Sticking Coefficient in Bi-thin Film Prepared by IBS Method

  • BSCCO thin films are fabricated via a co-deposition process by an ion beam sputtering with an ultra-low growth rate, and sticking coefficients of the respective elements are evaluated. The sticking coefficient of Bi element exhibits a characteristic temperature dependence : almost a constant value of 0.49 below 73$0^{\circ}C$ and decreases linearly with temperature over 73$0^{\circ}C$. This temperature dependence can be elucidated from the evaporation and sublimation rates of bismuth oxide, Bi$_2$O$_3$, from the film surface. It is considered that the liquid phase of the bismuth oxide plays an important role in the Bi(2212) phase formation in the co-deposition process.

  • The roles of atmospheric heating formation and distribution on the global circulation are of utmost importance, and those are directly related to not only spatial but also temporal characteristics of monsoon system. In this study, before we clarify the characteristics of apparent heat source <$Q_1$> and moisture sink <$Q_2$>, comparisons of three reanalysis datasets (NCEP2, ERA-Interim, and JRA-55) in its global or regional patterns are performed to clearly evaluate differences among datasets. Considering inter-hemispheric difference of global monsoon regions, seasonal means of June-July-August and December-January-February, which is summer (winter) and winter (summer) in the Northern (Southern) Hemisphere are employed respectively. Here we show the characteristics of eight different regional monsoon regions and find contributions of <$Q_2$> to <$Q_1$> for the regional monsoon regions. Each term in apparent heat source and moisture sink is shown to come from the ERA-Interim dataset, since the ERA-Interim could be representative of three datasets. The NCEP2 data has a different characteristic in the ratio of <$Q_2$> and <$Q_1$> because it overestimates <$Q_1$> compared to the other two different datasets. The Australia monsoon has been performing better over time, while some regional monsoons (South America, North America, and North Africa) have been showing increasing data inconsistency. In addition, the three reanalysis datasets are getting different marching with time, in particular since the early 2000s over South America, North America, and North Africa monsoon regions. The recent inconsistency among the three datasets that may be associated with the global warming hiatus remains unexplored.

  • Si$_2$Sr$_2$CuO$\sub$x/(Bi(2201)) thin films are fabricated by atomic layer by layer deposition using ion beam sputtering(IBS) method. During the deposition, 10 %-ozone/oxygen mixture gas of typical 5.0 ${\times}$ 10$\^$-5/ Torr is applied with ultraviolet light irradiation for oxidation. XRD and RHEED investigations reveal out that a buffer layer with some different compositions is formed at the early deposition stage of less than 10 units cell and then c-axis oriented Bi(2201) is grown.

경추 추간판 탈출증 환자의 경근무늬 측정상의 특징 (The Characteristics of the Moire Topography in Patients of HIVD of Cx-spine)

  • Objectives : This study was designed to find The characteristics of the Moire topography in patients of HIVD of Cx-spine. Methods : The Moire topography using IBS(Intek-plus Body Scanner 2000, Seoul, Korea) were obtained in 688 people of control group and 105 patients of HIVD of Cx-spine. Each values were studied to determine the difference between controls and patients. Results : There were significantly difference between controls and patients in thoracic ratio, lumbar ratio, top of the thoracic depth ratio, top of the lumbar depth ratio, Z axis distance and DZ/DY. Conclusions : There were increase of the thoracic kyphosis and lower position in top of the thoracic kyphosis in patients of HIVD of Cx-spine than controls.

  • 최근 들어 인터넷 보급이 폭발적인 증가를 보이면서 인터넷 비즈니스(Internet Business) 또는 전자 상거래(EC : Electronic Commerce)에 대한 관심이 급속도로 확산되고 있다. 외국은 물론 대부분의 국내 대기업과 중ㆍ소기업에서는 사운을 내걸고 인터넷 비즈니스 시스템(IBS : Internet Business System)에 대한 투자를 감행하고 있으며, 또한 수많은 개인 업자(SOHO)들도 인터넷 비즈니스(IB)를 통하여 창의적인 신규 사업에 뛰어들고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 인터넷 비즈니스(IB)는 고객에게 가치 있는 무엇인가를 제공해 줄 수 있어야하며, 그 대가를 인터넷을 통해 보상받을 수도 있어야 한다. 이러한 원리 속에서 인터넷은 경제적, 기술적인 도약을 통해 급속도로 확산되리라는 것이 전문가들의 공통적인 전망이다. 또한, web을 통한 자동차 정비업소 경영 정보관리 시스템과 같은 ASP(Application Service Provider)에 많은 관심이 쏠리고 있다 본 연구는 중소 업체를 향한 인터넷 이용 경영 정보관리 시스템이 현재는 미약한 실정임을 파악, 이런 시대적 요구사항과 필요성에 의해 Web을 이용한 자동차 정비업소 경영 정보 시스템을 개발한다.

  • BSCCO thin films have been fabricated by co-deposition at an ultralow growth rate using ion beam sputtering(IBS) method. Bi 2212 phase appeared in the temperature range of 750 and $795^{\circ}C$ and single phase of Bi 2201 existed in the lower region than $785^{\circ}C$. Whereas, $Po_3$ dependance on structural formation was scarcely observed regardless of the pressure variation. And high quality of c-axis oriented Bi 2212 thin film with $T_c$ (onset) of about 90 K and $T_c$(zero) of about 45 K is obtained. Only a smd amount of CuO in some films was observed as impurity, and no impurity phase such as $CaCuO_2$ was observed in d of the obtained films.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out factors(shoulder level, acromion-occipital length, spine alignment, spine-scapula inferior angle length) of pain of neck & shoulder by 3 Dimensional Moire Scanner. 50 female student s aged 20 to 25 years old participated who lived in Sun-cheon si Jeonnam. They were examined with three measurement methods(Visual Analogue Scale : VAS, Algometer, 3 Dimensional Moire Scanner(IBS-2000). According to the results of multiple regression analysis. 1) There was a significant difference with shoulder level and spine-scapula inferior angle based on VAS. 2) There was a significant difference with shoulder level based of Algometer measurement value in Rhomboid muscles.

연령군에 따른 사상체질별 체형 평가 (Study on the Characteristics of Body Shapes Classified by Sasang Constitutions According to Age Groups)

  • The objective of this study is to offer some standards for the classification of Sasang Constitutions according to age groups through analyzing the characteristics of their body shape and comparing with their frontal silhouettes. The subject of this study were 192 female and 167 male patients who aged from 17 to 64 in Pusan. They were treated with Sasang Constitutional medicine. 5 Heights, 7 widths of their body were measured with modified IBS-2000. Collected 12 anthropometric data was analyzed by T-test and ANOVA. Width is more suitable than height in estimating Sasang Constitutions regardless of gender differences. W2_1, W2_2, W2_4, W2_5, W2_51 are suitable to estimate Sasang Constitutions regardless of gender differences and age groups. in case of female, H45 in 33${\sim}$64 age group is suitable to estimate Sasang Constitutions. In case of male, H12, W2_1 in 17${\sim}$32 age group and H01, W2_0, H23 in 33${\sim}$64 age group are suitable to estimate Sasang Constitutions. All Sasang Constitutions with the exception of Taeyangin female have to consider age groups, when we estimate Sasang Constitutions. From the above results, we have to consider not only gender differences but also age groups to classify Sasang Constitutions from body shape point of view.
