정지궤도위성용 해색센서의 궤도상 복사보정 운영 현황

  • 한국해양과학기술원 해양위성센터에서 주관운영을 수행하고 있는 천리안 위성의 해양탑재체인 천리안 해양관측위성(이하 GOCI)은 정지궤도위성용 해색센서로서, 태양을 광원으로 지구상의 해수 표면 부근에서 반사되어 대기를 통과한 가시광 및 근적외 대역을 8개 밴드로 분광하여 관측하는 센서이다. 해색센서의 경우, 일반적으로 센서에 입사되는 광신호의 약 90%가 대기에 의한 신호이며, 약 10%에 해당되는 신호만 원래 관측목적인 해수에 의한 신호이기 때문에, 5% 이내의 높은 복사보정 정확도가 요구된다. 이러한 높은 복사보정 정확도를 만족시키기 위해서는, 지상에서의 현장관측을 통한 위성자료 검보정 뿐만 아니라, 발사 후 위성 궤도상에서 센서의 복사보정을 수행하는 궤도상 복사보정이 체계적으로 수행되어야 한다. GOCI는 태양을 기준광원으로 하는 태양광 복사보정을 채택하여, 센서의 셔터부에 태양광 복사보정을 위한 2개의 태양광확산기(Solar Diffuser)를 장비하고 있다. 본 발표에서는 궤도상 시험 후 약 16개월에 걸친 궤도상 복사보정 운영결과와 관련하여, 발사 후 일별, 월별, 계절별 등 각 기간별 센서의 이득변화를 관찰하였으며, 그 결과 1년을 기준으로 약 3% 범위로 주기적인 이득 변화가 있음을 확인하였다. 지상시험결과와의 비교에 의해, 태양광확산기에 대한 태양입사각이 이러한 주기적인 이득 변화의 주 원인임을 궤도상 복사보정 운영결과를 통해 밝히고자 한다.

  • The tetradentate schiff base, N,N'-bis(salicylaldehyde)-ethylene diimine has been reacted with a series of Mo(IV), Mo(V), Mo(IV), and Mo(III) oxidation states to form new Complexes; $[MoO_2(C_{16}H_{14}O_2N_2)], (MoO(C_{16}H_{14}O_2N_2)]_2O, (Mo(SCN)(C_{16}H_{14}O_2N_2)]_2O, and (Mo(H_2O)(C_{16}H_{14}O_2N_2)]_2O.$ These complexes have hexa coordinated configurations and the mole ratio of these ions to the ligand was 1:1. These complexes have been identified by visible spectra, infrared specra, T.G.A., D.T.A., and elemental analysis.

  • Melt blends of maleic anhydride grafted polypropylerle(PP-g-MA) and Nylon 6 were prepared to study the influence of chemical reaction between the two polymer components. By adding the MA grafted polystyrene pold (ethylene/butadiene) and polystyrene[SEBS-g-MA] as the compatible modifiers to reinforce the impact resistance, the Izod impact strength, high rate impact strength and morphology were studied. The notched Izod impact strength increased with the content of PP-g-MA and SEBS- g-MA. The energy of high rate impact strength increased as the thickness of specimen increased, while, it increased as the specimen displacement decreased. In the morphology observed by SEM, finally, we confirmed the improvement of the compatibilization and interfacial adhesion with the content of SEBS-g-MA. The continuous phase of PP-g-MA was the main cause of the modified properties.

  • KVN은 2008년말에 3 대의 망원경 구축을 완료하고, 2009년에는 22/43 GHz 수신기를 각 망원경에 설치하였으며, 2009년말부터는 이 망원경들을 이용한 단일안테나 연구관측 및 VLBI 시험관측에 착수하였다. 2010년에는 86 Hz 수신기 1 대를 도입하였고, 129 GHz 수신기의 경우 믹스 개발을 완료한 후 현재 수신기 1대를 조립하고 있다. 적어도 1 set의 86/129 Hz 수신기가 금년 내에 연세망원경에 설치되어 시험관측이 수행될 예정이다. 2010년에는 또한 안테나의 크래딩 작업을 완료하여 지향성을 개선하였으며, 단일 안테나 연구관측 결과를 논문으로 생성하기도 하였다. 2011년말부터는 VLBI 연구관측에 착수할 예정이며, 관측시간의 50 %를 일본의 VERA와 공동관측에 활용할 예정이다. 2010년말에는 동아시아VLBI센터 건물의 건설이 착수되었으며, 2012년 6월경에 완공될 예정이다.

  • In this paper, we present a control method of mobile power assist systems. Most of mobile power assist systems have a heavy base for preventing easy tumbling, so continual movement of the base during operations causes high energy consumption and gives the high risk of human injury. Furthermore, the slow dynamics of the base limits the frequency bandwidth of the whole system. Thus we propose a cooperation control method of the mobile base and manipulator, which removes the unnecessary movements of the base. In our scheme, the mobile base does not move until the center of gravity(C.G) of the system goes outside a safety region. When C.G. reaches the boundary of the safety region, the base starts moving to recover the manipulator's initial configuration. By varying the parameters of a human impedance controller, the operator is warned by a force feedback that C.G. is on the marginal safety region. Our scheme is implemented by assigning a nonlinear mass-damper-spring impedance to the tip of the manipulator.   • This paper proposes a field-oriented control strategy without speed sensor in overall speed range. At low speed region including zero speed, the electrical saliency which is due to the main flux saturation is used in order to estimate an instantaneous flux position. This electrical saliency can be obtained from the difference of high frequency impedance by the high frequency signal injection. This method enables the stable operation at zero speed or stator frequency even under heavily loaded condition. However, because of the high frequency signal injection the loss and noise in motor increase and the voltage margin is reduced as the motor speed increases. Therefore, this algorithm must be supplemented with the algorithm based on the electrical model of motor, which is conventionally used in the region except the low speed. This paper proposes the combination algorithm between the high frequency signal infection method and the adaptive observer, in which the rotor flux and motor speed can be simultaneously estimated by the adaptive control theory. This combination algorithm enables the stable operation of field-oriented speed control without speed sensor in overall speed range. This is verified by experimental results.

해양관측위성 2호 관측계획 초기분석 결과

  • 해양관측위성 2호(Geostationary Ocean Color Imager-II, GOCI-II)는 2017년에 미션이 종료되는 천리안 해양관측위성(GOCI)의 후속 위성으로, 2018년 발사 예정이다. 해양관측위성 2호는 천리안 해양관측위성과 동일한 정지궤도위성으로 동경 128.2도 적도상공에 위치하여 임무를 수행하게 된다. 총 13개의 분광밴드로 관측이 이루어지며, 370 nm ~ 900 nm(VIS/NIR) 11개, $0.9{\mu}m{\sim}1.3{\mu}m$ (SWIR) 2개의 분광밴드로 구성될 예정이다. 관측모드는 지역 관측(LA, Local Area)과 전구관측(Full Disk)으로 구성되며, 지역관측은 천리안 해양관측위성과 동일한 한반도 중심 $2,500km{\times}2,500km$ 영역에 대하여 천리안 대비 2배 향상된 공간해상도 250m로 관측할 예정이다. 관측 횟수는 기본적으로 기존 천리안 해양관측위성과 동일하게 낮시간 기준 1일 8회 관측이 이뤄지지만, 태양고도가 높은 하절기에는 1일 10회 관측이 수행된다. 전구관측은 $12,800km{\times}12,800km$ 이상의 영역을 관측하며 전지구적 관점의 해양 기후변화 관측 임무를 수행하며, 1일 1회 준실시간 형태로 관측이 진행된다. 본 연구에서는 정지궤도에서의 관측으로 인한 지역관측 영역 내에서 위치별 공간해상도의 차이, 탑재 예정 광검출기의 각 후보별 촬영 슬롯 개수의 변화와 지역관측 영역에서 계절에 따른 태양고도 변화 분석을 통한 1일 관측 횟수에 대해 논하고자 한다.

  • This paper studies a novel method to find the profit-maximizing Nash Equilibriums in allocating generation quantities with consideration of ramp-rates under competitive market environment. Each GenCo in a market participates in a game to maximize its profit through competitions and play a game with bidding strategies. In order to find the Nash equilibriums it is necessary to search the feasible combinations of GenCos' strategies which satisfy every participant's profit and no one wants various constraints. During the procedure to find Nash equilibriums, the payoff matrix can be simplified as eliminating the dominated strategies. in each time interval. Because of the ramp-rate, generator's physically or technically limits to increase or decrease outputs in its range, it can restrict the number of bidding strategies of each generator at the next stage. So in this paper, we found the Nash Equilibriums for multi-stage generation allocation game considering the ramp-rate limits of generators. In the case studies, we analyzed the generation allocation game for a 12-hour multi-stage and compared it with the results of dynamic economic dispatch. Both of the two cases were considered generator's ramp-rate effects.

  • This paper describes the application of Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC) to Thyristor Controlled Series Capacitor (TCSC) which can have significant impact on power system dynamics. The function of the FLC is to control the firing angle of the TCSC. We tuned the scaling factors of the FLC using Tabu Search. The proposed FLC is used for damping the low frequency oscillations caused by disturbances such as the sudden changes of small or large loads or the outages in the generators or transmission lines. To evaluate usefulness of the proposed FLC, we performed the computer simulation fur single-machine infinite system. The response of FLC is compared with that of PD controller optimized using Tabu Search. Simulation results that the FLC shows better control performance than PD controller.

  • The availability of the GPS signal has been expanded greatly in the field of society overall through the development and construction of the GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System). Furthermore, in the military, aviation and field of space, the GPS signal is applied widely through the combination of INS consisting of gyroscope and accelerometer, IMU, AHRS with the addition of magnetic sensor. Particularly, the performance of these equipments or sensors is very important with GPS and PAR(Precision Approach Radar) in the flight control of the aircraft. This paper deals with MATLAB simulation and ROLSO(Reduced Order Luenberger State Observer) design to reduce the load of system and realize the stable lateral direction approach control in an appropriate time for reduction of the horizontal error which is importantly considered while an aircraft lands instead of the FOLSO(Full Order Luenberger State Observer) using all measurement values. Consequently, ROLSO is expected to be used for the aircraft's attitude control in the aircraft landing causing the burden to the pilots.
