cache replacement policy that improves the limitations of the LFU policy. The proposal algorithm applies real-time producer popularity-based variables. And through experiments, we proved that the proposed policy shows a better cache hit ratio than existing policies.

When the Internet phone service, generally PC-to-Phone, first entered into the telecommunications service market, no regulatory issues were arisen to manage the service within the regulatory framework because of it's low quality, no phone number assignment and etc. However, almost the same quality, more applications and cheaper price compared with the fixed telecommunications service, have changed the regulator's policy allowing Internet phone service within market mechanism. While incumbent fixed telecommunications service enterprises had given with tremendous duties to continue the job categorized 'facilities-based telecommunication service provider', and which can be unreasonable and unfair if Internet phone service enterprises are allowed to enter into the fixed telecommunications market without any regulation. Thus, new regulatory framework has worked for the Internet phone service named the VoIP service generally in the fixed telecommunications market. Recently, VoIP is provided not only in the fixed telecommunications market but also in the mobile market as Wi-Fi phone is feasible in the wireless LAN environment. Furthermore, bundled service of Wi-Fi and cellular phone service will be launched soon, and the next version will be the mobile VoIP service operating like a cellular phone service. Hence, we will meet similar situation when the VoIP sewice enters into the fixed telecommunications service market. And, in this paper, we prospect the regulatory issues arising when the wireless or mobile VoIP service enterprises enter the mobile market, by analyzing possible scenarios.

UMTS(Universal Mobile Telecommunication System)의 Core Network에서는 SGSN(Serving GPRS Support Node)과 GGSN(Gateway GPRS Support Node)사이의 전송계층을 IP-Over-ATM network을 기반으로 한다. 이는 비연결형(connectionless) IP 트래픽들을 연결지향형(connectionoriented) ATM 전송계층을 통해 전송함으로 이때 효율적인 자원관리를 위해 적절한 VC(Virtual Circuit)의 접속과 해제를 수행해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 [1]에서 제안되는 GPRS(General Packer Radio Service)의 Web 트래픽 모델에 대하여 기존의 VC의 Holding-time을 결정하는 기법인 Holding Cost Pricing Model(LRU, Mean-Variance, Adaptive policy) [2]을 GGSN과 SGSN사이의 ATM 전송계층에 적용하였다. 각각의 기법들에서 VC의 이용률(utilization)과 설정율(setup rate)을 비교함으로써 Adaptive policy 기법의 성능이 다른 기법에 비해 효율적임을 알 수 있다.

As society proceeds rapidly toward a knowledge-oriented stage, knowledge as an intangible asset has gained increasing importance. Companies increase their competitiveness and generate extra value through continuous investments in the management of intellectual property (IP). Thus, the prime concerns of companies have been protection of their technological innovation output through filing for IP rights, and maximization of their interests through utilization of intangible assets. Despite the importance of technological innovation in the management of a company, few studies have analyzed the key factors in the management of IP and activities for technological innovation. This study aims to derive policy implications for managing IP and effective capacity building for technological innovation. For this purpose, the author has employed empirical tests to identify the major factors influencing the direction of technological innovations in a company.

Since technological innovation is such an important factor that it can determine a company's economic growth and competitive enhancement, all the companies make lots of investments and efforts for technological innovation. As outcomes of technological innovation, there are patents, trademark and copyrights, etc. and they are mostly approved as a legal right called 'Intellectual Property Right'. To activate such an intellectual property right, financing techniques are needed for enterprises to raise funds through collaterals, such as technological and intellectual patents. In reality, however, any IP-related financial system is not really activated due to the lack of surety-related regulations in Korea. Thus, on the premise that it is important to carry out an objective and reliable valuation on IP as a collateral for the activation of IP finance, this study intends to investigate various different methods of patent valuation needed for IP finance.
