이 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 인권침해경험과 자아존중감 간의 관계에서 희망과 그릿의 매개효과를 분석하는데 목적을 두었다. 자료는 설문조사를 통하여 수집하였고, 자료수집을 위해 한국의 2개 대학을 선정하였다. 자료는 SPSS PC+ 및 SPSS PROCESS macro를 활용하여 분석하였고, 자료분석을 위하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석 및 매개효과분석이 적용되었다. 매개효과를 검증하기 위하여 Bootstrap방법이 활용되었다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인권침해경험은 희망, 그릿, 자아존중감과 부적 상관관계가 있었다. 그러나 희망, 그릿, 자아존중감은 서로 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 희망과 그릿은 인권침해경험과 자아존중감과의 관계에서 매개역할을 하였다. 인권침해경험을 한 대학생들의 자아존중감을 높이기 위해 희망과 그릿을 활용하여 높일 수 있는 방안을 논의하였다.

Purpose: A new form of sports human rights platform is needed for policy-related officials, athletes, leaders, and parents to easily share information on sports human rights and to promote communication between the sports community and the outside. Research design, data, and methodology: Participants were collected from athletes (n=3,007) who were registered in Korean Sport & Olympic Committee. Participants were asked to respond the survey items measuring their experiences of human right violations in sport. Descriptive analysis, t-test, and ANOVA were used to analyze data. Results: The platform should include information on prevention and safety of human rights violations during sports activities, procedures and methods for reporting damage, countermeasures, leader education programs, human rights protection guidelines, roles and supervision of sports organizations and institutions, and related statues. It can form a community as well as exchange information in the Internet space through the operation of bulletin boards by professional athletes, student athletes, parents, and leaders, and plays a role in crisis counseling or information provision. Given the reality that players can be blocked from the outside world, information communication channels on SNS can be a useful means of protecting and improving players' human rights. Conclusions: Therefore, it is necessary to provide a foundation for creating related platforms so that sports human rights sites or SNS can be operated voluntarily. Implications and future directions were discussed.

본 연구는 청소년들의 스마트폰 사용이 증가됨에 따라 사이버폭력을 예방하기 위한 대안을 모색하기 위하여 청소년의 학교폭력 경험과 사이버폭력의 관계에서 인권감수성과 또래동조성의 다중매개효과를 검증하는데 연구 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 부산 시내에 소재한 교육청 별로 중학교 4곳을 선정하여 중학생 908명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교폭력 경험은 사이버폭력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학교폭력 중 가해경험과 방관경험은 인권 감수성에 영향을 미쳤으나 피해경험은 인권감수성에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 학교폭력경험 중 피해경험과 가해경험은 또래동조성에 영향을 미쳤으나 방관경험은 또래동조성에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 넷째, 인권감수성은 사이버폭력에 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 또래동조성은 사이버폭력에 영향을 미쳤다. 여섯째, 인권감수성은 또래동조성에 영향을 미쳤다. 일곱째, 인권감수성 중 방관경험은 방관경험과 사이버폭력을 매개하는 것으로 나타났으나, 피해경험과 가해경험은 인권감수성과 사이버폭력에서 매개효과가 발생하지 않았다. 여덟째, 또래동조성은 피해경험, 가해경험 모두 사이버폭력을 매개하는 것으로 나타났으나 방관경험과 사이버폭력 사이에서는 매개효과 없는 것으로 나타났다. 아홉째, 인권감수성과 또래조성은 방관경험과 사이버폭력 관계를 순차적으로 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 인권감수성과 또래조성은 피해경험과 가해경험 사이에서 사이버폭력을 순차적으로 매개하지 않았다. 본 연구의 시사점은 청소년의 학교폭력 피해경험, 가해경험, 방관경험이 사이버폭력에 미치는 효과와 인권감수성과 또래동조성의 다중매개효과를 검증하여 청소년의 학교폭력 경험이 사이버폭력에 미치는 영향에서 피해경험, 가해경험, 방관경험을 가진 청소년이 사이버폭력의 중복경험을 하지 않기 위한 사회복지 역할을 모색하고, 사이버폭력 예방을 위한 실천적, 정책적 방안을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다.

The increase in frequency and scale of natural disasters is the typical negative examples of the global climate change and the change of the human living environment. The damage caused by natural disasters in particular including human and physical damage is directly linked to the safety and properties of citizens. Besides, damage occurs directly or indirectly to the SOC facility, and the damaged SOC facility violates the citizens' safety rights. Therefore, a plan to provide prompt and effective risk map information by linking a 3D disaster information display system, which handles the information of the damage that may occur to SOC facilities at the time of disasters, with an on-site assistance application is suggested in this study. The prompt provision of risk map information is defined as a dynamic expression technology in this study. It also processes and compresses the system to display disaster information, a spreading system that can utilize on-site information, and a module developed to organically link with the DB system that builds information and relationships. Based on the module, the effective disaster information compression plan will be prepared, and the prompt information transmission system will be secured.

창작자의 동의 없이 무단으로 대체 불가능 토큰(non-fungible token, NFT)을 생성하여 판매하는 행위는 NFT Marketplace에서 발생하고 있는 가장 큰 문제 중 하나이다. 본 연구는 소셜 미디어 계정을 활용한 인증 방법으로 창작자의 동의 없는 NFT 판매 문제를 실용적으로 줄일 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법을 통해 창작 활동에 대한 소통과 마케팅 수단으로 소셜 미디어를 이미 활용하고 있는 창작자는 본인 계정으로 인증을 할 수 있다. 본인 계정으로 인증이 힘든 창작자에게는 인적 네트워크를 활용하여 인증할 수 있는 대안을 제공한다. 또한, 제안된 창작자 권리 보호 방법은 소셜 미디어에서 제공하는 공개 API(Application Programming Interface)만을 활용하여 개발 가능하도록 알고리즘을 플로우 챠트를 활용하여 설계하였다. 제안된 방법을 통해 구매자들이 소셜 미디어를 통해 인증된 판매자의 NFT를 거래하도록 유도함으로써 창작자의 권리를 보호하고, NFT 사기로 인한 피해를 줄일 수 있다.

Nowadays, ethical consumers are increasing and they consider social values such as worker's human rights, environment and animal's welfare as key criteria in purchasing products. This study focused on the academic and practical research of ethical consumption, in which the needs and interests are now growing globally. This study addressed the concept, trend and practices of ethical consumption as well as seeking methods to support and promote ethical consumption. It examined the concept and types of ethical consumption from the perspective of the philosophy on ethical consumption. Ethical consumption was defined as a behavior that intended to improve the environment and the welfare of people and animals by purchasing products produced according to sound ethical principles and avoiding products that are made through the exploitation or the damage of people, animals and the environment. It also dealt with the practices of ethical consumption such as the fair trade movement, Clean Clothes Campaign, boycott, local food movement, animal's welfare movement. In conclusion, I suggested that consumers, companies, governments, and NGOs should make an effort to promote ethical consumption.

우리나라에서 표적살인(Targeted Killing)은 많이 논의되지 않았지만 군사과학기술의 발전과 더불어 대(代)테러전쟁에서 핵심전략으로 떠올랐다. 표적살인 전략의 핵심요소인 무인항공기(UAV)는 조종사가 탑승하지 않은 채 원격조종으로 특정목표를 미사일로 공격할 수 있다. 이 전략은 국방예산의 절감하는 방안이면서 총력전에서 적의 수장을 제거하여 심리전에서 우위를 차지하기 위한 방안으로 주목을 받고 있다. 이에 우리나라도 한반도의 평화를 지키기 위한 전략으로서 도입을 고려할 필요가 있다. 그러나 무인항공기를 사용한 표적살인 전략은 전쟁행위인지 아니면 살인행위인지에 대한 크나큰 논란이 있다. 공격 대상인 테러리스트 등은 자신들이 공격대상이라는 사실을 알지도 못한 채 죽임을 당하기 때문에 미국 시민단체 등을 중심으로 생명의 윤리성에 대하여 문제의 제기를 하고 있다. 또한 미사일 공격으로 무고한 시민이 사망할 수 있다는 것과 자국군에 대한 오발을 행할 수도 있다는 점, 조종사가 심리적으로 겪을 수 있는 전투 스트레스 등이 주요 문제이다. 그래서 이러한 우려를 불식시키기 위해 투명성과 정당성의 확보가 필요하다. 나아가 무인항공기 표적살인 가이드라인을 제정하여 전략의 엄중한 실행과 남용을 막고 국민의 신뢰를 확보할 필요가 있다. 이러한 가이드라인에서는 미국과 같이 대통령이 단독으로 전략의 실행을 결정하는 것이 아니라 국회의 동의를 받아 실행하게 된다면 국민의 신뢰를 얻을 수 있을 것이라고 생각한다.

본 논문은 이 세상에 존재하는 어떤 종류의 보안시스템도 시스템 접근권한을 가진 전산 담당자의 시스템 침해 행위를 막아내기란 어려운 일이라는 점을 되새기고, 전산 담당자의 침해 행위 사례와 그로인한 피해의 정도 등 심각성을 재조명하고, 나아가 기술적 보안조치의 한계선상에 있는 전산 담당자의 권한 관리와 기술적 조치를 넘어 인적관리를 통한 침해예방 방안에 대해 나름의 대안을 찾아 보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to explore an implied meaning of family ethics consciousness from the interpretation of early marriage discourse during the enlightenment period of Korea. For the analysis, the estimated time frame of the enlightenment period wile be from 1860 to 1910 that was the time when the Japanese annexed Korea. The discourse of newspapers, Shinsoseols and magazines which are the text of the study have been analysed with the qualitative research technique. The major findings were as follows: 1. The intellects stated that the traditional practice of early marriage should be abolished, and should be replaced by a marriage that the groom and the bride dually agree upon. This argument meant that marriage was not an event for the parents or the family, but a life event for the couples themselves. 2. The practice of early marriage was criticized as it was one of the main reason of making marital relationship miserable. Also it was stated that the children could not follow the role of husband and wife. The importance of marital relationship was emphasized with the recognition that the marital relationship was the basic relationship within family and society. 3. The discourse, criticizing the parents'behavior that enforced the early marriage of children, stated that the children should not be the possession of parents but the public being of society. 4. The discourse also stated that the society and the parents should recognize their children as the human being to be protected from the early marriage which would result in physical damage of their children. Also the discourse asserted the rights of the children including their rights of education. The childhood were being formed in these discourses.

자연재해의 발생빈도 증가와 대규모화는 전 세계적 기후변화와 도심 및 인간 생활환경의 변화로 인해 발생하는 대표적인 부정적 사례라고 할 수 있다. 특히 자연재해에 의해서 일어나는 피해는 인적, 물적 등 시민의 안전 및 재산과 직결된다. 그뿐만 아니라, 그 피해는 SOC 시설물에도 직 간접적으로 발생한다. SOC 시설물의 경우 재난 발생에 의한 손상 시에 시민의 안전에 대한 권리 침해 등을 초래한다. 따라서 본 연구는 재난 발생 시에 일어날 수 있는 교량, 보, 댐 등의 SOC 시설물에 대한 피해 정보를 다루고 있는 3D 재해정보 표출시스템과 현장지원 어플리케이션간의 신속하고 효과적인 Risk Map 정보 제공 방안을 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 신속한 Risk Map 정보 제공을 동적 표현 기술이라고 정의하고, 이를 재난정보를 표출하는 시스템과 정보를 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 확산시스템, 또한 이러한 관계 정보를 구축하고 있는 DB 시스템과 유기적으로 연동할 수 있도록 모듈을 개발한다. 해당 모듈에서는 재난 정보를 가공 및 압축하여 효율적으로 정보를 제공 가능할 수 있도록 하였다. 이를 기반으로 효율적인 재난 정보 압축방안을 마련하며, 향후 신속한 정보 송 수신 체계를 확보할 수 있다.
