유체-구조 상호작용을 고려한 해안구조물의 해저면 세굴에 대한 조파실험 해석 기법 연구 (Study on Modeling Procedure of Hydraulic Experiment of Coastal Structure Scour at Sea-Bed Using Fluid-structure Interaction)

  • 해안사면의 침식을 막기 위한 해안구조물이 해저면과의 경계면에서 파랑에 의하여 세굴이 발생 할 수 있으며, 세굴에 의한 기초지반의 유실로 해안구조물의 붕괴에 이를 수 있다. 이러한 세굴 현상을 방지하기 위하여 기존의 직립식 해안구조물을 다양한 형태의 해안구조물로 개선하여 제작할 수 있다. 이러한 해안구조물의 세굴 방지 효과를 검증하기 위해서는 많은 비용이 요구되는 조파 실험이 필요하다. 조파실험에 선행하여 모델링을 수행하고 실험결과의 검증 및 추가 분석을 하는 과정을 통해서 큰 비용 절감 효과를 기대할 수 있게 된다. 본 연구에서는 조파실험 해석기법을 제안하기 위해서 유한요소해석 프로그램인 LS-DYNA를 사용하여 유체-구조 상호 작용을 고려한 조파 실험 모델링을 하고, 해안구조물과 상호작용에 의한 유체 흐름을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 직립형, 경사형, 계단형, 사석형의 4가지 해안구조물의 세굴이 발생 가능성이 높은 위치를 선정하여 유속을 통하여 성능을 비교 분석하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 수리모형실험을 실시하여 방류관의 흐름특성을 분석 방류관 설계의 적정성을 검토하는데 있다. 수리모형실험 결과 기본계획의 방류관 통수능은 과소설계 되었고, 이를 토대로 설계 변경한 기본설계의 방류관 통수능 설계치는 실험치와 거의 일치하여 적절하게 설계되었음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 방류관 부압발생 여부 및 종단형상의 적정성을 검토한 결과 허용치 이내 값이 발생되어 적절한 것으로 판명되었다. 이러한 과정을 토대로 기본설계의 방류관 규모 및 위치가 적절하였음이 검토되었다.

실험계획법과 콤플렉스법에 의한 고성능 유압휴즈의 최적 설계 (Optimal Design of A Quick-Acting Hydraulic Fuse Using Design of Experiments and Complex Method)

  • A quick-acting hydraulic fuse, which is mainly composed of a poppet, a seat, and a spring, must be designed to minimize the leaked oil volume during fuse operation on a line rupture. The optimal design parameters of a quick-acting hydraulic fuse were searched using the design of experiments method and the complex method. First, the $L_{50}(5^4)$ orthogonal array is used to find the robust minimum point among the 625 points of design variables. The search range can then be narrowed around the robust minimum point. Second, the $L_{25}(5^4)$ orthogonal array is used to obtain the variations of the design variables in the narrowed search range. The variations of design variables are used to set the structure of a polynomial equation representing the leakage oil volume of the quick-acting hydraulic fuse. The least squares method is then applied to obtain the coefficients of polynomial equation. Finally, the complex method is used to find the optimal design parameters where the objective function is described by the polynomial equation.

해석적 모의조파실험을 이용한 해안사석구조물 형상에 따른 해저면 세굴 방지 성능 비교 (Analytical Performance Comparison of Scour Protection of Rubble Mound Structure Shape using Simulation)

  • 해안구조물과 해저면의 경계면에서 발생하는 세굴로 인한 해안구조물의 붕괴 현상을 방지하기 위하여 해안구조물의 형태를 유로가 확보된 사석구조물의 형태로 제작한다. 기존의 유로가 확보되지 않은 계단형 해안구조물과 유로가 확보된 사석형 구조물의 비교 분석을 통하여 사석형 구조물의 세굴 방지 효과를 확인할 수 있다. 이러한 해안사석구조물의 다양한 사석 배열에 대한 세굴 방지 효과를 검증하기 위한 실험에 의한 조파실험의 반복수행에 따르는 고비용을 절감하기 위해 프로그램을 이용한 해석적 모의조파실험 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 유한요소해석 프로그램인 LS-DYNA를 사용하여 유체-구조 상호 작용을 고려한 조파실험 모델링을 하고, 해안구조물과 상호작용에 의한 유체 흐름을 분석하였다. 해안구조물의 세굴이 발생 가능성이 높은 위치를 선정하여 해석 기법을 수행하고, 사석구조물의 형태에 따라 선정된 위치에서의 유속과 한계 소류력에서의 유속을 비교하여 세굴 발생의 유무를 비교 분석하였다.

서보모터를 이용한 유압 하이브리드식 사출성형기의 공정시간 및 절전효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on Cycle Time and Power Saving Effect of a Hydraulic Hybrid Injection Molding Machine using a Servo Motor)

  • The cycle time and power saving effect of a hydraulic hybrid injection molding machine using a servo motor are considered in this paper. In order to verify control characteristics, such as pressure and speed, experiments were performed with the hydraulic hybrid injection molding machine, clamping force of 110 ton. The power consumption and production cycle time of a conventional hydraulic injection molding machine were measured to compare its performances with the hydraulic hybrid injection molding machine. An injection molding machine with a clamping force of 1300 ton was used as the conventional machine, the hybrid machine was implemented by replacing its induction motors with servo motors. In the remodeled hybrid machine, experiments were performed to investigate how the displacement of the mold clamping pump affects the power consumption and production cycle time. The results showed that the production cycle time of the hybrid injection molding is similar to a conventional hydraulic injection molding machine but with a significant energy saving of about 40%.

트랙터의 전자유압식(電子油壓式) 히치제어 시스템에 관한 연구(硏究)(I) -위치제어(位置制御)- (Electronic-Hydraulic Hitch Control System for Agricultural Tractor -Position Control-)

  • This study was attempted to develop the electronic-hydraulic hitch control system for position control of tractor plow and investigate the control performance of the system through experiments. Experiments were carried out to investigate the responses of the system to the step and sinusoidal inputs in position control. The effects of control mode, hydraulic flow rate, reference deadband, and proportional constant on control performance of the system were investigated. The following conclusions were derived from the study; 1. For the position control system operated on on-off control mode, positions of implement were controlled within ${\pm}0.73^{\circ}{\sim}{\pm}1.46^{\circ}$ in rockshaft angle to the reference position when the hydraulic flow rates were 5~15 l/min. For the position control system operated on PWM control mode, positions of implement were controlled within ${\pm}0.73^{\circ}$ to the reference position regardless of hydraulic flow rates. It means that the implement could be positioned more accurately to the reference position on PWM control mode than on on-off control mode. 2. As results of the frequency responses of the position control systems, no clear difference in control performance between on-off control and PWM control modes was found. As the hydraulic flow rates increased, the corner frequencies of amplitude attenuation and phase-angle change increased. It means that the control performance of the system could be improved as the hydraulic flow rate increases.

  • Surge pressure problem at the oil return line of the hydraulic circuit of an active suspension system for passenger cars was investigated by experiments and numerical analyses. In the numerical analyses, the method of characteristics was used for simulating unsteady flow in the hydraulic system and gas discrete model was adopted for estimating gas volume variation in separated liquid column. In the experiments and analyses, effects of the physical parameters of the accumlator on smoothing surge pressure was elucidated.

  • Warm deep drawing for optimum forming conditions to give the maximum drawing depth is investigated and compared with the results from experiments performed at room temperature. Experiments which draw square cups of STS 304 stainless steel sheet under the constant lubrication condition of teflon film are made both in a crank and hydraulic press for two kinds of specimens. The maximum drawing depth at warm forming condition reaches 1.4 times the drawing depth at room temperature in a crank press, whereas 1.6 times in a hydraulic press, and also more uniform distribution of thickness in case of warm deep drawn cup is observed. The effects of other factors on formability, such as forming temperature, speed of press and cooling of punch are examined and discussed.

  • This study was attempted to develop the eletronic-hydraulic hitch system for controlling the attitude of tractor implements and to investigate control performance of the system through experiments. Main components of the system developed in this study were reference inputs panel, inclination angle detecter, electronic controller consisted of IBM-AT PC and interfaces, electro-hydraulic directional valves and other hydraulic components and three-point hitch linkage. Experiments were carried out to investigate the response of the system to the step and sine inputs. The effects of hydraulic flow rate and dead band on control performance were analized. Attitude of the implement was controlled within 2.4-5.1 degrees to the setting attitude when the hydraulic flow rate was in the range of $0.25-1.5{\ell}/min$. And implement was controlled without rapid amplitude attenuation and phase angle change in the frequency range of 0.02-0.2Hz when the hydraulic flow rate was in the range of $0.25-1.5{\ell}/min$. Control performance of the system can be expected to be improved if the inclination angle detecter show rapid and stable output as the implement moves.
