Global courier companies have been devoting to get more customers and profits with different service because of the worse profits from price competition. So, the effort of improving satisfaction of customers through improving courier service qualities is more important than any other time. However, the previous way to measure courier service has limitation that costs lots of time and money from off-line survey. This limitation could be overcome with less effort and costs if utilizing on-line social big data analysis and it is so helpful to improve competitiveness of courier companies. Therefore, I have collected comments from domestic and international courier companies from big data on social network service, analyzed the satisfaction of customers by R and verified the result by comparing with American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) and Korea National Customer Index (NCSI) in this research. I found out the result depicts clear correlation between SNS analysis and customer satisfaction. This study can be the foundation to predict customer satisfaction easily by utilizing real time SNS information.

Aiming to reveal the employment evolution around interstate highway corridors, an extended shift-share analysis is conducted for metropolitan areas in two interstate highway corridors on the U.S. east coast: I-95 and I-85. Our focus is on knowledge service sectors, specifically finance, insurance, business services and health services for two time periods, 1977-1990 and 1990-2005. In the first period, the two corridors' metropolitan areas have outperformed their regions in terms of both output and labor productivity. But this picture turned negative in later period with some variation by industries. Also variation in performance over time was found even in metropolitan areas in the same corridor or in geographically adjacent areas.

In this study, we define Fintech services as review previous literatures and identify the traditional Fintech service market for analysing the economic effects of the Fintech Industry by using the 2014 Input-Output Table. We can identify the current market of Fintech industry which consists of VAN, PG, financial SW, mobile banking and Fintech R&D and we conduct Input-Output analysis by using non-competitive import model. The Input-Output analysis results show that production inducement effect and front/rear chain effect of the Fintech Industry are below average of other industries. This is because the Fintech technology and industry were emerging in Korea at that time (2014), and thus the ripple effects are not significant. Especially, due to the existing white risk financial regulation, new business opportunities have not been open to adapt new ICT-financial technologies. Therefore, when the business ecosystem is build through deregulation and platforms of the financial sector, it is expected that the Fintech Industry will have a high ripple effect. In this study, we identify the current market of Fintech industry from ICT indusries and conduct Input-Output analysis. The economic effects of the Fintech industry are not remarkable, but it is significant to identify the emerging market and present the basic analysis of issued research field.

Purpose: This study was conducted to describe and analyze about the satisfaction of medical service of patients and family in an Oriental hospital. Methods: Design was the descriptive survey study. Sample was 50 patients and guardians in K Oriental hospital, and convenient sampling was used. Measure was the satisfaction tool of medical service developed by Kang(2004). Data were collected from March 2005 to July 2005, and analyzed using SPSS PC+12 program. Findings: Thirty-two(64.0%) of all subjects were female and 18(36.9%) subjects were male. Score of medical service in Oriental hospital was mean 3.70. Scores in categories of the satisfaction were ranked for medical treatment(4.12), administration service (3.58), and environment and facilities service(3.41) in order. Expectancy for quality, quality after use, general satisfaction, and sufficiency after use in Oriental hospital were 7.34, 7.56, and 7.20, and they were above the average. There were significant differences in education and "I will recommend this oriental hospital to other patients" in differences of medical service by general characteristics and characteristics related to job. Conclusions: On the findings, we suggest that the team for oriental medical service should endeavor for development of professionals and techniques in oriental medical treatment. Simultaneously, institutional administrative resources are persistently needed for supporting of oriental medical team.

Recently, various cloud service has been being provided on mobile devices as well as desktop pc and server computer. Also, Smartphone users are very rapidly increasing, and they are using it for enjoying various services(cloud service, game, banking service, mobile office, etc.). So, research to utilize resources on mobile device has been conducted. In this paper, We have suggested efficient method of cloud resource management by using information of available physical resources(CPU, memory, storage, etc.) between mobile devices, and information of physical resource in mobile device. Suggested technology is possible to guarantee real-time process and efficiently manage resources.

This paper studies the Internet stream server which serves multimedia stream services such as VoD and MoD. The Internet multimedia stream server is developed to provide 50 users with continuous multimedia stream contents simultaneously. This paper focuses on introducing design concepts, operation details and on evaluating system performance and doing sensitivity analysis with respect to the change of the system components. The performance evaluation is performed using simulation in order to identify the system component that mostly affects the system performance. The sensitivity analysis shows the service delay rates of the multimedia stream server depending on the user's service request pattern. Also, the analysis is made on the utilization rates of the core system components such as the PCI bus and the Ethernet card, and on the system performance change by adding more system components.

This study examined the co-occurrence of child maltreatment and domestic violence in South Korea, using the administrative data from Korean Child Protection Services. Existing literature showed that the co-occurrence rate was high and that the co-occurrence was important in prevention and intervention for child maltreatment. However, few studies have investigated the co-occurrence of child maltreament and domestic violence in South Korea. None of the studies have examined the co-occurrence from the perspective of child protective services. This study analyzed the rate of co-occurrence among abusive families involved with Korean Child Protective Services and examined the relationship between domestic violence and child maltreatment. Results showed that 21.4% of the abusive families had also experienced domestic violence. Various characteristics(i.e., detailed abuse characteristics, psychosocial characteristics of perpetrators) differed between co-occurrence families and maltreatment-only families. Domestic violence was a significant predictor of child maltreatment, but the detailed relationships differed according subtypes of maltreatment. Based on the results, implications for theory and service integration between services for domestic violence victims and child protective services were discussed.

One of the OSI 7 Layer DDoS Attack, HTTP POST DDoS can deny legitimate service by web server resource depletion. This Attack can be executed with less network traffic and legitimate TCP connections. Therefore, It is difficult to distinguish DDoS traffic from legitimate users. In this paper, I propose an anomaly HTTP POST traffic detection algorithm and http each page Content-Length field size limit with defense method for HTTP POST DDoS attack. Proposed method showed the result of detection and countermeasure without false negative and positive to use the r-u-dead-yet of HTTP POST DDoS attack tool and the self-developed attack tool.

As science and technology which the society requires become highly advanced and complicated, the need of so-called Convergence Technology(CovT) is getting more significant. The major developed countries are presenting their own vision and strategies of CovT to take the lead of future society and global economies. In Korea, each ministries and government offices are suggesting their own directions of promoting CovT and supporting the related programs. This paper investigates the overall status of national and international R&D activities related to CovT in order to invigorate the related national R&D programs and maximize their effectiveness. It also purports to realize the growth potential and a ripple effect of CovT, such as new business creation and fulfillment of public needs, so that secure new CovT in an early stage. Based on the analysis of the overall status of national R&D programs, we redefine and re-categorize the CovT, which is especially oriented to the development of government support policy, and present the customized strategies to each categories.

In this paper, we review relevant technologies of MR (Mixed Reality) and show important components of perspective that can overcome technical limitations of the current MR. An MR technology combines real and virtual objects in a real environment, and runs interactive in real time, and is regarded as an emerging technology in a large part of the future of IT (Information Technology). We've grouped the major obstacles limiting the wider use of MR technologies into three themes: technological limitations (i,e., tracking, rendering, authoring, and registration), user interface limitations(i.e. UI metaphor for MR interaction), and social acceptance Issues.
