주거빈곤이 아동발달에 여향을 미치는 과정 분석 (Process Analysis of Housing Poverty Influences on Child Development)

  • 본 연구는 한국복지패널(1차년도)을 활용하여 주거빈곤이 아동의 신체건강, 내재화문제, 학업성취에 미치는 영향과 그 과정을 밝히고자 하였다. 분석결과 최저기준미달주거와 주거비 비중은 주거불안정과 모(부)불건강, 아동의 비학업활동은 증가시키고, 비주거지출은 감소시켜 아동의 내재화문제와 학업성취에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 소득빈곤, 지역빈곤과 가구특성을 통제한 상태에서 나타난 결과였다. 본 연구를 통해 주거빈곤에 대한 이론적 모델을 발전시키고, 주거 빈곤 정책의 중요성을 환기시킬 수 있었다.

노인가구의 주거현황 DB 요소의 유형화에 관한 기초연구 (A Study on the Housing DB Construction of the Elderly Household)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate housing DB construction for elderly people. Document research and content analysis methods were used in this study. The major results of this study are as follows. The number of elderly household is increasing very rapidly. In particular, they consist of a single person or a couple. These households prefer to live and age in a detached house. However, the social welfare system does not satisfy their needs. Therefore a systematic social support or welfare system is required to reflect their needs. For example, related works of housing welfare need to be prepared so that their data base system correctly reflects the socio-demographic characteristics and living conditions of the elderly.

프랑스의 대형 주거단지 '그랑 앙상블'의 실패와 그 재생수법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Failure of Grands Ensembles of France and on the Methods of Renovation)

  • The grands ensembles, or large-scale high-rise housing projects, are widely regarded as notorious products of postwar French government policy in the area of housing and urban planning. There was a general consensus that the grands ensembles had been a 'failure'. They were perceived as the source of all the ills of the contemporary city, as responsible for a social breakdown stemming from lack of infrastructure, geographical isolation, and monotonous environments. French government embarked on a broad renovation effort in light of the deteriorated condition of grands ensembles in the 1980s, which has been approved as generally 'successful'. This study focusing on French cases allowed me to demonstrate that following qualifications are critically important for successful housing projects: urban contextual continuity, socially mixed community, authentic planning for achieving sense of place, relationship between collective and individual expression, et cetera.

공동주택에서의 실내조경 도입을 위한 거주자 의식 조사 연구 (A Study on the User's Opinion of Introducing Interior Landscape into Apartment Housing)

  • This study begins to make inquires about user's opinion of introducing Interior Landscape into Apartment Housing to grip the problems of contemporary Interior Landscape and suggest the fundamental data to improve it. The city-ward drifting of population drawn from industrial development and aggravation of living condition bring about exclusion of nature and lack of green space. Furthermore, it increases the length of stay of urban liver in indoor space. Thus, dwellers' desire to Interior Landscape increase but housing can't follow it. The purpose of this study is to understand characteristics of Interior Landscape, derive essential factors, study plans, establish radical data, and suggest better plans including Interior Landscape through making inquires about user's opinion.

  • The increasing population of the elderly is a serious problem in our communities, and a large supply of an apartment house are to accelerate rise of elderly population in apartment house massed areas. The living Pattern of the aged is different from other generations. Accordingly, the living arrangements are induces many problems in the housing life of elderly, sometimes it lower in quality of life. The purpose of this study was to search for the actual family life and needs of the elderly in apartment house. And it was to seize discrepancy between three-generation family and elderly living alone. Also by a user of housing for the elderly, it was to search for an acknowledged and an preference degree about that.

이스라엘 공동주택의 관리실태에 관한 연구 - 예루살렘과 하이파의 거주자 관리인을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Actual Condition of Management about the Apartment Houses in Israel)

  • This study is intended to analyze the condition of management about the apartment houses in Israel. The subjects of the study were 32 house-committees who live in Jerusalem and Haifa, and who were interviewed by structured questionnaire from the 1st of April through the 30th of May 1997. The statistical methods used for the study were: frequency, percentage, mean, t-test and ANOVA by the SPSS for MS Windows Release 6.0 program. The main results of this study are as follows: 1) The most house-committee members were elected by the residents who attend the annual meeting. 2) The period of management of the committee was average of 4.1 years. 3) The tasks of the committee were to collect the management fee and make the contracts for cleaning and gardening for buildings. 4) The opinion about having the professional managers was negative. 5) The major issues of the committee were being supported by either the local authority or the other organizations which are related to housing management.

농촌 고령자의 안전위협에 관한 주거실태 조사연구 (A Research on the Housing Safety Threat Condition of the Elderly in Rural Area)

  • This research intends to discover the housing conditions of the elderly in rural area in South Korea, and identify measures to improve the conditions for an independent and safe life of seniors. This research conducted both survey research and experimental study. The survey interviewed 1,000 elderly people over 65 in farming areas across the country based on random selection from Census 2010 and sampling by regional size and administrative unit (Eup, Myeon, Li) to reflect the regional characteristics more accurately. The data was analyzed using SPSS 18.0 program. The experimental study identified the housing elements that may threaten the life of seniors based on a complete survey on households of elderly people over 65 in a selected typical rural village. As a result, the most inconvenient and threatening factor in the housing facilities appears to be the floor level difference. It was identified that most houses had the risk of falling due to the differences of the floor level between indoor and outdoor, and slippery floor materials. The squat toilets also bring inconvenience not only to the seniors with limited mobility but also to healthy elderly people. In particular, as most bathroom doors opened inward, it may be difficult to escape from or rescue someone in an emergency of falling, fainting or exhaustion.

공동주택 공종별 수선시기 설정 연구 (A Study on the Repair Time of the Construction Type in the Apartment Housings)

  • Apartment is settled down as a main housing type and massive supply has been conducted since 1990's. The government has focused on the housing supply to improve the housing number and cut its price. On the contrary, the management of the housing has been neglected to get an early deterioration. Since 1995's, various ways have been made to improve and maintain the building function and performance. Among these, the long-term repair plan has played a main role to manage the housing condition and plan the repair schedule for preparing the massive cost of repair such as a roof proof, elevator change. The long-tern repair plan provides the repair time and repair rate according to various construction types. Most of the management agent apply the repair standard into the field area. But the repair time could not reflect the present condition and bring into the wrong maintenance. Therefore, the repair time for the long-term maintenance plan would be revised and reflected from the material and technology development. |n this study, it aimed at improvement for the repair time in various construction types which are provided in the long-term repair plan. For this, the 22 management agents are surveyed directly. This study shows that the repair time of the painting are correspondent to the repair time of the long-term plan irregardless of the painting materials. Most of other areas would correspondently similar to the long-term plan. This study could not include the building location, material and other haracteristics. Therefore, the further study would be needed to reflect the building and materials attributes to get the detailed repair time.

농촌지역 노후주택의 실내공기환경 실태분석 연구 (An Analysis on the Actual Condition of Indoor Air Quality in Rural House)

  • The ratio of the deterioration housing in rural area was 29.6%, but it was 18.3% in urban area based on a 2018 survey. In consideration of the point, this study aims to analyze the actual condition of indoor air quality in rural houses to provide basic data for improving the indoor air environment. It was investigated 15housings of Hongseong-gun, Chungchengnam-do. To investigate the correlation between indoor air quality and housing type, both the field survey of housing type and precision diagnosis of concentration of indoor air pollutants such as HCHO, TVOC, Fine dust(PM-10, PM-2.5), CO2, Radon. The results of this study are as follows. First, according to the average value of each element of rural old housing, the construction year was distributed in 1939~2004, and 12households(80%) living in houses older than 30years have passed for about 46years. As for the housing area, more than 12houses(80%) of 60㎡ or more and 3 houses (20%) of less than 60㎡ were often living in relatively small-scale housing. Second, as a result of measuring indoor air pollutants in rural houses, substances exceeding the standard values were found in HCHO, TVOC, CO2. Third, in the case of Fine dust and Radon, none of such factors were exceeded the standard. Fourth, there was no significant difference in indoor air quality depending on housing type in rural houses. This paper is expected to contribute to the regional development projects and effective implementation of rural policies.

영구임대주택 입주자의 관리비 및 임대료 체납 실태와 의식 (Issues and Perception on Management Fee and Rental Payment Overdue of Permanent Rental Housing Residents)

  • Permanent rental housing, the construction of which was strongly financed by the central government, is regarded as a social housing for those who fall within the lowest income bracket. Differing from "public rental housing", offered to tenants for sale after a five year rental period, this type of housing is intended for rental use on a long-tenn basis. At present, about 190,000 permanent rental housing units exist in Korea. According to a statistics, 15.6% of its residents did not pay their management fee and rental payment in 4 or more months in 2005, which places stress on the housing management. Based on the "eviction condition" stipulated in the tenancy agreement for permanent rental housing, a householder owning assets or a vehicle which is not used as his means of living, who is overdue with his management fee and rental payment for a long time, may be evicted from the house. However, there are many conflicts and problems between administrators/housing managers and residents in the process of enforcing this regulation. The purpose of this study is to explore the key issues associated with the present situation and the reasons why so many management fee and rental payment for permanent rental housing are overdue. For the purpose of research, data were collected from 10,990 permanent rental housing residents nationwide via a questionnaire survey in February 2007. One third of the respondents had an experience of more than 2 months overdue since they have moved in current residence. For further analysis, the respondents were divided into three groups, based on their working ability. The major finding showed that the group of respondents who have working ability required a more practical plan, such as employment, to have a sustainable life, while the other group of no labor force indicated a need for more housing allowance from the government. To suggest more specific alternatives for the subject of housing payment overdue, further comparison study should be performed between the residents of permanent rental housing and other low income tenants in private housing sector.
