This study investigates whether the use of smartphone and Facebook in the classroom induces students' active participation in their reading activities and what are the points to be considered when ICT-based English reading class is designed. Students in an English course, Practical English listening and reading, did their reading activities using their own smartphones and posted the results of the activities on Facebook. Smartphone was used primarily for web-browsing and Facebook as LMS. The pre-questionnaire was conducted to be referred to for designing activity tasks. The post-questionnaire and the interview with 10 students were conducted to identify how students perceive their class. The research results showed that the use of ICT induced students' active participation in their learning. As for the points to be considered, narrowing down the range of class activities, slowing down the pace of the class, explaining enough the goals and the steps of the activities, considering adopting campus LMS, and preparing solutions for cyberloafing were suggested.

While great efforts are being exerted on the reform of teacher training to provide integrated use of ICT in a teaching-learning process with educational informatization, it is still indicated that a teachers' training school fails to prepare leachers for incorporating information Communication and Technology (ICT) properly into an instructional process. Based on this awareness, this study aims at examining and analyzing the ability level of In utilization training for preservice teachers and thus at providing basic data to perform ICT utilization teaching-learning according to the seventh curriculum in a school. For this purpose, a survey was conducted with preservice teachers (seniors) in a college of education, Kongju National University and the collected data were analyzed using a Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) 12.0 program.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relations of innovation and productivity following the introduction of ICT and the effects in the process of innovative investments activity-innovation-productivity, not only by finding causes and effects. For this purpose we conducted surveys of SMEs classified into 7 categories by type of business. To put it concretely, this study was performed to find out the foactors which allow companies to secure competitiveness by enhancing of innovative measures through ICT, and to further analyze the political implications for the development of small and medium-size business by conducting an empirical analysis of the process, from the determination of innovative investments all the way through to production. Analysis model used CDM model using econometric methods such as multiple regression analysis and multinominal logit analysis to produce results. Also we established and analyzed models of innovation investment determinants, innovation determinants and productivity determinants to analyze specifically the relations between ICT and productivity.

This study is to examine the randomized controlled trials abroad studies on ICT-based convergence studies in the elderly, and to investigate the types and effects of ICT-based interventions. Eight studies that meet the selection criteria were selected from 326 studies identified by three databases and hand-searching. As a result of this study, the most commonly used ICT were the three internet, followed by two tablets and mobile phones, one twoway videoconferencing, one Kinect, one robot, and one Blood Glucose Monitoring System. These results could be used for ICT-based convergence studies in Korea, and further studies should be conducted with higher quality studies such as randomized controlled trials.

The purpose of this study was to develop an ICT education program using films to understand and expand of the Interpersonal Caring Theory (ICT). The study was conducted from February 2020 to October 2020. The films were selected by analyzing 10 elements of ICT and the program was developed according to Kolb's Experience Learning Model. 11 experienced nurses participated in the pilot operation of the program and evaluated the validity of the films as experts. The films selected for the ICT education program included The Blind Side (Noticing), Babette's Feast (Participation), Good Will Hunting (Sharing), The King's Speech (Active-listening), The Cure (Companioning), Mr. Holland's Opus (Complimenting), Patch Adams (Comforting), The Shawshank Redemption (Hoping), Mission (Forgiving), The Throne (Accepting). The program consisted of a total of 12 sessions, and each session included discussion questions for the steps of the Experimental Learning Model. After the program was piloted, it was found that the selected films were considered appropriate (I-CVI=0.98) as a result of evaluating the feasibility of films selection according to ICT elements. The developed ICT education program using films can be used to enhance caring competencies of nurses and nursing college students.

초연결사회로의 전환에서 ICT기술의 진보는 끌어주고 또한 밀어주는 긴밀한 역학관계를 가지고 있다는 점을 주지하고, ICT기술의 중심축이 될 빅데이터, 클라우드 컴퓨팅, 플랫폼, 스마트센서 디바이스 간의 시차적 활성화 필요성을 제기하고자 한다. 이러한 시차적 활성화의 우선순위 기준으로는 구체적인 서비스 시나리오가 우선적으로 검토되어야 하며 서비스 분야에 따라 기존의 것을 사용하는 부분, 개선이 필요한 부분, 새롭게 개발되어야 하는 부분들이 세밀하게 분석되고 그 기초하에 우선 순위를 결정할 필요가 있겠다. 특히, 향후 수없이 많은 사례들이 출현하게 될 서비스 시나리오에 기초하여 대표적 ICT 디바이스인 센서를 중점적으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 다가오는 초연결사회에서 lCT 디바이스의 진화 방향과 수요에 대응키 위해서는 미래사회의 비전과 사물의 지능화, 그리고 연결성, 개방성, 효율성에 기초한 각 분야의 표준화된 플랫폼의 향방을 예의 주시해야 할 것이다.

본 논문은 스마트그리드용 배터리 에너지 저장장치(Battery Energy Storage System, BESS)와 같은 대용량 전력변환장치의 개발 및 성능검증 시험에 사용된 대용량 시험설비에 대해 기술하였다. 대용량 시험설비는 모의 수 배전 계통 설비, DC Power Supply, 부하설비로 구성되어 있다. 모의 수 배전 설비는 개발 시험규격과 계통 상황을 모의하고, DC Power Supply는 연료전지나 배터리 등의 DC Source, 수동부하장치는 전력 변환 설비의 각종 부하들을 모의하기 위해 설계 제작하여 스마트그리드용 2MVA BESS의 성능검증 시험에 이용하고 있다.

본 논문은 배터리 에너지 저장 시스템(Battery Energy Storage System, BESS)에 사용된 대용량 리튬이온 배터리의 등가 모델링을 제안하였다. 리튬 배터리의 전기화학적 특성을 고려한 임피던스 등가모델을 선정한 후 등가모델의 파라미터를 추출하였으며, 추출된 파라미터와 SOC(State-of Charge)와의 관계를 살펴보았다. 본 연구를 통하여 얻어진 파라미터를 이용하면 BESS 제어시 배터리 특성을 파악할 수 있으므로, 배터리의 최적제어 및 시스템의 신뢰성을 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

초등학교에서 재량활동인 컴퓨터 교재의 내용은 ICT 소양교육을 중점으로 기능 교육(한글, 파워포인트, 윈도우, 통신 등)에 대한 내용이 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 특히 초등학생들은 이미 생활에서 쉽게 접하는 정보화 시스템에 익숙하여 컴퓨터를 다루는 기능은 교재의 수준을 상당히 갖추고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 현재 초등학교에서 사용하고 있는 초등컴퓨터 재량활동 교재의 내용에 변화가 필요함을 나타내기 위하여, 부산광역시교육청의 초등컴퓨터 재량활동 교재인 '즐거운 컴퓨터'의 내용과 부산광역시 4, 5, 6학년 초등학생들의 ICT 활용기능을 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과를 통하여 초등학생의 ICT 기술능력이 컴퓨터 교재의 내용을 앞서고 있음을 보이고 향후 교재내용의 변화가 있어야함을 보인다

산업현장에서 이용되는 임베디드 시스템의 메모리와 디스크는 일반 PC에 비해 제한되어 있다. 임베디드 시스템에서도 처리하는 작업에 따라 성능과 안정성을 요구하는 DB를 필요로 한다. 전자지불 분야 임베디드 환경은 적은 메모리 용량과 저속인 I/O성능의 HDD를 사용한다. 본 논문에서는 전자지불 분야 임베디드 환경에서 필요한 전자카드 리스트 관리용 DB 엔진을 설계하고 구현하였다.
