2008년 세계 금융위기 이후 미국, 독일, 일본 등 제조 강국을 중심으로 제조업의 중요성이 다시 부각되고 있다. 제조업의 선진화의 핵심은 ICT 융합이며, 크게 두 가지 방향에서 추진된다. 첫째는 기존 제조과정에 ICT 기술을 적용하여 자동화되고 지능화된 미래 스마트공장을 구축하는 것이다. 이는 기존 제조업이 노동, 자본 등의 요소 투입 의존적 성장이 아닌 ICT 기술융합을 통한 지속 가능한 성장을 유도하고자 하는 것이다. 둘째는 ICT 기술을 이용하여 기존의 생산체계를 맞춤형 제조 또는 개인화 제조로 변화시켜 신(新)제조서비스를 창출하는 것이다. 이는 ICT 융합을 통해 제조업에 개방형 혁신을 이루고, 제조의 서비스화를 통해 고부가가치화를 추진하고자 하는 것이다. 본고에서는 이러한 두 가지 배경하에서 ICT 기반의 미래 스마트공장의 개념과 관련기술에 대하여 논의하고자 한다.

This study investigated how career support for professional college students affects career preparation behavior and verified the mediating effect of positive psychological capital in the relationship between career support and career preparation behavior. The specific research problems are as follows. First, what is the relationship between social support, positive psychological capital, and career preparedness? Second, does social support and positive psychological capital directly affect career preparation behavior? Third, does social support influence the career preparation behavior by supplying positive psychological capital? For this purpose, the subjects were 240 students from G college. Correlation analysis and step-wise multiple regression analysis were used to examine the study's research questions. The results of this study are as follows. First, social support, positive psychological capital and career preparation behaviors all have significant positive correlation. Second, social support and positive psychological capital had an impact on the career preparation behavior. Third, there was a partial mediating effect of positive psychological capital on the effect of social support on career preparation behavior. The result of this study is meaningful in that it provides basic data that is the foundation for professional career guidance and career education of professional college students.

도로는 국가경제 발전의 근간이 되는 사회간접자본시설 중 하나로 국내 물류수송부문의 약 70%이상을 분담하는 국가교통망의 중추적인 역할을 수행하는 핵심적인 국가기반시설이다. 특히 국도건설사업은 교통애로구간 해소로 물류비용 절감 및 산업경쟁력을 제고하며, 낙후지역의 도로망 확충으로 국토의 균형개발을 촉진함에 따라, 국토부 전체 예산에서 국도건설사업이 차지하는 비중이 매우 높은 수준이다. 하지만, 국도건설사업이 국토의 균형발전 및 전체 사회간접자본(SOC) 예산에서 차지하는 비중이 높은 반면, 국도노선에 대한 종합적인 정보 제공은 극히 낮은 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 일반국도 현황 및 국도건설사업 추진 현황을 살펴보고, 국도노선에 관한 종합적인 정보서비스를 위해 주요 정보의 제공 방안을 마련하고자 한다. 이를 통해 국도노선에 관한 종합적인 정보서비스 체계 구축을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 창업자의 성별에 따라 투자에 미치는 영향이 달라지는지를 확인하고, 또한 이 과정에서 창업자의 사회적 자본이 조절효과로 작용하는지를 분석하기 위해 시도하였다. 본 연구의 가설은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업자의 성별은 창업투자에 영향을 미칠 것이다. 둘째, 창업자의 성별과 창업투자의 관계는 창업자의 사회적 자본에 의해 조절될 것이다. 본 연구의 목적을 실증적으로 검증하기 위해 ICT 분야의 동일한 사업계획서에 창업자의 성별 및 사회적 자본만을 다르게 표기하여 창업전문가 집단인 4개의 국책 창업대학원생 및 스타트업 지원경험이 있는 창업유관기관 직원을 대상으로 실험형식의 설문조사를 실시하여 160명의 설문결과를 취합하고, 위계적 회귀분석 연구방법을 이용하여 연구결과를 분석하려고 한다.

This study analyzed the determinants influencing competitiveness of artificial intelligence industry of Korea. Analysis showed that the factors having the greatest influence on the national competitiveness of the artificial intelligence industry were, in decreasing order of importance, R&D, capital, and ICT competitiveness. Given the capital-intensive characteristic of the artificial intelligence technology, it is important to enhance the national R&D capacity in artificial intelligence technology and ICT, and to make substantial investments in the establishment of related infrastructure. Considering that the development and utilization of ICT infrastructure serves as the basis for artificial intelligence technology, the high standards of Korean consumers are expected to have a positive catalytic effect on the acquisition of national competitiveness for the artificial intelligence industry. For companies to respond in a timely manner to the rapid dissemination and high impact of artificial intelligence technology, they must prepare for such advancements by improving their competencies.

As smart phones, tablets, and other digital devices become more pervasive, theoretical arguments around digital divide, which has previously focused on "access," is now expanding to effectively "utilize," actively "produce" and "share" information. Such discussion is significant because the impact on inter-personal and social networks depends on how digital divides are used, which can then recreate or exacerbate social inequality structures. This study examines the effect of individual's social relations and two types of social capital (i.e., bonding and bridging) on economic and socio-participatory usage of digital devices. An empirical analysis of dataset from 740 surveys reveals that the more horizontal the social relations of the individual, the more both bonding and bridging social capital increase. However, rather than the social relationship of the individual directly influencing the two types of digital device usage, it has an indirect effect on both economic and socio-participatory usage of digital devices. In particular, mediating effects of both bonding and bridging social capital exist in the case of economic usage of digital devices, whereas bonding social capital only has mediating effects on economic usage of digital devices. We discuss the role of social capital on digital devices usage and present the theoretical and practical implications.

NTT는 지난 96년 12월 우정성과 회사의 구조 개편 기본 원칙에 합의 하였음을 발표하였다. NTT가 100% 자본 참여를 하게 되는 순수지주회사로의 재편 계획은 우정성에 의하여 제의되었다. 합의 내용 중에는 NTT가 완전한 국제 사업자로서 탈바꿈하여 국제 서비스 사업 참여를 허용하도록 입법조치한다는 것이 포함되어 있다. 발표 이후, NTT는 그 계획과 맥락을 같이하는 조직 개편을 위한 경영관리에 심혈을 기울이고 있다.
