최근 영상처리 및 컴퓨터비전 등 많은 분야에서 딥러닝 기술이 빠르게 발전하면서 다양한 문제들을 높은 성능으로 해결하고 있다. 이에 MPEG (Moving Picture Experts Group) 표준에서도 딥러닝 기반의 미디어 기술이 활발히 제안 및 논의되고 있다. 특히, 몰입형 입체영상 압축을 위한 MPEG-I (MPEG Immersive) 표준은 메타버스 산업으로 크게 관심받고 있는 가상현실, 증강현실, 그리고 혼합현실 등에 대응하기 위해 현재 활발히 연구 중이다. 입체영상은 일반적으로 복수 시점의 컬러영상과 깊이영상으로 구성되어 있어 데이터의 양이 크기 때문에, MPEG-I 표준은 시점 간의 중복된 영역들을 제거하는 프루닝 과정을 통해 효율적인 압축을 수행한다. 하지만, 프루닝 과정에서 정반사 영역이 함께 제거되는 문제로 정확한 입체영상 복원에 한계가 있다. 본 학회지에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 MPEG-I 표준에 기고된 딥러닝 기반의 정반사 영역 검출을 통한 몰입형 입체영상 압축에 대해 소개한다.

I want to focus on developments in the areas of general relativity and gauge theory. The topics to be considered are the singularity theorms of Hawking and Penrose, the positivity of mass, instantons on the four-dimensional sphere, and the string picture of quantum gravity. I should mention that I will not have time do discuss either classical mechanics or symplectic structures. This is especially unfortunate, because one of the roots of differential geometry is planted firmly in mechanics, Cf. [GS]. The French geometer Elie Cartan first formulated his invariant approach to geometry in a series of papers on affine connections and general relativity, Cf. [C]. Cartan was trying to recast the Newtonian theory of gravity in the same framework as Einstein's theory. From the historical perspective it is significant that Cartan found relativity a convenient framework for his ideas. As about the same time Hermann Weyl in troduced the idea of gauge theory into geometry for purposes much different than those for which it would ultimately prove successful, Cf. [W]. Weyl wanted to unify gravity with electromagnetism and though that a conformal structure would fulfill thel task but Einstein rebutted this approach.

All matter above absolute zero emits thermal energy. Thermal imaging system converts the infrared radiation of a scene into a live picture of that scene : the thermal image is a pictorial representation of temperature differences. This paper has outlined the principles of thermal imaging and has briefly reviewed the history, and the present day and future technology.

In order to obtain a complete picture of the time dependent dynamic of 360 fragments in space, the program IODS (ISSA Orbit Determination System) has been set up. Using The program IODS, all fragments orbits of one break-up event can be generated. Perturbations due to the Earth's asymmetrical potential, the Sun, moon, air drag and solar radiation force are considered. We summarize our results as follows : I) Due to J2 term, precessional motion of all fragment orbits are (수식생략) ii) The other perturbations have very small effects.

In general, hiatal hernia is rare incidence among diaphragmatic hernia in Korea especially in pediatric group. Recently great interest in hiatal hernia has not led to common agreement concerning the pathophysiology, method of diagnosis, clinical picture, Indications, and type of treatment. At 1981 and 1983, two cases of congenital hiatal hernia [type I, III] were surgically treated,which surgical Intervention was modified Hill`s operation and gastropexy. Postoperatively, clinical and radiological examination were proved no regurgitation, no dysphagia and well passage of barium.

We usually try to accomodate ourselves to our nature surroundings interacting with nature. There fore I've decided to apply nature materials, esp. the pine to Hair Art as a way of expressing our feelings from Nature. 'Hair Art' is a follow-up study based on the various artistic point of view. There has been various works of 'Hair Art' with nature materials. However, it is rare to see a work of 'Hair Art' with the pine. That's why I've decided to study more about this. This study is a new experiment in 'Hair Art' against a conventional idea "Hair Art values practicability." Therefore, the primary goal of this study is to do much for the cause of learning in 'Hair Art' and encourages some development of 'Hair Art' industry. I've researched an image of a pine tree in art of Joseon Dynasty and contemporary art. Then I've tried to apply the image to a work of 'Hair Art'. First of all, in a view of expression technique for the symbolism of the pine, the artists in Joseon Dynasty drew pictures of a pine tree with a paintbrush but the modern artists make a new attempt from the thought of Modernism. We can find it in some photos. Next, to express traditional oriental idea such as 'unconventional and elegance', comtemporary artists chose the symbolism of the pine tree as an object of their works like pen and ink sketches from the thought of Modernism. Third, in a fusion style picture which contains features of both oriental paintings and western paintings and in a sexualism style picture that depicts a harmony of a male and a female as a shape of a pine, we can find colorful images of a pine tree and Their figurative beauty in art. Those are another symbols of the pine. In conclusion, the implication of the pine tree still hasn't changed even there are differences of drawings of pine tree in the past and the present. I've tried to combine these symbolic ideas of the pine with 'Hair Art' and made 5 hair styles. Throughout the process of researching this topic which is 'The Study of Hair Art Using The Symbolism of The Pine', I've realized that pine trees make it possible to express intrinsic tough spirit of human being and abundance in color and figurative beauty in art. I hope this can contribute to the field of 'Hair Art' and would become an important educational resource for further study.

Coherent oscillations in is fluorescence dynamics of W.-t. PYP and its site-directed mutants have been observed. Two oscillatory modes coupled with the ultrafast fluorescence due to the twisting of the excited chromophore were identified, a high ftequency mode (∼135 cm$\^$-1/) with ∼550 is damping time and a low frequency overdamped mode (-45 cm$\^$-1/) with ∼250 is damping time, respectively. Both modes disappear in the fluorescence dynamics of denatured PYP emphasizing the important role of the protein nanospace as the environment for photoreaction. The qualitative picture of fluorescence dynamics in site-directed mutants was rather similar to that in W.-t. PYP, i.e., similar oscillatory modes (∼130-140 cm$\^$-1/ and ∼40-70 cm$\^$-1/) have been observed. This indicates that the vibrational modes and electron-vibration couplings do not change dramatically due to the mutation though the damping time of low frequency mode a little decreases as the protein nanospace structure becomes looser and more disordered by mutation. On the other hand, in the case of some PYP analogues, the qualitative picture of fluorescence dynamics changes, showing the familiar picture of solvation effect whereas the oscillations are almost damped. Comparative analyses of these observations are presented.

In this paper, we apply the next generation Internet Broadcasting Move Picture solution, FlashVideo has been designed and implemented. Currently being broadcast in the field to compress HD video in real time, as well as live Internet VOD services are available through the online system, the Internet LIVE broadcast and VOD service easy to operate and UCC services that support the solution. VOD video cameras and in real time using H264 CORECODEC to compress MPEC4, WMV, and real-time video streaming on the Internet, and phone system that supports the first, real-time recording of camera images featured nation's first real-time encoder system (Real time encoder system) is, Web and smart environment suitable for supporting the latest CORECODEC technology and software products. Second, the video can be played in MP4 player and customize your chat, and customizing is a possible two-way Internet Broadcasting System. Third, CMS (Contents Management System) feature video contents and course management contents in real time via the Android phone and iPhone streaming service is available.

In this paper, we proposed a method for compressing the static video test patterns in high quality to test the picture quality in DTV. In our method, we use the fact that the generated bits and average quantization value have almost identical distribution characteristics per each GOP and we propose a new target bit allocation method suitable for compressing the static test pattern while the target bit allocation method in MPEG-2 TM5 is suitable for the moving picture. The proposed target bit allocation method is to maintain the high quality video continuously by using the normalized complexities which are updated or maintained by means of picture qualities at each GOP. Experiment result showed that the test pattern stream encoded by MPEG-2 software with the proposed algorithm had a stable bit rate and good video quality during the decoding process.

The objective of this paper is to develop mobile-based PACS(Picture Archiving Communication System: mPACS) for diagnostic medical image service available via Android-based mobile smartphone. The proposed mPACS provides an integrated platform for mobile application of diagnostic medical images stored in hospital PACS, and allows the smartphone to store, retrieve, manipulate and transfer the diagnostic medical images. Then, the mPACS platform includes the following features for use in the Android framework (i. e., diagnostic medical image processing) : transfer protocols between PACS, mPACS and smartphone, image format converter, JPEG and JPEG2000 coders, text and avatar search, and etc. This mPACS is shown to be useful and effective in providing a solution for mobile-based diagnostic medical image service.
