Since the introduction of the open innovation at the beginning of the 2000s, various studies have been carried out on the convergence of technologies, such as the development of new technologies and the development of the business domain. while exploring the technologies necessary for the convergence of appropriate technologies in this research, we propose a discovery process of challengeable research areas by means of the integration of heterogeneous fields which are based on the strategic formulation of ICT and chemical safety industry. In this paper, we consequently propose the 103 detailed convergent technologies based on ICT, especially including artificial intelligent technology and smart big-data platform architecture, were derived from the research areas of the chemical safety field, We expect that research related to the safety field will be frustrated in the future.

In the maritime industry, the convergence of information and communication technology (ICT) occurs in two areas. The first one is the convergence of e-navigation technology to apply ICT to the maritime domain. This was led by EU's initiative and is also being promoted in our country. The other one is the convergence of autonomous ship technology to apply various ICT technologies for commercial purposes. This initiative is being led by maritime industries. In this paper, we describe trends of e-navigation and maritime autonomous surface ship technology convergence. Subsequently, we explain the standardization status of performance and technical standard bodies, international standardization organizations, and related standard-developing organizations to provide the interoperability of these technologies. Finally, we examine ongoing projects in Korea and suggest future directions for their R&D and standardization.

우리나라 경제 발전에서 중요한 역할을 수행하여 왔던 ICT(Information and Communication Technology) 산업은 2014년, 어려운 여건 속에서도 휴대폰, 반도체 등 주력제품의 수출 증가로 863억 달러 규모의 무역수지 흑자를 달성하였다. 이러한 발전의 원동력으로는 정부의 선제적인 지원 정책과 기업의 투자를 꼽을 수 있으며 특히, 1960년대부터 시작된 정보화 정책과 최근의 국가정보화와 산업융합 발전 기본 계획을 통한 지원으로 우리나라는 2014년 UN 전자정부 준비지수 1위, 2015년 네트워크 준비도 지수 12위를 기록하였다. 그러나 국내외적으로 불안한 경제상황으로 ICT 산업 발전의 정체기에 들어선 요즘 세계적으로 관심과 수요가 높은 ICT 융합 분야에서의 선제적인 기술, 제품과 서비스를 개발함으로써, 향후에도 무한경쟁의 시대에서 IT Korea 강국의 이미지를 확고히 할 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 ICT 융합 시장의 현황과 전망을 분석하고 특히, 클라우드, 3D 융합 및 사물인터넷 분야에 대한 국내외시장 현황을 진단한다. 세계 ICT 융복합 시장은 2020년 3조 6천억 달러, 국내 시장은 110조 원 이상이 될 것으로 전망되며, 성장 가능성이 높으나 아직 우리나라가 초기 단계 수준인 사물 인터넷과 3D 융합 산업 분야에 대한 기술개발과 정책 지원이 필요하다. 그리고 최근 미래사회의 전망에 대한 연구결과로부터 도출된 헬스케어, 금융, 인공지능, 인체 플랫폼 및 보안분야에서 우리나라가 선제적이고 주도적으로 관련 기술 및 서비스를 개발하기 위해 필요한 법 제도 및 정책 마련이 요구된다.

정부의 '창조경제' 키워드와 의학과 정보통신기술(ICT) 융합을 중심으로 대두된 '헬스케어 3.0' 패러다임이 만나 새로운 고부가가치 시장과 산업, 일자리 창출을 가져올 '기회의 땅'으로 부각되고 있다. 세계적인 경기후퇴에도 불구하고 세계 헬스케어 시장은 지난 2009년부터 꾸준한 성장을 보이며 국내 산업은 2010년 기준 153조원 규모로 연간 10% 이상의 높은 성장세가 전망된다. 특히 의료와 ICT, 생명기술(BT), 나노기술(NT)을 결합한 이른바 '슈퍼 융합'이 헬스케어 산업 도약의 새 패러다임을 열어줄 것으로 기대를 모은다. 이와 더불어 2020년경에는 IT융합 헬스케어 산업이 모든 IT융합산업 중 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고, 5만 여명의 고용창출 효과를 낼 것으로 전망하고 있다. 이에 여러 학문들이 융합되는 융합학문분야가 생기고 이를 교육하기 위한 융합학부가 새롭게 생기고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 의료 IT 융합 기술의 문제점을 살펴보고 의료 IT 융합과 의료서비스 산업의 미래, 수요 인력을 분석하고 의료 IT 융합 인재 양성 방안을 제시한다.

본 고는 조기취업형 계약학과의 협약 산업체와 학생들 간의 정보 소통 및 포트폴리오 운영을 위한 자체 정보를 제공하는 웹 애플리케이션을 개발한 프로젝트를 소개한다. 해당 웹 애플리케이션은 대학과 기업이 협약을 통해 현장 실무 역량을 갖춘 인재를 양성하는 조기취업형 계약학과 관계자를 위해 제작하였으며 운영학과 및 교수 소개, 산업체 정보 및 산업체별 학생 정보와 웹 사용자의 의견 및 공지 사항을 제시할 수 있는 자유게시판, 다양한 형식의 자료를 업로드 가능한 자료실 콘텐츠로 구성되어 있다. 개발된 웹 애플리케이션은 학생과 협약기업과 같은 관계자들의 소통 장이 될 것으로 기대한다.

최근 한국에서는 기존의 경제구조에 ICT 기술을 접목하여 새로운 성장 동인과 일자리를 창출할 수 있다는 창조경제(creative economy)의 도입이 핵심정책으로 추진되고 있으며, 2013년 6월에는 창조경제의 제도적 실행을 위한 법안이 국회를 통과하였다. 창조경제의 개념은 ICT(Information Communication Technologies) 기술을 중심으로 산업과 산업이 융합되면서, 과거 산업의 범주를 넘어 새로운 가치와 서비스를 창출하는 신 개념의 산업 패러다임을 만들어 낼 수 있다는 것이다. 다시 말해, 창조경제 활성화를 위한 핵심요소로 ICT 기술과 다양한 산업이 융합되는 스마트융합(smart convergence)이 중요하게 평가되고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 '스마트 융합'의 정의를 기초로 미래 스마트 융합시대가 가져올 경제적 효과 및 사회문화의 변화를 예측하고, 창조경제 활성화를 위한 정책적 제언을 다각적으로 제시하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전문가 심층면접, 솔로우모형(Solow Model)을 활용한 계량분석을 수행하였고, 창조경제 활성화를 위하여 수요 및 공급기반을 고려한 스마트융합, 선택적 집중을 통한 스마트융합, 스마트워크 등 법제도적인 사전정비의 중요성을 정책제언으로 제시하였다. 본 연구는 초기 이론 정립 위주의 선행연구들과 달리 정책적 실행가능성을 고려한 정량적 연구라는 차별성을 지닌다. 이러한 한국의 선행경험은 새로운 성장동인 및 일자리를 마련하기 위하여 창조경제를 정책적으로 추진하고자하는 다른 국가들에게 중요한 교훈(lessons)이 될 수 있다.

The world is in the process of a structural change related to ICT convergence knowledge industries. ICT is leading to the creation of new products and services, and is making our lives more convenient, safer, and more efficient. In advanced countries, many studies have been conducted with the goal of developing new business models converged with ICT, and this is also the case in the food industry. Korea possesses world-leading ICT, and if this ICT is applied to the food industry, a world-class new business model can be developed. The u-Food System, which is in the process of development in Korea, is a next-generation food system that can allow food providers, consumers, and distributors to access various types of information about food products, including traceability, distribution, safety, quality, and freshness, and manage this information. It is a future food system that converges ICT, biotechnology and sensing technology with food. Based on the u-Food System, this paper will introduce the status of current smart quality distribution technologies that converge ICT (such as sensor tag, sensor network, LBS, GIS, and CDMA) with food technologies (such as traceability, quality, distribution management) to manage the safety and quality of fresh food in the distribution process.

E-infrastructural economy for ICT Living-Labs is a need for economic and cultural changes in various types of cars in accordance with the supply of the electric car. Depending on the number of cases by analyzing the supply and demand of electric vehicles among Korea and Northern Europe countries. it was indirectly proved that it makes economic growth. The research design is analyzed with the data and how to respond quickly to focus on the possibility of potential changes to the infrastructure realization and commercialization of government enterprises or electric cars through the ICT Living-Labs in Nordic countries. The data indicates that the leading commercialization emphasize on the development of the electric economic convergence and scalability for electric vehicle. When It shows the time of the infrastructure as ICT Living-Labs being delayed, it lowered growth target results for the development of the electric car industry in the future. All this is from the reason of opening the E-convergence economy over time. It is required that Korea should prepare E-convergence economy. Public regional energy should be present through the consistent selection of development for energy linking E-economy and E-trans distribution. Korea needs to be many difficulties in building the E- infrastructure for ICT Living-Labs. Unlike the Northern Europe it is to prepare the active support of both government and business. The role of the government discovers that the power generation through the quick selection of the industry, as well as to connect with the growth of the smart cities with the EVs industry.

최근 정부는 '창조경제(Creative Economy)'를 통하여 상상력과 창의성, 과학기술에 기반한 경제 운용, 새로운 시장, 새로운 일자리 창출을 목표로 하고 있다. 이는 또한 과학기술과 ICT, 문화, 인문학 등이 융합하여 산업간 경계부분에서 창조경제의 성과를 이룩할 수 있다는 것이 선진국의 창조경제 벤치마킹에서 증명되고 있다. 특히, 여성 과학기술인이 창조형 선진국의 사례를 보면 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있다. 하지만 한국은 여성 과학기술인이 낮은 수준이고 전문적인 여성과학기술자에 대한 적극적인 지원 및 육성정책도 미흡한 것으로 알려져 있다. 또한 경제 활동 중이던 여성들은 육아와 출산 등으로 인한 경력단절, 복귀에서 겪는 어려움 때문에 30대 초 중반 여성이 경제활동에 참여하는 비율이 적다. 창조경제를 지속적으로 발전시키기 위해서는 이를 이끌어갈 여성 과학기술인의 창조적 교육과 육성, 지원에 힘을 기울여야 한다. 따라서 본고에서는 창조경제 시대의 ICT 산업정책과 여성의 역할과 경제활동 참여 현황, 그리고 창조경제시대의 여성 일자리 창출방안과 문제점을 살펴본다.

최근 ICT와 의료 기술 및 서비스의 융합 강도가 높아지면서 ICT 기반 의료기기 및 장비, 소프트웨어, 서비스 개발 등의 부가가치가 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 의료분야 데이터 백업 이슈 등에 대한 시장 환경 분석을 통한 사업 타당성 검토와 클라우드 서비스 비즈니스 거래 유형 분석을 통해 의료 분야의 새로운 융합 비즈니스 모델을 도출하고, 향후 고객 확보 및 시장 확대, 경쟁력 강화 등을 위한 사업화 활용 모델의 개발 방향을 제안한다. 본 연구는 클라우드 서비스의 새로운 융합 비스니스 모델을 설계 할 때 산업의 핵심 역량 강화 전략 및 제휴 연계 전략을 수립하는데 가이드라인을 제공해 줄 것이다.
