지하 수소인프라 폭발에 따른 인접 구조물 영향 분석에 대한 기초 연구 (A Basic Study on Effect Analysis of Adjacent Structures due to Explosion of Underground Hydrogen Infrastructure)

  • 최근 탄소중립을 위하여 친환경 에너지원인 수소 에너지에 대한 연구 개발 및 인프라 구축에 대한 관심이 증가되고 있다. 특히, 도심지에 설치되는 수소충전소의 경우에는 수소저장탱크 폭발에 따른 인접 구조물의 안정성을 확보하기 위하여 폭발 위험이 있는 수소저장탱크를 지하(지중)에 배치하여 충분한 안전거리를 확보하는 방안이 고려되고 있다. 적절한 지하 수소인프라의 위치 및 심도를 선정하기 위하여 지하 수소인프라 폭발에 따른 인접 구조물의 영향 평가가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 지하 수소인프라 폭발에 따른 인접 구조물의 영향을 분석하기 위한 수치모델을 구축하였으며, 등가 TNT (Trinitrotoluene) 모델을 활용하여 수소저장탱크의 폭발압을 산정하였다. 또한, 매개변수해석을 수행하여 지하 수소인프라의 시공조건에 따른 인접 구조물의 안정성을 평가하였다.

  • A long-term energy system in the future is expected to be based on the ideal circulation system between water and hydrogen in the sense that the hydrogen prepared from water eventually returns to water again after its use. Currently, with respect to the hydrogen energy system, it is predicted that the turning-point at which the production cost of hydrogen will become to be lower than that of fossil fuels would be after 2010. However, fuel cell technology would be able to be practically used for the applications to the transportation vehicles and small-scale power sources from 2004, and therefore, an efficient construction of the infrastructure covering hydrogen production and supply systems would be required with short-/mid-term technologies for the $CO_2$ reduction associated with fossil fuel utilization. In this paper, the hydrogen quantity available in domestic market has been estimated focusing on the hydrogen by-produced from domestic industries, and also the infrastructure for hydrogen-driven vehicles like fuel cell cars has been reviewed.

  • 미래 산업 유지를 위하여 세계적으로 지속가능한 에너지의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 다양한 신재생 에너지 중 수소에너지는 청정에너지로서 각광받고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 수소에너지산업 인프라 구축시에 필요한 전략 수립을 위하여 SWOT/AHP 분석을 적용하였다. 우선 수소에너지 산업 인프라 구축시 요구되는 요인들을 추출하였고, SWOT matrix를 재구성하기 위하여 전문가의 의견을 조사하였다. 쌍대비교를 하여 개발된 요인들의 상대적 중요도를 알기 위하여 AHP 분석을 실시하였다. SWOT 분석과 AHP 분석을 적용하여 얻은 연구 결과를 기초로 하여 향후 수소에너지산업 인프라와 관련된 전략 계획의 수립 방안을 제시하였다.

이동식수소스테이션 정량적 위험성평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Quantitative Risk Assessment of Mobile Hydrogen Refueling Station)

  • In July and October of this year, the government announced the 'Green new deal plan within the Korean new deal policy' and 'Strategies for proliferation of future vehicles and market preoccupation'. And, in response to changes in the global climate agreement, it has decided to expand green mobility such as electric vehicles and hydrogen electric vehicles with the aim of a "net-zero" society. Accordingly, the goal is to build 310 hydrogen refueling stations along with the supply of 60,000 hydrogen vehicles in 2022, and the hydrogen infrastructure is being expanded. however, it is difficult to secure hydrogen infrastructure due to expensive construction costs and difficulty the selection of a site. In Korea, it is possible to build a mobile hydrogen station according to the safety standards covering special case of the Ministry of Industry. Since the mobile hydrogen station can be charged while moving between authorized place, it has the advantage of being able to meet a large number of demands with only one hydrogen refueling station, so it is proposed as a model suitable for the early market of hydrogen infrastructure. This study demonstrates the establishment of a hydrogen refueling station by deriving a virtual accident scenario for leakage and catastrupture for each facility for the risk factors in a mobile hydrogen station, and performing a quantitative risk assessment through the derived scenario. Through the virtual accident scenario, direction of demonstration and implications for the construction of a mobile hydrogen refueling station were derived.

  • After reviewing the current status of hydrogen buses and hydrogen charging stations in the United States, as well as related laws and programs, it was found that the federal and state governments supported the supports of hydrogen buses and the deployment of hydrogen charging infrastructure through various policies and programs. In order to promote the spread of domestic and overseas hydrogen buses and hydrogen charging infrastructure, it is necessary to develop and apply various legal systems and programs that can provide incentives to hydrogen bus manufacturers, hydrogen charging station installers, hydrogen bus operating organizations and entities.   • Pollution emission control of the 20th century, for transportation energy, are being enhanced, and then as alternative to this, because hydrogen emit only water gas emissions to be environmentally friendly energy, so hydrogen as a sustainable clean energy is in the limelight. Used in compressed natural gas engines to mix hydrogen and natural gas in both domestic and international technology development and demonstration is being carried out. The hydrogen-compressed natural gas(HCNG) charging infrastructure can be used to build a hydrogen infrastructure in the transitional aspects of a future hydrogen economy society. In this paper, for a demonstration of HCNG charging infrastructure we made and operated a $30Nm^3/h$ hydrogen generating unit and analyzed the result of the operation. We was identified the operating conditions of a reforming reactor and water gas shift reactor from an analysis result, the thermal efficiency was calculated according to the operating conditions of the total hydrogen production process.

시장수요예측 모델을 활용한 서울시 수소차 충전시설의 입지선정 우선순위에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Priority of Site Selection for Hydrogen Vehicle Charging Facilities in Seoul Using a Market Demand Prediction Model)

  • Hydrogen is expected to be widely applied in most sectors within the current energy system, such as transportation and logistics, and is expected to be economically and technologically utilized as a power source to achieve vehiclebon emission reduction. In particular, the construction of hydrogen charging station infrastructure will not only support the distribution of hydrogen electric vehicles, but also play an important role in building a hydrogen logistics system. Therefore, This paper suggest additional charging infrastructure areas in Seoul with a focus on supply according to the annual average growth rate (CAGR), centering on Seoul, where hydrogen vehicles are most widely distributed. As of February 2022, hydrogen charging infrastructures were installed in Gangseo-gu, Gangdong-gu, Mapo-gu, Jung-gu, and Seocho-gu in downtown Seoul. Next, looking at the number of hydrogen vehicles by administrative dong in Seoul from 2018 to 2022, Seocho-gu has the most with 246 as of 2022, and Dongjak-gu has the highest average growth rate of 215.4% with a CAGR of 215.4%. Therefore, as a result of CAGR analysis, Dongjak-gu is expected to supply the most hydrogen vehicles in the future, and Seocho-gu currently has the most hydrogen vehicles, so it is likely that additional hydrogen charging infrastructure will be needed between Dongjak-gu and Seocho-gu.

  • 화석에너지의 고갈문제와 환경에 대한 문제가 대두되면서 지속가능한 에너지를 확보해야하는 중요성이 점차 우리나라에서도 부각되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 국내외 수소에너지 관련 기술 산업의 현황을 고찰하고, 향후 국내 수소에너지 산업인프라 조성에 요구되는 정책적 전략방안을 제시하고자 한다. SWOT분석을 이용하여 제시할 전략에 적합한 각 세부요인을 도출하는 것이 본 연구의 목적으로 한다. 국내외 수소에너지 이용에 관한 이론적 고찰을 통해 세계 수소에너지 자원의 활용이 높은 국가들의 수소에너지 지원 현황을 살펴보았고, 수소에너지 관련 보고서 및 논문 등의 선행연구를 분석하여 평가요인 도출을 실시하였다. 이를 통해 70개의 세부속성 요인을 추출한 후 중복성과 편중성, 객관성 등의 문제를 제거하기 위해 학계 전문가들을 대상으로 요인적합성 검증에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. 그 결과 강점요인인 '사용 및 저장, 운송의 용이성'만 제외되었고 나머지 강점요인 3개, 약점요인 4개, 기회요인 5개, 위협요인 4개 등 총 16개 요인을 수소에너지 산업인프라 조성에 요구되는 정책적 전략방안의 최종요인으로 선정하였다.

HyRAM+를 이용한 수소 누출 시뮬레이터 구현 (Inplementation of a Hydrogen Leakage Simulator with HyRAM+)

  • 수소는 청정, 무탄소, 고에너지등 다양한 특징을 가진 재생에너지원으로 국제적으로 '미래에너지'로 인정받고 있다. 수소에너지 산업의 급속한 발전과 더불어 수소 수요를 충족시키기 위하여 더 많은 수소 인프라가 필요한 실정이다. 그러나 수소 인프라 사고가 빈번한 발생함으로 인해, 수소산업 발전에 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 미국 Sandia National Laboratories에서 개발한 HyRAM+는 수소충전소를 포함한 다양한 저장 응용 분야에 대한 수소 안전 평가와 관련된 데이터와 방법을 통합하는 소프트웨어 툴킷이다. HyRAM+의 물리 모드는 수소충전소 컴포넌트에 따라 수소누출 결과를 모사하여 가스 플룸 분산, 제트 프레임 온도와 궤적 그리고 복사 열속 등을 그래프로 나타낸다. 본 논문에서는 강원도 삼척시에 있는 수소충전소를 대상으로하여 HyRAM+ 소프트웨어를 이용하여 수소 누출 데이터를 추출하였다. HyRAM+에서 추출한 데이터를 이용하여 수소 누출(Leakage) 발생 시뮬레이터를 개발하였다. 데이터베이스와 그라파나(Grafana)를 이용하여 시뮬레이터에서 발생한 데이터를 보여주는 대쉬보드(Dashboard)로 구현하였다.

수소에너지에 대한 심리적 태도 기반의 수소사회 활성화 전략방안: 위험성, 친숙성, 수용성 중심으로 (Exploring Strategies for Implementing Hydrogen Society Based on Psychological Attitudes towards Hydrogen Fuel: Focused on Risk Perception, Familiarity and Acceptability)

  • In these day, the environmental issues of climate change have been continuously highlighted and there is an active discussion on the transition from fossil fuel-based energy to eco-friendly energy use. This study considered psychological attitudes as a major influencing factors for successful implementation of a hydrogen society totally based on the use of hydrogen energy, which is regarded as an alternative energy for future. Accordingly, familiarity, risk perception, and acceptability of psychological factors were investigated. In addition, this study identified whether there are differences in psychological factors according to the general characteristics of gender, age, occupation, and housing type. The results showed that awareness of hydrogen cars and fuels is below the average level, and we also have obtained the implication that social knowledge sharing should precede the implementation of hydrogen policy. Although we found that the degree of urban acceptance of hydrogen energy was high, it was also confirmed that the charging infrastructure was generally perceived as having a high risk. Our findings implicate that it is necessary to figure out policy strategies for suitable locating charging infrastructure in order to promote the use of hydrogen energy more.
