  • The article theoretically substantiated, developed and practically implemented a structural and functional model of the formation of ICT competence, taking into account interdisciplinary integration, defines the pedagogical conditions that contribute to the formation of ICT competence: interdisciplinary integration as a basis for building an interdisciplinary course, the content of which is aimed at the formation of ICT competence; the use of IEE, including information, didactic, technological components as a basis for the formation of ICT competence; integration of formal, non-formal and informal education for the implementation the integrity of the acquired knowledge, skills, experience as the basis for the formation of the ICT competence of teachers; creation and use of a set of tasks (educational (UZ), educational and methodological (UMP), educational and professional (UPZ)) as special tools for the formation of ICT competence.

초등학생의 e-NIE 활동이 ICT 소양능력에 미치는 영향 분석 (An Analysis on the Influence of an e-NIE Activity on the ICT Competence of the Elementary Students)

  • 본 연구에서는 학생들의 ICT 능력이 중요시되고 있는 현 시점에서 웹 신문을 활용한 교육(e-NIE) 활동을 수행했을 때 특히 초등학생들의 ICT 소양능력에 어떠한 영향을 줄 수 있는지 객관적인 평가를 하는데 주안점을 두었다. 연구내용을 요약하면 우선 ICT 소양교육 5개영역을 반영한 e-NIE 사이트를 구축하여 학생들이 수업시간에 e-NIE 활동을 수행할 수 있도록 지원하였으며, 두번째 e-NIE 활동의 효과를 알아보기 위해 ICT 소양능력 평가지를 제작하여 e-NIE 활동 전과 후에 평가하고 결과를 분석하였다. 평가 결과는 초등학생들의 e-NIE 활동이 ICT 소양능력을 향상시킬 수 있음을 보였다.

  • The article defines the hypothesis of the research, it is an assumption that the process of forming ICT competence will be effective if: theoretically substantiated, developed and practically implemented a structural and functional model for the formation of ICT competence, taking into account interdisciplinary integration, the pedagogical conditions that contribute to the formation of ICT competence have been determined: interdisciplinary integration as the basis for building an interdisciplinary course, the content of which is aimed at the formation of ICT competence.

  • ICT 활용은 학생들의 학업성취도 수준 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 주고 학생들에게 창의성, 팀워크, 비판적 사고, 독립적 학습 및 학습 동기 개발에 있어서 긍정적 효과를 제공한다고 지적하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 경상남도 초등학생들의 디지털 리터러시 역량을 조사 분석하고, 서울시 초등학생들과 비교하였다. 연구 결과 경상남도 초등학생들은 사회 문화 리터러시 역량이 가장 높았으며, 정보 기술 리터러시 역량이 가장 낮았다. 경상남도 초등학생들의 디지털 리터러시 역량은 서울시 초등학생들의 역량과 차이가 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다.

과학영재를 위한 ICT 핵심역량 교육에 대한 전문가 인식 조사 (G/T Experts' Recognition on Educating ICT Core-competencies for Gifted Students in Science)

  • 본 연구에서는 과학영재들에게 ICT 핵심역량을 키워줄 수 있는 교육 방안을 수립하기 위해 과학영재들에게 필요한 ICT 핵심역량은 무엇이며, 과학영재들에게 ICT 핵심역량을 키워줄 수 있는 효과적인 교육 방법은 무엇인지 등을 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 창의적인 미래인재에게 필요한 ICT 역량에 대한 기존 연구[6]를 기반 모델로 설정하여, 해당 연구에서 제시하고 있는 핵심역량 등에 대해 영재교육 전문가 그룹을 대상으로 의견조사를 실시함으로써 그 타당성을 검토하였다. 본 연구의 특성상 대규모의 영재교육 담당 전문가들을 대상으로 한 의견조사가 필요하다는 점과 이러한 전문가들이 지리적으로 전국에 걸쳐 분산되어 있다는 난점을 극복하기 위해 온라인 의견조사지를 제작하여 전문가들의 의견을 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 주로 빈도분석에 의해 요약, 종합하는 방법으로 현장 전문가들의 의견을 확인하는데 활용되었다. 일부 ICT 역량 수준별 비교 등의 집단비교를 위해 x2검증 또는 변량분석(ANOVA)이 활용되었다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대부분의 G/T 전문가들은 과학영재학생들을 위한 교육과정에 ICT 역량을 강화하기 위한 내용의 중요성과 필요성을 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 대부분의 G/T 전문가들은 지식기술역량, 통합창의역량, 인성역량의 3대 핵심역량이 과학영재들을 위한 ICT 역량으로서 타당한 것으로 인식하였다. 셋째, 대부분의 G/T 전문가들은 각 핵심역량별로 제시된 하위교육목표들을 과학영재들을 위한 ICT 역량 강화 교육의 교육목표로서 타당한 것으로 인식하였다. 넷째, 대부분의 G/T 전문가들은 과학영재들을 위한 ICT 역량 강화 교육의 교육 형태로서 '산출물 제작 중심 교육'과 '정보기기 활용 교육'이 중요하다고 인식하였다

  • The article presents the concept of ICT - competence, which is considered as the most important characteristic of professional competence, which includes a combination of the following components: motivational-value (orientation of the individual to the development of his ITC-competence in future professional activities); technological (complex of skills and abilities of ICT activities); cognitive (a system of knowledge of modern technologies of future professional activity); it is determined that the pedagogical support of the formation of ICT competence of future specialists is the individualization of the process training, due to their personal and professional needs and the specifics of a regional university, providing the necessary conditions for the implementation of this process.

  • The article clarifies the definition and components of the ICT competence of future teachers, justifies the introduction of a motivational-value component. ICT competence of future teachers has a four-component structure: motivational-value, general-use, general pedagogical, subject-pedagogical components. The levels (reproductive, productive, creative), criteria and indicators of the formation of ICT-competence of students of a pedagogical college are determined, the content of these levels (reproductive, productive, creative) is disclosed, respectively.

Special Education Teachers' Competence, Self-Efficacy, and Autonomy in Using ICT amid the Covid19 Pandemic

  • The outbreak of Covid-19 has forced teachers of special education in Saudi Arabia to keep to themselves to live in a technology-infused society throughout the virtual teaching and learning process. This study set out to explore the competence, self-efficacy, and autonomy in using information communication technology (ICT) of special education teachers in Saudi Arabia. A total of 244 special education teachers in Saudi Arabia participated in this study. This study adopted the New General Self-Efficacy Scale developed and validated by Chen, Gully, and Eden (2001), as well as the Basic Psychological Needs in Exercise Scale (BPNES) developed and validated by Vlachopoulos and Michailidou (2006). Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) were used as the main data analysis in this study. The findings showed that special education teachers in Saudi Arabia possessed competence, self-efficacy, and autonomy in using ICT in their teaching and learning process. All the factor loadings in each factor were.75 or higher, indicating good factor loadings. The results of the MANOVA indicated that special education teachers in Saudi Arabia do not report different perceptions of their competence, self-efficacy, and autonomy despite their different gender, age group, academic background, and teaching experiences.

  • Recently, in the bio-field success stories of ventures through a biosimilar technology is being excavated. but the growth of ICT industry has been stagnant since reaching a boom in the dissemination of early high-speed internet in 2000s. The purpose of this study is to explore the factors of change of business model and business strategy of ICT ventures and SMEs with the evolution of the digital ecosystem, and to drive the factors to be competitive on the global value chain. The researcher selected an entreprenuership, market-innovation orientation, technology-innovation orientation, and Administration-innovation orientation as internal factors influencing the global competence and healthiness of the ecosystem as external factors. The researcher applied samples of 94 ICT Venture and SMEs to a research model, and adopted 5 hypotheses. The researcher believes that only a few hypotheses were adopted because it takes time for overall innovation orientation of ICT Venture and SMEs to result in the real global competence as the their innovation orientation is still on the level of domestic market. And the researcher also thinks that only healthiness of the ecosystem affected management performances because the companies' performances of the last 3 years were so weak that the correlation between innovation orientation of each company and the performances were not big enough.

  • The article discusses the pedagogical support for the formation of ICT competence assumes the individualization of students' training, due to their personal and professional needs and interests, and the provision of the necessary conditions and means to implement this process. A theoretical analysis is carried out and an analysis of experimental work on the implementation of the developed model for the formation of ICT competence is generalized specialists on the basis of pedagogical support.
