최근 ITU-R의 5G 서비스 및 성능 요구사항의 기준을 시작으로 각 표준화 단체 및 국가에서는 2020년을 목표로 5G에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 이 논문은 5G 서비스 및 기술적인 요구사항을 충족시킬 수 있는 네트워크 구조의 동향에 대해 살펴보고, 특히 5G 네트워크를 위한 이동성 관리 기술동향을 소개한다. 또한, 기존 4G 네트워크의 중앙집중형 이동성 관리 기술이 5G 서비스를 제공하는 데에 어떤 단점이 있을지에 관해 기술한 다음, 분산형, 평면형 이동성 관리 기술로 대표적인 Locator-Identifier Separation Protocol(LISP)과 Distributed Mobility Management(DMM) 기술을 소개하여, 각 이동성 관리 기술의 특징 및 장단점을 비교한다. 마지막으로, 5G에서의 이동성 관리 기술 요구사항을 도출하여, LISP과 DMM의 적용 가능성을 분석하여 최적의 5G 이동성 관리 기술을 도출하는 데 도움을 주고자 한다.

IMT-2000에서 제공하고자 하는 인터넷 서비스나 멀티미디어 서비스를 위하여 고속 패킷 전송이 이루어 져야 한다. 이러한 고속 패킷 서비스의 경우 불연속적인 데이터의 전송 및 비대칭적 데이터 트래픽의 특성으로 인하여 최근 CDMA/TDD 시스템에 대한 연구가 관심의 초점이 되고 있다. 따라서 본 고에서는 TDD 방식을 사용한 시스템의 특성을 고려하여, 전송 프레임의 구성 방식, 오류 발생 프레임의 재전송 방식, 채널 부호화 방식 등에 대하여 고찰하도록 한다.

본 고에서는 국가 R&D를 통해 개발된 IT 융합기술을 소개하고 국책연구결과물의 시범적용을 통해 새로운 사업화 모델을 발굴하고 더불어 지자체와 함께 서비스 모델의 적용을 통한 상용화 추진내용을 소개하였다. 본 사업이 성공적으로 실시되면 일반 국민들이 새로운 IT 기반의 융합서비스를 이용함으로써 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 융합서비스에 대한 인식확산과 신성장동력으로서 IT 융합 산업 활성화에 기여할 것으로 기대하고 있다. BT는 물론이고 NT, 전통산업 등 다양한 분야와 융합을 확대해 국민의 삶을 더욱 윤택하고 행복하게 할 수 있는 따뜻한 IT, 즐거운 IT를 실현할 수 있을 것이다.

무선 네트워크의 발달로 이동 사용자가 급증함에 따라 무선 네트워크 환경에서도 질 높은 미디어 스트리밍 서비스를 받고자 하는 수요가 증가되고 있다. 그러나 이동 사용자의 단말기는 상대적으로 낮은 컴퓨팅 파워와 적은 메모리 등의 시스템 자원 제약을 가지며 유선 네트워크에 비해 낮은 네트워크 대역폭을 가진다. 또한 이동 사용자의 위치 이동에 따라 네트워크 대역폭의 변화가 크다. 본 논문에서는 이동 단말기의 환경을 고려하여 이동 사용자에게 질 높은 미디어 스트리밍 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 실시간으로 이동 단말기의 네트워크 대역폭을 측정하고 이에 맞추어 적응적으로 트랜스코딩함으로써 이동 사용자에게 끊임없는 미디어 스트리밍 서비스를 제공하는 적응적 트랜스코딩 서비스를 설계 및 구현하였다.

As the influence of service industry into domestic economy is increasing, it also has been influenced more powerfully at the domestic GDP(Gross Domestic Product) relative importance and employment relative importance continuously. By means of these reason, the Korean government announced the synthetic countermeasure for strengthening the competitive power of service industry in December, 2006. After then, it announced phase I of 'service industry advancing plan' which is concrete execution plan in April, 2008. Also, it is announced to announce phase II plans in september, 2008 and phase III plan in December, 2008 additionally. Service quality is the most powerful competitive means at service marketing and a key point for improving service productivity. The improvement of service quality has considerable influence on survival and profitability of service industry. Therefore, the study of objective service quality measurement in service industry is very important issue. The purpose of this study is to suggest a measurement model of service quality using fuzzy theory and AHP which measuring service quality objectively in subjective environment. It is expected that this study will help the improvement of competition power of service industry as well as establishment of effective decision-making.

Recently, artificial intelligence (AI) technologies has been widely used in various fields such as finance, and distribution. Accordingly, Korea has also announced its AI R&D strategy for the realization of i-Korea 4.0 in May 2018. However, Korea's AI technology is inferior to major competitors such as the US, Canada, and Japan Therefore, in order to cope with the 4th industrial revolution, it is necessary to allocate AI R&D budgets efficiently through selection and concentration so as to gain competitive advantage under a limited budget. In this study, the importance of each AI technology was evaluated in multi-dimensional way through the questionnaire of expert group using the evaluation index derived from the literature review From the results of this study, we draw the following implication. In order to successfully establish the AI technology development strategies, it is necessary to prioritize the cognitive computing technology that has great market growth potential, ripple effect of technology development, and the urgency of technology development according to the principle of selection and concentration. To this end, it is necessary to find creative ideas, manage assessments, converge multidisciplinary systems and strengthen core competencies. In addition, since AI technology has a large impact on socioeconomic development, it is necessary to comprehensively grasp and manage scientific and technological regulations in order to systematically promote AI technology development.

Location-Based Services(LBS) give rise to location-dependent queries of which results depend on the positions of moving objects. Because positions of moving objects change continuously, indexes of moving object must perform update operations frequently for keeping the changed position information. Existing spatial index (Grid File, R-Tree, KDB-tree etc.) proposed as index structure to search static data effectively. There are not suitable for index technique of moving object database that position data is changed continuously. In this paper, I propose a dynamic hashing index that insertion/delete costs are low. The dynamic hashing structure is that apply dynamic hashing techniques to combine a hash and a tree to a spatial index. The results of my extensive experiments show the dynamic hashing index outperforms the $R^$ $R^*$-tree and the fixed grid.

In order to go digital broadcasting in Korea, it is conducted various policies in the country which be expanded network, be increased digital broadcasting hours. And broadcasting stations in the country close down analog broadcasting until 2012. Moreover IPTV is a method of delivering broadcast television and on-demand, rich media content that uses an IP(Internet protocol network) as the medium. And an IP is regarded as a very favorable approach for the future "Medium for Digital TV". However It is not easy to replace the entire digital infrastructure. And there are some problems in the digital infrastructure for Digital TV(i.e. channel zapping delay). Moreover user require service. IPMG is to solve these problems. IPMG is digital converter that allows receive and transmit signal by using many kinds of medium for Digital TV. Moreover IPMG provides users a Network PVR service. In this paper we developing, manufacturing IPMG and analyze its performance.

Resolution 122 requires to study power limitation applicable for HAPS ground stations to facilitate sharing with space station receivers in 47/48GHz bands. ITU-R Recommendation 1481-1 recommends to improve the side lobe characteristics of HAPS ground station antenna for sharing between FSS system and HAPS system. Thus, in this paper, we propose maximum allowable off-axis e.i.r.p. level of HAPS ground station antennas by considering power limitation to HAPS ground station in Resolution 122 in order to reduce unfeasible separate distance between HAPS and GSO FSS service coverage and improve the side lobe characteristics of HAPS ground station antennas in Recommendation SF.1481-1.
