최소주거기준에 대한 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on the Housing Standard)

  • The purpose of the study is to establish the concept of residential standard, and at the same time to investigate the area of the minimum residential standard in the countries of the world through the preceding studies. In addition, it also aims at establishing the objective residential standard by comparing the residential standard of Korea with that of foreign countries, examining the problems and finding out the matters to be improved through the comparison of the residential standard in advanced countries with the minimum residential standard of Korea. The standard residential area, derived from the process of examining the minimum residential standard, will be used as the basic material for the calculation of the reasonable area in the surface plan for the study of low-cost housing development. The method of the study is to establish the concept of residential standard and at the same time to find out the problems in the minimum residential standard of Korea and improvement methods through the comparison of the residential standards in other countries. As the result of the studies focused on the area among the residential standards, it is found out that the Korea's residential area per capita is established as the least in comparison with that of advanced countries. The real area decided depending on the size of social space suitable for living can play a role in improving the degree of satisfaction in the person's living in the residential area. Therefore, it is urgently necessary to make a depth study on the surface area of the minimum residential standard, and it is also required to propose the residential standard and directions for the improvement of the qualitative level rather the quantitative expansion of residential structures.

  • 정보사회속에 살아가는 무주택서민들의 주거안정을 보장하기 위하여 탄생한 주택임대차보호법은 1981년 3월 5일 법률 제3379호로 민법의 특별법으로 제정되어 2015년 1월 6일까지 15차례의 개정이 있었다. 그동안 수차례에 걸쳐 법률개정으로 인하여 많은 문제점들이 해소된 경우도 있었지만, 입법 당시에 충분한 검토가 없이 졸속으로 처리된 까닭에 시행 후 여러 가지 문제점이 노출되었던 것이 사실이다. 그 중에서 1983년 제1차 개정 시 임차권의 승계규정 제9조를 신설하였던 입법취지는 상속권이 없는 사실혼관계의 배우자에게 승계권을 인정함으로써 사실혼관계 자체를 보호하고, 다른 한편으로는 사실혼관계에 있는 배우자의 주거생활안정을 보호하고자 하였으나, 이에 대해 해석상 여러 가지 의문이 제기되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 임차권 승계에 대한 문제점을 세밀하게 분석하고, 국민들의 주거생활 안정에 기여하고자 그에 대한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • This study focus on the suggestion of application manual using assembling reference plane design & standard finish material basis upon material classification code. We see it will function as a tool of a linkage between building design and construction standarization in order to enlarge the applicability of house building material that is produced by the module plan. For a estabilishing of this condition, it is neccessary to link the standardization's result of material--design--construction field. According to this neccessity, we are going to suggest information factor that can make relative business manager easily approach to the standardization practical task.

확률 기반 설계법을 위한 코드 변환과 시스템 신뢰도에 대한 고찰 (The study on the system reliability and code conversion for the probability based design)

  • Because PBD was started as a design tool for steel construction and concrete construction, it was able to applied to the post and beam method of wooden building constructions. But, it may not suitable to light frame wooden construction that is becoming popular in domestic construction market due to the economical efficiency and the constructive simplification. Owing to the share effects between member and sheathing material or among structural members, light frame wooden construction is different from post and beam construction that use a single structural member. Therefore, consideration on the system analysis and system design are urgently needed to use in actual life and inspect the reliability of structures from the system view. With this in mind, code conversion from ASD to PBD that is pressing issue in domestic wooden building construction was studied, also various countries status about PBD were considered and then approaching methods on the system reliability were referred. Finally, several considerations for the development of PBD were explored. PBD should be considered as, not only a new structural design process that select sizes of structural member, but a industrial tool that can lead a development of more reliable wood products. A strongest point of PBD is independent of various construction materials and construction types.

원자로 노내계측기 안내관의 배열을 위한 간섭검증 (Interference Check for Reactor In-Core Instrumentation Guide Tube Routing)

  • In this study, methodologies for checking the interference between in-core instrumentation (ICI) guide tubes for routing of ICI guide tubes in the reactor coolant system of typical Pressurized Water Reactor under cold and normal operation (NOP) conditions are presented. The closest points of ICI guide tubes under cold condition are calculated by using minimize technique and are used as data for NOP analysis. Movements of ICI guide tubes under NOP condition are performed by the commercial computer code, SUPERPIPE.

  • In this era of ubiquitous service, a computing device has functions similar with human beings. It influences all major fields of human life, such as clothing, dieting and housing. In order to use the coordination functions of the magic mirror, which might be a basic part of clothing in the era of ubiquitous service, this study concentrates on product information that should be inputted in RFID chip in detail in order to exercise virtual fashion coordination. Information should be inputted in RFID chip to use magic mirror for fashion coordination, a direction for doing this was also suggested. After coding the suggested clothing items, virtual fashion coordination was implemented as a fashion illustration. This study is as following, First, sorts standard code for suitable coordination in 4 images and presented to a proof. Code denoted by 10 characters. Each code literal special quality marks by two characters and divided by season, image, fabric, item, rotor, five items. Item middle of characters of 10 code, when agree on article more than 8, coordination is enabled. Secondely, It is presented by coordination to dressing action picture by suitable coordination classified apart in whole occasions, and coordination method by wearer inclination is remembered wearer's dressing action picture to Magic mirror including layered look. Thirdly, wardrobe of Magic mirror clothes that always buy newly in magic mirror, is washing and clothes that do not take to wardrobe did to be controlled. Fourth, Wealth and schedule is suggested firster than wearer's dressing action.

딥러닝 기법을 활용한 산업/직업 자동코딩 시스템 (An Automated Industry and Occupation Coding System using Deep Learning)

  • 본 산업/직업 자동코딩 시스템은 조사 대상자들이 응답한 방대한 양의 산업/직업을 설명하는 자연어 데이터에 통계 분류 코드를 자동으로 부여하는 시스템이다. 본 연구는 기존의 정보검색 기반의 산업/직업 자동코딩시스템과 다르게 딥러닝을 이용하여 색인 DB가 필요하지 않고 분류 수준에 상관없이 코드를 부여할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 또한, 자연어 처리에 특화된 딥러닝 기법인 KoBERT를 적용한 제안 모델은 인구주택총조사 산업/직업 코드 분류, 그리고 사업체기초조사 산업 코드 분류에서 각각 95.65%, 91.45%, 97.66%의 Top 10 정확도를 보인다. 제안한 모델 실험 후 향후 개선 가능성을 데이터/모델링 관점으로 분석한다.

주택임대차보호법상 임차인의 대항력에 관한 개선 방안 (Improvements about the Opposing Power of Tenant on the Housing Lease Protection Act)

  • 우리나라 주택임대차보호법은 민법의 특별법으로 국민의 주거생활의 안정을 보장하기 위하여 1981년 3월 5일 법률 제3379호로 제정된 이후 지금까지 15차례의 개정을 통하여 유래를 찾아볼 수 없을 정도로 무주택영세민의 권익보호에 앞장서 왔다. 그러나 급히 서둘러 만든 입법이어서 법조문 제3조 제1항 "주택임차인이 임차주택을 인도받고 주민등록까지 마치면 그 다음날부터 그 주택의 소유자가 제3자로 변경되더라도 그 제3자에 대하여 임차권을 가지고서 대항할 수 있다"는 대항력 부분에 있어서 시행 당초부터 무주택영세민의 보호취지에 역행한다는 문제점이 노출되었던 것이 사실이다. 또한 이 조항이 오히려 사회적 약자들의 주거문제를 더욱 심각하게 만들었고, 국가는 이에 대한 대책이나 보호방법을 현실에 맞추어 개정하지 못한 이유로 지금까지 다양한 문제들이 제기되어 주택임대차와 관련된 분쟁들이 많이 발생되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 임차인의 주거안정을 위하여 주택임대차보호법의 대항력에 대한 문제점을 도출하고, 외국입법례를 통하여 주택임차인들에게 현실적으로 주거안정에 기여할 수 있는 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

완화된 배근 상세를 갖는 병렬전단벽 구조시스템의 내진성능평가 (Seismic Performance of Coupled Shear Wall Structural System with Relaxed Reinforcement Details)

  • KBC2009에 의하면 특수전단벽과 연결되는 폭이 좁고 춤이 높은 연결보는 대각선 다발철근 보강을 실시해야 한다. 그러나 대각선 다발 철근의 사용은 시공성과 경제성에 부정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 4개의 서로 다른 상세를 갖는 연결보를 대상으로 주기하중 재하 실험을 실시하여 각각의 성능을 평가하였다. 또한 그 실험결과를 바탕으로 하여 특수전단벽과 연결보로 이루어진 병렬전단벽 구조시스템을 구성하여 FEMA P695에 따른 방법론으로 내진성능평가를 실시하였다.

렌지후드의 성능개선을 위한 시로코 펜 주위의 유동해석 (PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT OF A RANGE HOOD SIROCCO FAN BY CFD FLOW ANALYSIS)

  • This study is to investigate the air flow around a sirocco fan which is used in a range hood. The main object of the study is to improve the flow rate of the fan by analysis of unsteady 3-dimensional incompressible flow. Overall analysis is carried out using CFD method. For this, we used a commercial code, SC/Tetra, and used a sliding mesh method to give the same condition as an actual state. First, verification of the CFD results is done by comparing the experimental data with the numerical data for the suction flow rate. It is confirmed that two results are well consistent. Then for the improvent of flow rate, the effect of shape factors such as diameter ratio of fan, geometry of case, cut-off aperture and guide angle of case exit on the suction flow rate was considered. Especially, for a new design of housing, the principle of Archimedes spiral was used. The overall analysis was applied to a new design of housing, and the result showed an increase of flow rate by 10.7%.
