제4차 산업혁명이 무엇인지 살펴보고, 그것과 관련된 ICT 기술에 대해 설명한다. ICT의 그동안의 변화에 대해 단계적으로 관련된 기술을 살펴보고, 향후 4차 산업혁명을 대비하기 위해 ICT 입장에서 대응해야할 전략으로 IDX(Intelligent Digital Transformation: 지능적 디지털 혁신)을 제안한다.

This paper aims to provide a better understanding about how Information and Communication technology (ICT) has diffused. The investigation is conducted with the consideration of ICT evolution in terms of technological change and usage pattern. The definition used is presented as 'the ICT is a process of convergence of technologies between information-processing and information-transforming technologies, mainly due to the advent of microelectronlcs'. After examining technological changes of ICT, the diffusion path of ICT is traced through the usage ratio in total input and/or investment based on Input-Output tables (I-O). It shows that the evolution of ICT from the change of usage pattern is an up-and-down usage pattern rather than a uni-modal usage time path. With this recognition, the diffusion index is prepared. There are many policies around the world regarding Information Communication Technology (ICT). In 2012, the World Health Organization emphasized the strategic and integrated policy for the development and dissemination of ICT-based healthcare innovations at the national level. As technologies related to ICT are introduced in various countries around the world, each country announces policies and strategies to preoccupy these new industries. However, Korea is tied to various regulations in investment of ICT and thus lags behind other countries. Therefore, in this section, we review the present status and problems of ICT development in Korea and compare these with other major countries. Finally, we present the ICT development strategies and tasks in Korea.

본 연구는 ICT융합기술의 농업분야에의 수용의도에 대한 귀농의사자의 인식을 조사하기 위하여 수행하였다. 연구대상은 편의표본 및 판단표본추출법에 의한 귀농의사자 218명이었으며 SPSS 22.0으로 탐색적 요인분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 타 분야의 선행연구와 같이 독립변수인 성과기대, 노력기대, 사회적 영향이 ICT융합기술의 농업분야에의 수용의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 이들의 영향관계에 혁신저항의 유의한 조절적 영향을 검정할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 실제 귀농에 이른 후의 인식변화는 검정하지 못한 점, 성별 등의 통제변수를 고려하지 못한 점 등의 한계를 가지고 있다. 연구 성과로는 타 분야에서의 통합기술수용이론의 결과를 본 연구에서도 확인하였다는 점이다. 본 연구가 ICT융합기술의 농업분야에 관한 연구를 더 촉진할 것으로 기대한다.

The world is in the process of a structural change related to ICT convergence knowledge industries. ICT is leading to the creation of new products and services, and is making our lives more convenient, safer, and more efficient. In advanced countries, many studies have been conducted with the goal of developing new business models converged with ICT, and this is also the case in the food industry. Korea possesses world-leading ICT, and if this ICT is applied to the food industry, a world-class new business model can be developed. The u-Food System, which is in the process of development in Korea, is a next-generation food system that can allow food providers, consumers, and distributors to access various types of information about food products, including traceability, distribution, safety, quality, and freshness, and manage this information. It is a future food system that converges ICT, biotechnology and sensing technology with food. Based on the u-Food System, this paper will introduce the status of current smart quality distribution technologies that converge ICT (such as sensor tag, sensor network, LBS, GIS, and CDMA) with food technologies (such as traceability, quality, distribution management) to manage the safety and quality of fresh food in the distribution process.

The objective of this paper is to clarify the relationship between ICT application and labor productivity in Vietnamese manufacturing firms and connect it with the context of economic restructuring in Vietnam. The study uses data of 3,428 manufacturing firms from the General Statistics Office of Vietnam and regression models. In addition to the general model, the study also runs the models for sub-samples of firms of different production technology levels. Research results show two main points. First, information technology can enhance the labor productivity of Vietnamese manufacturing firms. This is true for both ICT hardware applications, ICT services, ICT software solutions, and employees' ICT skills in firms. Second, manufacturing firms with higher levels of production technology use ICT more effectively and achieve a higher impact on labor productivity. The results confirm that the Vietnamese government can stimulate ICT application and digital transformation in firms, thereby increasing labor productivity and promoting economic restructuring in the direction of shifting from agriculture to industry and from low-tech industries to high-tech ones. The results also provide implications for business managers and policymakers in other developing countries who are adopting the digital economy as a development strategy.

본 논문에서는 초 중등학교의 교육정보화 수준과 학생들의 ICT 리터러시 수준 결과를 연계하여 분석하였다. 특히 초등학교를 대상으로 학교장이 인식하는 학교의 교육정보화 수준에 따라 해당 초등학교 학생들의 ICT 리터러시 수준이 다르게 나타나는가를 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 전체 초등학교 4~6학년의 1%인 12,759명을 표집하여 ICT 리터러시 수준을 측정하였다. 그리고 표집된 학생들이 재학하는 250개 초등학교의 교육정보화 수준 측정 결과를 교육부 자료에서 추출한 후 두 자료를 서로 연계하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 학교장이 재직하고 있는 학교의 교육정보화 수준이 전체적으로 잘 되어있다는 인식이 높을수록 초등학생의 ICT 리터러시 수준이 높아지는 경향이 있지만 물적 영역과 활용 영역에서는 단정하기 어렵고 주로 인적 영역에서 확신이 가능한 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과에 비추어 볼 때 초등학교에서의 교육정보화는 물적인 인프라 구축과 자원의 활용성 강조보다는 교사들에 대한 역량 강화 및 인식 제고를 위한 노력이 더 필요한 것으로 판단되어지며, 향후 교육정보화 정책을 추진함에 있어 물적인 인프라 구축 지원과 함께 교사들에 대한 역량 강화 및 인식 제고를 위한 노력을 강화할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 국내 ICT 제조업과 서비스업의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 기초 연구로서 효율성과 생산성 추이 및 생산성의 결정요인을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 ICT산업의 효율성 분석을 위해 ICT 제조업 23개 업종과 ICT 서비스업 18개 업종에 대하여 2007년부터 2011년까지 5년간 규모의 수익불변을 가정한 DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis)의 CCR모형과 규모의 수익가변을 가정한 BCC모형을 통해 기술효율성과 순수기술효율성의 정태적 효율성을 살펴보고, 기술효율성에 대한 DEA/Window 분석과 Malmquist 생산성 지수를 이용하여 동태적 효율성을 분석하였다.

As the ICT is an industry which is the basis of the technology convergence, it is the driving force of development for new business opportunities and existing industries. But, most of the existing studies for ICT convergence have identified the trend for convergence in technological terms. So, it is difficult to identify the convergence trend in the subject innovation perspective which leads the innovation activities In the ICT industry. The newly entered companies in the ICT industry are key indicators to identify the convergence trend. They have two specific characteristics that show the wide range of the convergence technology and the application rate of the convergence. Because previous studies did not take into account these two characteristics of the newly entered companies, so it is hard to analyze the exact convergence trend. Therefore, in this paper, we classify the patents for the ICT industry depending on the subject innovation. Then, we deduct the core convergence technology in the ICT industries and application area of the non-ICT industries.

최근 들어 ICT를 활용하는 연령이 점차 낮아지고 있다. 나아가 이제는 유아들까지 교육기관에서는 물론 가정에서의 ICT 활용시간이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 유아들의 올바른 ICT 활용을 위해 요구되는 가정에서의 활용환경에 대하여 부모들이 인식하는 중요도와 실행도의 차이를 살펴보고, 이들 간의 격차를 줄일 수 있는 실천전략을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 '유아ICT 활용환경 평가척도'를 사용하여 부모들이 인식하는 ICT 활용환경에 대한 중요도와 실행도의 차이를 조사하였다. 유의미한 차이를 보이는 요인과 항목을 대상으로 IPA(중요도-실행도 분석)를 거쳐 집중적으로 지원해야 할 요인과 항목의 우선순위를 도출하였는데 이는 유아의 자질, 행정적 지원요인 및 물리적 환경요인인 것으로 나타났다.
