유압펌프용 가변속 SRM 구동시스템 설계 (Design of Variable Speed SRM Drive for Hydraulic Pump Application)

  • 본 논문에서는 유압펌프 시스템의 효율적 구동을 위한 SRM 구동시스템이 제안된다. 유압 펌프 시스템이 요구하는 최대 사용 유압 및 사용유량으로부터 적정한 용량의 SRM을 설계 및 제작하고, 시험을 위해 SRM과 제어기를 포함한 전체 유압시스템을 구성한다. 제시한 SRM 구동시스템은 효율적 구동을 위해 속도제어 뿐만 아니라 유압계통의 압력검출로부터 압력제어도 같이 행하며, 이로부터 SRM이 적정한 운전영역에서 구동되도록 한다. 2.2[KW] 12/8극 SRM과 DSP를 사용한 제어기가 설계되고, 이 시스템을 실제 유압시스템에 적용하여 운전 특성을 확인하였다. 그 결과 제안한 시스템이 고효율과 빠른 응답특성을 가짐을 알 수 있다.

정량적 피드백 이론을 이용한 유압 로드 시뮬레이터에 관한 힘 제어계 설계 (Design of Force Control System for a Hydraulic Road Simulator Using Quantitative Feedback Theory)

  • This paper presents the road simulator control technology for reproducing the road input signal to implement the real road data. The simulator consists of the hydraulic pump, servo valve, hydraulic actuator and its control equipment. The QFT(Quantitative Feedback Theory) is utilized to control the simulator effectively. The control system illustrates a tracking performance of the closed-loop controller with low order transfer function G(s) and pre-filter F(s) for a parametric uncertain model. A force controller is designed to communicate the control signal between simulator and digital controller. Tracking specification is satisfied with upper and lower bound tolerances on the steep response of the system to the reference signal. The efficacy of the QFT force controller is verified through the numerical simulation, in which combined dynamics and actuation of the hydraulic servo system are tested. The simulation results show that the proposed control technique works well under uncertain hydraulic plant system. The conventional software (Labview) is used to make up for the real controller in the real-time basis, and the experimental works show that the proposed algorithm works well for a single road simulator.

  • This study proposes a new approach to control the nozzle pressure of homogenizer in refrigerator foam system in the 900L class. Generally, dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic nozzle system is highly nonlinear due to uncertain parameters, and it is very difficult to control of hydraulic dynamics. Firstly, it has been performed to derive a real-time control algorithm based on the mathematical model of hydraulic cylinder, and to estimate the values of the unknown parameter in the hydraulic system. Secondly, the feedback controller was designed to implement the optimal pressure control of the hydraulic nozzle system. Finally the control performance was illustrated by simulation.

제어관점에서의 부하감지형 유압시스템의 특성 (Properties of the Load-Sensing Hydraulic System from a Viewpoint of Control)

  • The load-sensing hydraulic system which was developed to improve energy efficiency of conventional hydraulic systems has its own properties. The instability of system responses, linearity of a servo valve, robustness for variation of external load, and dynamic interference between hydraulic motors are such properties which have much to do with control properties of the system. The load-sensing hydraulic system has instability tendancy because the load-sensing mechanism makes a positive feedback loop between the motor part and the pump part. A flow property of the servo valve can be said to be linear because the flow through the valve has nothing to do with a load pressure and the flow is strictly proportional to a valve opening which is adjusted by a valve command signal. The resultant control property can be said to be robust because the steady-state control performance is independent to the load actuated on the motor shaft. In the case when one pump simultaneously drives more than two hydraulic motors, the pump outlet pressure is determined by a hydraulic motor of the largest load pressure among all of the hydraulic motors, and, thus, the other motors are dominated by the largest load pressure. That is, the other motors can be said to be interfered by the motor of the largest load pressure.

  • 4대강살리기사업을 통해 건설된 수리구조물의 효과적 운영과 홍수기 피해저감을 위해서는 적절한 의사결정 지원시스템의 구축이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 기존 일차원모의를 통한 하천관리의 한계를 보완하기 위하여 수문관측자료 또는 1차원모의 결과를 이용한 2, 3차원 모형 연계모의가 가능한 시스템을 개발하였다. 기존의 1차원 수리, 수문 모형으로 제공받던 선단위 지점단위 정보 뿐 아니라 추가적으로 공간 격자단위 정보를 제공받을 수 있는 다차원 모의를 수행함으로써 하천에서의 물리적 현상을 적절히 고려한 공간적 수리특성을 반영한 하천관리가 가능할 것이다. 급격한 지형변화 및 수리구조물에 의한 홍수에 대비하고 각 격자별 유량의 전달에 의한 홍수파의 전파양상에 대한 공간단위 정보를 토대로 합리적인 하천관리를 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • POSCO Kwang-Yang Works #2 Cold Rolling Mill RCL has the main hydraulic system that controlled on/off control method. In the aspect of the consumption of electrical energy this system has some problem. So, we present a continuous control method instead of on/off control method that controls the pressure of main hydraulic system with saving the electric energy.

  • In this study, the hydraulic vibro-hammer system was analyzed and the analysis tool using GUI was developed. From the parametric analysis, the effects of each factor were revealed. Through the simulation with varying parameters, the method to improve the performance of the hydraulic vibro-hammer system was presented. The analysis tool will help an unskilled programmer analyze the hydraulic vibro-hammer system. The result of this study will help improve the performance of the hydraulic vibro-hammer systems.

  • This study was conducted to develop an electro-hydraulic three-point hitch control system using an electro-hydraulic servo valve and microcomputer and to investigate the performance of the three-point hitch control system through indoor and field experiments. 1. The results from indoor experiments coincided with those from computer simulation reported in the previous paper. However, the draft control with the value 4 of Kd showed a slight sustained oscillation after it reached the draft set. 2. From the field experiments, it appeared that the RMS errors increased with the ground speed of tractor. In position control, the three-point hitch control system with electro-hydraulic servo valve showed better performance than that with on-off electro-magnetic valve in the ground speed less than 1.6 m/s. In draft control, however, there was no significant differece in performance between those two systems. 3. In depth control, the both types of electro-hydraulic three-point hitch control system showed better performance than the conventional mechanical-hydraulic three-point hitch control system.

하이드로릭 마운트가 장착된 지지계의 고유치 해석 (Eigen-Analysis of Engine mount system with Hydraulic Mount)

  • To determine the modal matrix and modal frequency of engine mount system, we most solve so-called eigen-value problem. However eigen-value problem of engine mount system with hydraulic mount can not be solved by general eigne-analysis algorithm because the properties of hydraulic mount vary with frequency. so in this paper the method for modal analysis of rigid body motions of an engine supported by hydraulic mount is proposed. Natural frequencies and mode shapes of this nonlinear system are obtained by using complex exponential method and Laplace transformation method. In time domain, impulse response functions are calculated by (two-sided) discrete inverse Fourier Transformation of forced frequency response functions achieved by Laplace transformation of the differential equation of motion. Considering the fact that frequency response functions synthesized by modal parameters form proposed method are in good agreement with original FRFs, it is proved that the proposed method is very efficient and useful for the analysis of eigne-value problem of hydraulic engine mount system.

  • A mechanical-hydraulic hitch control system has been adapted to most agricultural tractors. But it has various defects due to friction, inertia and hysteresis. Recently a number of electronic-hydraulic hitch control systems have been developed in several countries to improve control performance of the agricultural tractors equipped with a mechanical-hydraulic hitch control system. This study was conducted to develop a new electronic-hydraulic hitch control system using an electro-hydraulic servo valve instead of an on-off valve and to carry out computer simulation of the system. According to the result of computer simulation, the control system showed the best performance when the proportional constants were 9 and 4 for position and draft control respectively. The step and frequency responses were improved as flow rate increased.
