The purpose of this paper was to discern the nature of socially acceptable corporal punishment through legal analysis. To do this, the researcher attempted to clarify the concept of corporal punishment, to figure out the current legal position about corporal punishment, and to examine the court cases against corporal punishment. The results of the study were as follows: Firstly, corporal punishment is intentional physical or emotional aversive stimuli to students who violated the rules and norms, to reduce or fix specific undesirable behaviors, by the person who is in charge of discipline of students. Secondly, current regulations do not accept corporal punishment in principle. Thirdly, court cases did not admit the corporal punishment in principle, but did not charge legal liability if the corporal punishment was done in proper manner in view of education. However, the judicial precedents are getting more strict focusing on the human rights of students.

Numbers of successful companies in the world develop The core values of action in order to produce effective human resource management and organization culture. Core values are belief, and values that are shared by all members to maintain organization. Also, The core values function as to inspire motivation and decision making for organization's identity and assist to settle their own unique culture. Therefore, this study is to figure out the effect of core values to the members of organization and management performance from small and medium company that is comparatively less focused to settle their own core values.

Self-leveling mortar is walkable bottom mortar which can maintain the horizontality of self fluid and have the the quick-setting quality, the low-human-effort practicable material of high-quality bottom in construction. In accordance with more adhesive strength with bottom side and absorption control, Primer is used for purpose to prevent pin-hole occurrence by self leveling mortar application prior to construction. This study is composed measurement of absorption, adhesive strength. Used material is NP-40 as nonionic emulsifying agent, uses SA-210L as negative ion emulsifying agent, uses APS, SBS as ridical initiator. A result of test, in accordance with image of Primer, as low temperature and application frequency, indicates low absorption rate and adhesive strength, as solid powder and dryness time is increse, absorption rate and adhesive strength lowly shows figure.

This paper studies in terms of nonverbal communication the roles of Gut-clothinbgs used in Jin-Do Sit-gim Gut are classified as follows: 1) The message communicated through the ordinary clothings of a shaman is that he or she is waiting to serve as a presider of a Gut ceremony actiong as a mediator between the spirtual and the human world. 2) The shaman clothings representing many kinds of spirits are visualized figures which are closely related to the common wishes of most people in society e. g. physical and material well-being longevity fertility. 3) The clothings serve as a body figure in the Gut are classified into 5 groups. (1) Laid-on clothings give the message that the body is standing still. (2) Wrapped clothings serve as an incarnated body of the dead. (3) Spread clothings represent a lying body. (4) Oscillated clothings are the symbols of a spirit which moves from this world to another. (5) Burned clothings mean that the spirit has attained a complete seperation from this world.

The present paper deals with extraction of figures and characters from their background using the knowledge of color. At each pixel of the image on the CRT sent from a video camera, RGB values are transformed into the values in another color system, HSI, where "H" denotes hue;"S" denotes saturation;"I" denotes intensity. Representing color in HSI color space is advantageous, since a human feels color mainly in hue with the aid of brightness and purity. Comparing HSI data thus obtained with the masked original image detects noise-free edges included in the orginal image. Then setting a set of HSI thresholds and changing it identifies the portion of image of the same color. This color information is used in recongnizing characters and figures as an auxiliary system of a hierachical figure categorization method for characters and figures recognition.cters and figures recognition.

As important factors determining human sensorial comfort, liquid moisture management and surface properties of heat resistant workwear materials were examined. To figure out liquid moisture management properties of the test materials, absorption capacity, rate of absorption, and evaporation properties were assessed. A modified GATS(Gravimetric Absorbency Testing System) was used to measure the liquid moisture accumulation associated with the wicking of liquid moisture from sweating skin. The GATS procedure measures demand wettability of materials to take up liquid in a direction perpendicular to the fabric surface and it was modified to incorporate a special test cell and cover to assess absorption behavior in the presence of evaporation. Fabric stiffness, smoothness, number and the length of surface fibers, and an estimate of the contact area between the skin and fabric surface were measured to characterize the mechanical and surface properties of the test materials. Also an estimate of the force with which a fabric clings to moist skin was made using as wet-cling index.

Multimedia boom has happened worldwide these days. In multimedia, we use several kinds of media such as character, figure, voice, music, still images, moving picture etc.. Then I think image including moving picture is the most effective and important media for human being. Creating digital images using a computer has the following two main approaches, depending on how the computer is used. 1. CG Technology. Created images, produced through computer graphics. 2. Digital Image Processing. Images processed through digital image processing technologies. Approach (1) is very popular as Computer Graphics. Two-dimensional and three-dimensional computer graphics techniques are used over wide applications today. On the other hand, Approach (2), which uses digital image processing technology, has been attracting attention lately, in the filed of movies and television. In this report, I will introduce these approaches of CG and digital image processing, and show some application fields such as current movies.

The study of 3D image reconstruction re has developed along the progress of computer. Therfore Great deal of research on it have been done. 3D medical image reconstruction techniques are useful to figure out human's complex 3D structures from the set of 2D section. But 3D medical image reconstruction require a lot of calculation, it takes long time and expensive system. That gives a reason to the improvement of study on speed. In this paper. applying the interpolation to only the part which can appear as cube, I come up with a method that calculates the speed by reducing the a mount of calculation.

Transportation routes by land like a human being blood vessel should exist for economic and trade exchange in Northeast Asia. Thinking from this point of view. I believe that TSR(Trans Siberian Railroad) and TCR(Trans Chinese Railroad). which will be connected with I would like to talk about .not only the effects of various international railroads and their connections but also economic activation TKR(Trans Korean Railroad). can play important roles. In this study, and effects in Northeast Asia which will be resulted from various international railroads construction. I tried to figure out comparative superiority and comparative advantage of the trade structure and industries in South and North Korea to find out the possibility of economic unification in East Asia. especial1y in Northeast Asia. This study also includes the effort to find out how trade exchange between South and North Korea can be expanded as a result of being a member of East Asia economic zone.

The advent of new media resulted in the revolutionary change of human way of life, which have big influence on the society and new culture other than that of the past appeared. This study aims preparing indicators of digital display space which meets with paradigm of the new age by studying characteristics of expression of new media in digital display space. his study searched for their meaning and possibilities by analyzing their characteristics of expression through cases of digital display space at homeand overseas since 1990s with key words of characteristics of expression of new media. Characteristics of expression in modern digital display space are characterized by immateriality, interrelated actions, nature of non-rectilineal figure, space is immaterial and abstract by new media, and new aesthetics completed by expression of images. Accordingly, we expect that this study will be the medium of development of digital display space which is developed more and communicated mutually by rapidly understanding changes of digital display space in the future.
