제7차 교육과정의 시행과 더불어 정부와 민간에서 모든 교과의 교수 학습에서 ICT를 활용할 수 있는 디지털 컨텐트를 다양하게 만들어 서비스하고 있으나 일관된 계획이나 표준안이 없이 필요에 따라 자료를 분류하여 만들어지다 보니 단위 수업 시간에 직접 투입하기에는 알맞은 자료를 검색하여 재가공을 하여 활용하거나 여과 없이 사용하게 되는 문제점이 제기되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 단위 수업 중 자료투입시기를 분석하여 초등학교 교육환경에 필요한 메타데이터 요소를 탐색하고 메타데이터 요소를 추출하여 국제적인 메타데이터 표준인 DC Core Education 의 메타데이터 표준안을 기반으로 하는 멀티미디어 교육자료 검색 및 활용을 위한 베타데이터 요소를 추가 하였다. 초등교육 현장에서 생성되는 다양한 멀티미디어 교육 자료와 원상에 존재한 양질의 교육 정보 자원들을 일반적인 수업 흐름인 도입, 전개, 정리의 메타데이터 요소를 추가하여 통합검색과 체계적인 인터페이스를 제할 수 있는 기반을 마련함으로써 초등학교 교사가 쉽고 편리하게 단위 수업에 유용한 것을 찾아내고 수업에 투입할 수 있을 것이며 향후 교수학습 자료를 수업에 직접 필요한 형태로 분류하여 제공하여 효율적인 교수 학습 자료를 공유하게 함으로써 ICT활용 수업에 실제적인 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

ICT는 21세기 지식기반사회에서 교육효과를 증대시킬 수 있는 강력한 도구라는 여러 가지 이유로 ICT 활용교육이 중시되어 왔었고, 학교 현장에서는 ICT를 활용한 교수 학습이 활발하게 도입되었다. 그 중 Excel은 뛰어난 수식 계산과 논리 판단 기능을 갖추고 있어서 간단한 계산에서부터 함수를 이용한 복잡한 수식 작성과 문자의 연산, 데이터의 비교 분석과 그래프를 통한 통계처리까지 거의 모든 종류의 계산을 할 수 있다는 점에서 수학과에서 그 가능성이 제시되어 왔다. 그러나 기존의 연구는 대부분 중 고등학교 수학과에 한정되어 있어 초등학교에서 활용하기에는 무리가 있었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 초등학교 수학과에서의 Excel 활용 수업을 적용하기에 적합한 학습 주제를 선택하여 학생들이 계산하는데 걸리는 시간보다는 문제해결을 위한 사고에 중점을 둔 문제해결 수업모형을 개발하여 적용해 보기로 하였다.

The purposes of this study were to develop ICT time management program for middle school students using in the creative extra curricular activities and to test the effect of this program in the knowledge and attitude aspects of time management. The contents of a middle school Home Economics curriculum and nine different textbooks were analyzed Based on these analyses 5 ICT lesson plans on time management were developed. The ICT instructional method was used to develop 5 lesson plans. The second grade middle school students as an experimental group participated in 5 ICT time management classes during middle school creative extra curricular activities. The control group of students who had some condition with the experimental group were taught by traditional instructional methods. After experiment, the changes in attitude and knowledge of time management of both groups were analyzed using Analysis of Covaziance. The significant improvements of attitude and knowledge on time management were found among the experimental group of students compared with control group of students. Thus the following conclusion is made the ICT time management instruction conducted in this study was found loaming more effective than traditional one in attitudes and knowledge of time management

제7차 교육과정에서는 ICT의 활용을 적극 권장하고 있으며 교수학습에 정보통신기술을 활용하는 차원을 넘어 직접적인 교육의 장으로서 웹이 자리 매김하고 있다. 하지만 기존에 제작된 ICT 학습자료들은 표준화가 되어 있지 않고, 운영 플랫폼에 의존적인 형태로 제작되어 일선 교사들이 콘텐츠를 재활용하는데 어려움이 많다. 본 연구에서는 일선 교사들의 공유 및 표준화에 관한 요구를 조사하고, 이러한 요구를 만족하는 SCORM을 기반으로 한 교수학습지원센터에서 운영될 수 있는 표준화된 교수학습용 콘텐츠를 설계 및 제작을 통하여 ITS(Intelligent Tutoring System)의 대안으로서의 SCORM 도입의 가능성을 찾고, 일선 학교현장에서의 활용의 기초를 제공하고자 한다.

It was essential to develop the DB-type teaching and teaming material for geography instruction using a method of ICT. The DB-type teaching and learning material was considered as a alternative in solving the problems of web-based geography instruction. Accordingly, in this study, the geography image DB program as developed, and based on this program the CD-ROM called GEO-DB, having the function of electronic dictionary of geography image for geography teaching and teaming was made. The GEO-DB was composed of 3,060 geography images collected by teachers and learners. The GEO-DB was made to be used simply by teachers and learners. Especially, the portfolio function was Included in the GEO-DB, and that was focused to the instructional system design of teacher and the self-directed teaming ability development of learner. Teachers and learners using this GEO-DB assessed that because the GEO-DB had the easiness of use, the speed of reference and the unlimitedness of extension, it could enlarge the possibility of using a method of In, and it could contribute to the development of geography teaming ability and the change of geography teaming attitude.

Although many mathematical teaching/learning materials are already developed in the web, diverse utilization of this materials such as calculation, searching, or reusing of expressions are limited since the expression is actually a figure. To cope with this, MathML which describing mathematical notation was developed. In the paper, we proposed the methods of developing teaching materials using MathML, making learning assistance tools which utilize MathML, and applying MathML to information exchange community for Mathematics courses in ICT environment. Using MathML to develop a teaching material makes easy to correct and reuse the mathematical notations conveniently. Furthermore, learning assistance tools made by placing MathML help teachers reorganize and utilize these materials in the classroom as well as enhancing the connection between mathematical notations and concepts. The web-board that can make a use the mathematical notations using MathML enables the teachers and students to exchange information actively. It also helps to fulfill different types of teaching using ICT such as "discussion on the web".

In this paper we have developed metadata system in order to utilize and refer to ICT educational resources which stand on the basis of standard international metadata " DC Core Education" by analyzing into the time input resources during each lessons. This metadata system makes addition metadata elements(introduction, development, review) in the flow of a general lesson to many ICT educational resources and high quality educational information in the web. It means elementary school teachers feel easy and convenient by offering systematically interface and unify reference. The system could expect to willing to help effectively lessons with ICT.

학습자에게 학습의 자율성 및 유연한 학습활동 제공, 자기 주도적 학습환경 제공, 창의력 및 문제해결력 향상, 다양한 교수학습 활동 촉진, 교육의 장 확대를 위하여 범국가적인 차원에서 ICT교육을 실시하고 있다. ICT소양 교육에는 교사들에 대한 연수기회가 많고 멀티미디어 콘텐츠가 많이 개발되어 효과를 보고 있지만 ICT활용 교육은 다양한 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 부족으로 교사들이 부담감을 가지고 있다. 이와 같은 문제점을 인식하여 ICT활용 교육에 바로 투입할 수 있는 2분 이내의 짧은 동영상 콘텐츠를 개발하고 이를 공개 CGI를 활용하여 VOD로 구현하였다. 아울러 10분 내외의 다큐멘터리 형식의 VOD로 방송학습이 이루어지도록 했으며, 동영상 콘텐츠 개발에 필요한 사전 지식 및 방송학습에 대한 올바른 인식을 갖게 하고자 텍스트 연수 자료도 함께 탑재하여 교실 수업 개선에 이바지하고자 하였다.

The education of 21st century is developed to the closely connected and integrated education, and the ICT applied education is suggested as an approach to teaching-learning method. In this paper, we suggest an teaching-learning pattern and strategy of Technology course as an example of the ICT applied education, and provide an implementation for the efficient XML document creation and storage system of teacher's subject data. And we have confirmed the utilization of this system which it improves the efficient management and preservation of educational data and also it raises the value of educational data by decreasing the burden of re-editing the educational documents for similar business.

21세기 사회는 국가의 경쟁력이 사회 전반의 정보화 수준에 따라 결정되는 지식 정보화 사회이다. 따라서 교육의 실천 방안도 교수-학습 교육정보화 종합 계획을 통하여 기존의 교육방식과는 차별화본 연계·통합교육으로 발전되고 있다. 교육정보화 종합 계획의 실천을 통하여 기존의 개별 교과로만 다루어지던 기술 교과교육을 ICT 활용교육과 연계하여 기술교과 교수-학습의 효율성을 높이는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹 환경에서 교육자료를 학습자에게 교수함에 있어 웹 문서 표준인 XML을 활용하여 교육자료의 효율적인 관리와 저장 기능을 높이고, 동일 업무에 대한 교육자료의 재편집 과정을 감소시킴으로써 교육 자료의 가치를 높이는 XML 문서를 생성하고 저장하는 시스템의 설계 겐 구현의 한 방안을 제시한다.
