In this paper, we extend Donsker's invariance principle to the case of random partial sums processes based on a double sequence of row-wise i.i.d. random variables.

In this paper, I have presented a new approach which can track moving objects in unknown environments. This scheme is important in providing a computationally feasible alternative to complete enumeration of JPDA which is intractable. I have proved that given an artificial measurement and track's configuration, proposed scheme converges to a proper plot in a finite number of iterations. In this light, even if the performance is enhanced by using the relaxation, we also note that the difficulty in tuning the parameters of the relaxation scheme is critical aspect of this suggestion.

AIN CS-3를 기반으로 하는 IMT-2000 망은 지능망의 구성 요소들과 통합 및 연동을 통하여 기존에 개발되었거나 앞으로 개발될 유선 지능망의 서비스들을 쉽게 수용할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문에서는 IMT-2000 및 IMT-2000과 연동되는 타 네트워크의 상이한 플랫폼 환경의 개발환경 및 향후 유지보수과정에서 발생 할 것으로 예측되는 TMN 시스템 내 에이전트의 Q3 인터페이스 구현상의 표준을 이룰 수 없다는 등의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 I-Farmer 모델 및 I-Farmer 방법론을 제안하였다.

Let X be a real Banach space and $A:X{\rightarrow}2^X$ be an $\alpha$-strongly accretive operator. It is proved that if the duality mapping J of X satisfies Condition (I) with additional conditions, then the Ishikawa and Mann iteration processes with errors converge strongly to the unique solution of operator equation $z{\in}Ax$. In addition, the convergence of the Ishikawa and Mann iteration processes with errors for $\alpha$-strongly pseudo-contractive operators is given.

A Location Register(LR) system manages each subscriber's location information, which continuously changes in mobile cellular network. For this purpose, the LR database system provides backup management facilities. The objectives of this paper are to identify the problems of the current LR system through rigorous analysis, to suggest solutions to them. I proposed efficient backup methods that takes into account the characteristics of LR database transactions. In the proposed backup method, I use two kinds of dirty flags in order to solve the performance degradation problem caused by frequent registration- location operations.

For randomly indexed sums of the form (Equation. See Full-text), where {X(sub)ni, i$\geq$1, n$\geq$1} are random variables, {N(sub)n, n$\geq$1} are suitable conditional expectations and {b(sub)n, n$\geq$1} are positive constants, we establish a general weak law of large numbers. Our result improves that of Hong [3].

최근 4차 산업혁명 기술은 기술발전을 통해 일상생활을 크게 바꾸고 있을 뿐 아니라 국방정책 수립에 있어서도 주요 키워드가 되어 가고 있다. 특히 ICBMS라 불리는 사물인터넷, 클라우드, 빅데이터, 모바일, 사이버보안 기술은 인공지능과 더불어 국방정보화정책의 핵심선도기술로 선정되었다. 4차 산업혁명 기술의 중요성이 증대되는 가운데 현재 KJCCS, ATCIS, KNCCS, AFCCS 등 합참 및 각 군 기능별로 분리 운용되고 있는 C4I체계를 미래전에 대비하는 하나의 체계로 개발하기 위한 연구가 추진되고 있다. 이는 C4I체계를 각 도메인별로 운용함에 따라 정보교환 등 합동작전을 위한 상호운용성이 저하되는 문제를 해소하기 위함이다. 또한 각종 무기체계들이 초연결 및 초지능화 체계로 개발이 추진되고 있어 이들을 효율적으로 통제하고 안전하게 운용하기 위해 통합C4I체계 구축과 미군의 RMF(Risk Management Framework) 같은 체계의 도입이 필수적이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 빅데이터/클라우드 기반의 미래 C4I체계의 사이버위협 지능화 탐지 및 사용자 정보 접근권한 관리, 사이버위협의 지능화 관리 및 가시화 방안을 제시한다.

이동체 내에서 방송통신 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 무선망과 위성망을 연계하는 시스템 사용이 요구되며, 위성으로부터의 신호를 끊김없이 제공하기 위해서는 위성 추적 안테나가 필요하다. 위성 추적 안테나는 이동체의 외부에 주로 장착되기 때문에 가벼우면서도 저고도형이어야 한다. 또한 랜덤한 이동체의 동작 상태에서도 연속해서 안테나 빔이 위성을 향하도록 하기 위한 추적 기술이 요구된다. 양질의 서비스 제공을 위해 전기적으로 우수한 성능을 가지면서도 물리적인 제약을 극복하기 위한 위성 추적 안테나 개발이 선진국을 중심으로 추진중에 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 반사판 및 위상배열 형태로 개발되고 있는 위성 추적 안테나의 기술동향을 파악하고 한국전자통신연구원에서 개발중인 안테나를 소개하고자 한다.

In active noise control (ANC) systems, the convergence behavior of the conventional Filtered-X Least Mean Square (FXLMS) algorithm may be affected by nonlinear distortions in the secondary path (e.g., in the power amplifiers, loudspeakers, transducers, etc.), which may lead to degradation of the error-reduction performance of the ANC systems. In this paper, a stable FXLMS algorithm with fast convergence is proposed to compensate for undesirable nonlinear distortions in the secondary-path of ANC systems by employing the Volterra filtering approach. In particular, the proposed approach is based on the utilization of the conventional P-th order inverse approach to nonlinearity compensation in the secondary path of ANC systems. Finally, the simulation results showed that the proposed approach yields a better convergence behavior In the nonlinear ANC systems than the conventional FXLMS.

We studied closed set-valued Choquet integrals in two papers(1997, 2000) and convergence theorems under some sufficient conditions in two papers(2003), for examples : (i) convergence theorems for monotone convergent sequences of Choquet integrably bounded closed set-valued functions, (ii) covergence theorems for the upper limit and the lower limit of a sequence of Choquet integrably bounded closed set-valued functions. In this presentation, we consider fuzzy number-valued functions and define Choquet integrals of fuzzy number-valued functions. But these concepts of fuzzy number-valued Choquet inetgrals are all based on the corresponding results of interval-valued Choquet integrals. We also discuss their properties which are positively homogeneous and monotonicity of fuzzy number-valued Choquet integrals. Furthermore, we will prove convergence theorems for fuzzy number-valued Choquet integrals. They will be used in the following applications : (1) Subjectively probability and expectation utility without additivity associated with fuzzy events as in Choquet integrable fuzzy number-valued functions, (2) Capacity measure which are presented by comonotonically additive fuzzy number-valued functionals, and (3) Ambiguity measure related with fuzzy number-valued fuzzy inference.
