본 연구는 청소년들의 폭력피해 경험이 우울정서와 자기인권평가의 매개과정을 통해 어떻게 인권의식에 영향을 미치는지를 검증하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 청소년 폭력피해와 인권의식의 인지적 정서적 과정을 설명한 선행연구와 이론적 논의를 토대로 연구모형을 설정하였다. 본 연구는 '2014년 한국아동 청소년 인권실태조사'의 중학생 자료 3,662명 사례를 활용하였으며, 구조방정식모형을 통해 분석하였다. 구조모형 분석결과에 의하면, 첫째 폭력피해경험은 인권의식에 직접적인 효과는 없었지만, 자기인권평가의 매개적 과정을 통해 인권의식에 간접적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 폭력피해경험은 우울과 자기인권평가의 이중매개 과정을 통해서도 간접적으로 인권의식에 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 통제변수인 인권교육은 인권의식에 직접적인 효과는 없었고, 자기인권평가의 매개과정을 통해서 인권의식에 간접 효과를 나타냈다. 본 연구는 이러한 결과를 토대로 폭력피해 청소년들의 인권의식 증진을 위한 개입방안과 후속연구를 위한 과제를 논의하였다.

Purpose: This study was done to develop a web-based education program for nurses working in nursing homes. The focus was on the rights of older adults. Methods: The program was designed based on the Network-Based Instructional System Design (NBISD) model and was operated and evaluated between July 2007 and June 2008. Results: Out of nursing records of 40 residents from a nursing home, the final 7 cases were deducted through classification using the Resource Utilization Group (RUG)-III. The data on needs for education was collected from 28 nurses working in 15 nursing homes located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, who agreed to complete a self-report questionnaire. A comprehensive review of the literature and two focus groups interviews were used to search for risk factors and guidelines for protection of human rights. The education program was developed based on Kolb's experiential learning model and composed of 5 units, which included content on types of human rights and rights to death with dignity, elder abuse, physical liberty, and self-determination. The program was positively evaluated showing a score of 3.35 (SD=0.37) out of 4. Conclusion: The educational program developed in this study should promote nurses' sensitivity to the rights of elders and improve nurses' behaviors in protecting the rights of elders residing in nursing homes.

본 논문은 청소년의 인권존중과 학교적응의 융합적 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 분석자료는 2016년 한국아동 청소년인권실태조사의 중학교 2학년 2,366명의 자료를 활용하였다. 구조방정식모형을 적용하여 모형 적합도를 검증하고, 부트스트랩을 적용하여 매개효과를 검증하였다. 분석결과, 연구모형의 적합도가 적합하였으며, 청소년의 인권존중과 학교적응의 융합적 관계를 자아존중감이 유의미하게 매개하였다. 즉, 청소년들이 인권존중 경험이 많을수록 자아존중감이 높고, 자아존중감이 높을수록 학교적응을 잘하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구 결과는 청소년의 학교적응도를 높이기 위해 교사에 대한 인권교육 강화, 인권존중과 자아존중감을 접목한 교육프로그램 개발 및 운영이 필요함을 시사한다.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to analyze the trend of ergonomics field in overall intellectual property rights in Korea, and suggest the direction for the future development. Background: Many ergonomists are trying to pursue optimal human well-being and safety, and create more convenient designs for human use. For these reasons, intellectual property rights may be used to protect the legitimate rights of originative and innovative ergonomic designs. Method: Intellectual property rights were reviewed by using Korea Intellectual Property Rights Information Service (KIPRIS), and then were classified and analyzed according to three intellectual property rights (patent, utility model, design), International Patent Classification (IPC) and ergonomics application areas. Results: The total number of intellectual property rights registered in the ergonomics field in terms of three intellectual property rights (patent, utility model, design) showed 48,814 which occupied 5.97% of the total registered Korea's intellectual property rights. Within three intellectual property rights, patent (87%) was recorded overwhelmingly higher than utility model (9%) and design (4%). Conclusion: The current trend of patent, utility model and design in the ergonomics field in Korea tend to increase over time. It is suggested based on the analysis in this study that continuing research and development should be focused on electricity section in accordance with the global trend. Application: The results of this study can direct the ergonomists to the areas of intellectual property rights in the ergonomics field that should focus on the research and development in terms of three intellectual property rights, IPC and ergonomics application areas.

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the impact of human rights sensitivity and patient rights awareness of first-year students in clinical practice on clinical practice adaptation and to prepare practical and systematic personality development program education alternatives to foster high-quality medical personnel. Method: As for the research method, an online survey of 155 medical and nursing students from two universities in G-do (76 medical students and 79 nursing students) was conducted, and the collected data were T-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficient and step-by-step multiple regression analysis using SPSS WIN/25.0. Findings: The results of the study are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the differences in each variable according to general characteristics, human rights sensitivity had a significant impact on gender, patient rights recognition on personality type, and clinical practice adaptation had a significant impact on major selection motivation. Second, the factors affecting the adaptation of first-year college students to clinical practice had a significant impact on extroverted personality and patient rights perception among personality types (regression model results F=6.38 (p<).001), 24.2% explanatory power). Conclusion: This study suggests that education and policy efforts are needed to foster accurate awareness of human rights issues by developing flexible and flexible extracurricular activity programs in the operation of the curriculum to strengthen medical and nursing students' ability to adapt to clinical practice and improve awareness of human rights issues.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of discrimination abuser experiences and discrimination victim experiences on the human rights consciousness of children in community children, In order to understand the role of self-esteem as a mediating role between these two variables, And to find practical and policy implications. For this purpose, we selected 662 elementary school sixth graders who participated in the second panel of the community children's center, the third year (2016), as the sample and used the structural equation model validation method. As a result of this study: First, the experience of discrimination abuser against children in the community children's center has negative effects on self - esteem. Second, the self-esteem of children in the community children's center showed a statistically significant effect on human rights consciousness. Third, the experiences of child discrimination abuse and discrimination of local children's centers showed significant influence on children's consciousness of human rights through self - esteem. In conclusion, we proposed practical use measures to promote positive emotional development and human rights consciousness of children in community children's centers.

장기요양보험제도 시행의 정착에 따른 노인요양서비스 이용 노인 규모가 점차 확대되고 보편화됨에 따라 장기요양서비스 질 제고를 위한 제도적 기반이 마련되는 과정에서 기존의 욕구에 기반을 둔 서비스(need based service) 제공의 원칙으로부터 인권에 기반을 둔 서비스(human rights based service) 제공으로 패러다임 전환이 요구되고 있다. 노인장기요양기관 요양보호사들은 요양시설 인권실천의 최전방에 있는 주체로 이들의 인권옹호행동이 질 높은 서비스 전달의 중요한 요인이 된다는 점에서 주목을 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 노인장기요양기관 요양보호사들의 인권의식이 인권옹호행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 또한 그 과정에서 환경요인인 조직의 효과는 이들의 관계를 어떻게 조절하는지 검증하고자 하였다. 연구대상 기관은 2014년 7월 현재 등록된 전국 장기요양기관(정원 30인 이상) 3,983개소 중 사회복지법인 등 비영리법인이 운영하는 782개 시설을 대상으로 하였다. 노인장기요양기관에서 노인요양보호사들을 대상으로 개인수준에 해당하는 인권의식과 조직의 서비스 환경으로 조직수준의 서비스 지향성이 인권옹호행동에 미치는 효과를 검증하고, 인권의식(개인)과 인권환경(조직)의 상호작용 효과를 통합적으로 검증하였다. 개인수준과 조직수준 효과 검증을 위해 분석방법은 다층모형(multi-level model)을 적용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 개인수준의 인권의식이 인권옹호행동에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고, 조직수준의 서비스 환경에 해당하는 서비스지향성(리더십/태도/인적자원관리/시스템)은 세부 요소에 따라 영향은 다르지만, 인권옹호행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 개인의 인권의식과 조직의 서비스 지향성 상호작용 효과를 살펴본 결과 인권옹호행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나는데, 특히 서비스 지향성구성요소 중 '인적자원관리'는 인권의식과 상호작용을 통해 인권옹호행동에 정(+)적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석을 통해 본 연구에서는 인권옹호행동에 영향을 미치는 개인 요인과 조직 요인에 대한 이해를 제고하고, 노인장기요양기관 인권 증진을 위해 요양보호사와 장기요양보호기관에 어떤 정책적, 실천적 개입을 할 수 있을지에 대한 함의를 도출하였다.

본 연구는 사회복지전공 대학생의 다문화 역량을 파악하고, 다문화 역량에 영향을 미치는 영성지능, 인권태도 요인의 영향력을 구조방정식 모델을 활용하여 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 독립변수로 영성지능을, 종속변수로 다문화 역량을 설정하였으며, 인권태도를 매개변수로 구성하였다. 연구대상은 대구 경북 지역 5개 대학의 사회복지전공 대학생으로 259명의 자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과 다문화 역량에 영성지능과 인권태도가 유의미한 영향을 미침으로써 영성지능과 인권태도의 수준이 높을수록 다문화 역량도 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 영성지능이 인권태도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 영성지능이 높을수록 인권태도의 수준이 높았다. 그리고 다문화 역량에 대한 영성지능의 경로에서 인권태도가 유의미한 매개효과를 가지는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 사회복지전공 대학생이 초월성, 삶의 의미와 목적과 연결성을 내포한 영성지능의 수준을 높게 가질 때 사회복지실천에서 중요시되는 인권적인 관점이 강화되고 다양한 정체성을 가진 이주자들을 원조하는데 요구되는 다문화 역량이 높아질 수 있음을 말해준다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 사회복지 전공대학생이 '다문화 역량 민감성', '영성지능 민감성', '인권태도 민감성' 등의 3가지 '다(多)민감성'을 갖출 필요가 있음을 제안하였다.

Over the past 20 years, labor standards have been widely used in free trade agreements. The U.S., the European Union and China have all aggressively signed free trade agreements with their trading partners, developing different styles on labor standards. According to the study, the implementation of the KOREa-EU FREE trade agreement has been hampered by ongoing disputes over the terms of the FREE trade agreement and the ILO since the korea-EU free trade agreement was signed. Because in order to break this deadlock, relevant scholars have done a lot of research, but mainly focused on the economic and trade field. Therefore, this paper for the first time systematically studies the substantive focus of disputes over FTA and ILO clauses, and carefully analyzes the domestic law amended by South Korea, and provides suggestions and inspirations for China by drawing lessons from the revision model of South Korea's domestic law. This is from a newperspective: the essence of the korea-EU FTA and ILO disputes is the conflict between international law and domestic law, and the conflict between free trade agreements and human rights protection. It holds that the essence of disputes should be sorted out from the perspective of legal principles and human rights protection, and the free trade and human rights protection should be actively coordinated. In order to make China more actively integrate into the international economy, China should adopt a positive attitude to revise and perfect its own laws, so as to realize the purpose of common development of international trade and human rights protection.

The World Association for Sexology (WAS) will adopt a Declaration of Sexual Rights as basic and fundamental human rights August this year in Hong Kong. Two years ago WAS has been developing a Declaration of Sexual Rights in order to further promote sexual health and protect the sexual rights of everyone. Undoubtedly sexuality is one of the most intriguing subjects in the area of human behavior and psychology, and has been so since antiquity. The influence of sexual factors of human on all aspects of the society has been immense. The varieties of marriage, from traditional to the open marriage model are presented in front of our sight. The influences of women's movement in Korea, which has produced sexual, psychological, economic, political, familial and social changes look so small and the changes are not that much in America. But the profound effects of the women's movement affect on Korean society being realized as man's view of woman and woman's view of herself undergo constant change and reevaluation. With increased sexual awareness on the part of the public owing to mass media, for example AH-U-SEONG aired in TV and with increased emphasis on sexual matters in daily life, more and more physicians are being asked to deal with and manage sex-related problems in their daily practice. Yet, despite the obvious need for informed sexual counseling, doctors are often uncomfortable about sexual matters and many physicians have no special expertise in this area. So physicians concerned in sexology especially such as gynecologists, urologists, psychiatrists and endocrinologists must realize well about sex-related knowledge which is needed for counseling the patient as medical consumer and gap between reality and ideality in sexual diagnosis and treatment. Establishment of management system for the people who have sexual problems is strongly needed to promote sexual health and protect the sexual rights of everyone and for the Sexual Rights as basic and fundamental human rights.
