자동차용 알터네이터 하우징의 성형해석 및 금형설계 (Analysis and Design of Alternator Housing for Automobile)

  • The die casting process was used to manufacture a alternator housing for automobile. Specially automobile parts were required light and hight strength. Therefore simulation have been carried out die casting process of the alternator housing. In this paper, we investigated about characteristics of the die casted alternator housing the HPDC(High Pressure Die Casting) process. Also we designed the die casting die with the simulation results of the alternator housing. The MAGMAsoft and Auto-CAD was used as computer simulation and design code and used material was ADC12(Aluminum Die Casting Alloy). We present the results of filling behavior and design of die process of the alternator housing cast. The result obtained about filling behavior and design of die of the cast showed good agreement with test result.

  • In the die casting process, the flow of liquid metal has significant influence on the quality of casting products and die life. For the optimal process design of gear housing of automobile transmission, various analyses were performed in this study by using computer simulation code, MAGMAsoft. The simulation has been focused on the molten metal behaviors during the mold filling and solidification stages for the sound casting products. Also internal defects were predicted by application of air pressure and feeding criteria.

  • BIM의 생산성과 효율성 때문에 건축설계 방식으로 BIM을 선택하는 건축가들이 증가하고 있다. 또한 건물의 에너지 사용량에 대한 인식 제고와 환경에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 빌딩에너지 코드의 필요성에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 현재 많이 사용하고 있는 2D CAD 설계방식으로는 건물 외피 에너지코드를 검정하는데 많은 시간과 노력이 소요되며 디자인 변경에 다른 즉각적인 대응이 어렵다. 이 연구의 목적은 BIM을 통한 건물 외피 에너지 모델링의 효율성을 보여주는 데 있다. 우리는 BIM을 통해 설계과정에서 디자인 변경에 따른 정보 값을 누락이나 재계산 과정 없이 동시에 산출할 수 있기 때문에 건물 외피 에너지코드 검증에서 생산성과 효율성을 높이는 데 기여할 수 있다. 연구의 절차는 다음과 같다. Revit 2011으로 만든 the Goldin at Essex Crossing 공동주택의 BIM을 사례 모델로 하여, 뉴욕시의 에너지 코드에 부합하기 위한 에너지 계획의 기준을 분석한다. Revit 모델의 설정을 통해 나온 결과 값과 뉴욕시의 에너지코드에서 요구하는 기준 값을 비교한다. 최종적으로 미국 에너지국 (U.S. Department of Energy)에서 제공하는 에너지 검증 프로그램인 COMcheck에 데이터값을 입력하여 건물 외피 에너지 성능이 뉴욕시 에너지 코드에 부합하는 지 여부를 체크한다.

  • The die easting process was used to manufacture a motor housing for automobile. Specially automobile parts were required light and high strength. Therefore simulations have been carried out die casting process of motor housing. In this paper, we investigated about characteristics of the die casted motor housing with HPDC(High Pressure Die Casting) process. Also the MAGMAsoft was used as computer simulation code and used material was ADC12(Aluminum Die Casting Alloy). We present the results of filling behavior and solidification process of a motor housing cast. The analysis results obtained about filling behavior and solidification of cast showed good agreement with test results.

  • In Korea, Housing Performance Rating Indication System was first adopted in 2006. Main purpose of the System is on developing criteria which can systematically measure the level of housing performance. Among the five categories of Housing Performance Rating Indication System, Repair Convenience is closely related to Remodeling which has been widely recognized as an alternative to the building reconstruction. Especially, as the actual housing supply level in Korea is reaching almost 100%, it is crucial to expand Long-life Housing through the effective maintenance and management. In addition, consumers should have an access to the performance ratings of apartment buildings on which they can rely on in choosing their own housings. And for construction companies, a performance code enacted by government will provide them with a standard that they can utilize in determining performance level of buildings that they build. This study examines data which has been obtained from the recent application of Housing Performance Rating Indication System and Repair Convenience category is main concern. Findings from the study will provide vital information in improving current Housing Performance Rating Indication System.

장수명 공동주택 설계 프로세스 구축을 위한 보금자리주택 계획사례 연구 - 내곡지구 현상설계를 중심으로 - (A Study of the Bogeumjari Nae-gok District for Advanced Design Process in Long-life Housing)

  • Recently, apartments have had several fundamental problems in planning uniformity caused by fixed space programs and difficulties of maintenance. So decision-makings become more important in design process which were essential to performance realization of long-life housing. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the plans of the Bogeumjari Nae-gok based on the applied designs, and suggests improvements for advanced design process of the long-life housing in the domestic market. This research procedure are as follows: (1) Analyze design guide, district land development plan and local code which have influence on design limitation. (2) Compare partial plans of joined designs and analyze each design characters (3) Implement case studies of design process due to design timetable and design elements of Nae-gok. In result, this study suggests significant fundamental materials for advanced decision-making in design process of long-life housing: details credibility and noise control, etc. This research could be useful in making integrated design process applied for long-life housing.

  • Housing Performance Rating Indication System was started in 2006. The aim of Housing Performance Rating Indication is to provide the guideline of housing performance. Repair Convenience is similar to Remodeling. Remodeling has been paid more attention as an alternative for reconstruction. Especially, now the actual house supply is facing almost 100%, it is time to keep and maintenance management of apartment buildings, and ultimately it will expand the Long life housing. Especially consumers has to have a right to select apartment buildings by comparing performance of house. For construction companies, they need a performance code that standardized by government, so they can provide a Certain performing house. This study examines data which has been obtained from the recent application of Housing Performance Rating Indication System and Repair Convenience category is main concern.   • This study is under doing to suggest application manual using assembling reference plane design & standard finish material basis upon material classification code as a tool of a linkage between building design and construction standarization in order to enlarge the applicability of house building material that is produced by the module plant. We can say the goal of building standardization intend not only the improvement of construction productibility but also guarantee of subsequent performance through automatization basis upon informationalization of building design. For a etabilishing of this condition, it is neccessary to link the standardization's result of material--design--construction field. According to this neccessity, we are going to suggest information factor that can make relative business manager easily approach to the standardization practical task.

  • Making of agreement with participation subjects is important process laying stress on presentation and a reasonable design guide line to form space order grant and synthetic space in Housing Complex plan. This study analyzed residing application specific character of design guide line that is presented to architects in general planning laying stress on plan only of 'Bongmu-dong town house' and design agreement of by architectural result that appear analyze. Result that analyze is as following: 1) Confer in 18 plan contents and integrate design or was adjusted. Being main conduct and unit plan and residing only in plan many negotiations accomplish. Architect who confer most Designs of 5 architects is 'Jean Michel Wilmott' and 'Shigeru Ban' 2) contents that confer much in plan main conduct and unit generation were details plan. Contents that is conferred with many architects are about door/core/rooftop be and asked a question about proper size of entrance. Negotiation about size was expose to the tribe of knowledge about element that do furniture and detail of necessary each space in life style of our country. We must present furnitures or detail element that appear by emotion of our country and detailed item of furnitures' size etc.. in guide line. It is immediate that creation of guide that architects can approach easily for lacking abroad architects of interests by code difference in each country is pressing. 3) In residing plan 4 architects of 5 architects applied similarly guide line in design. Most architects look by active support that make synthetic housing complex. and this is construed that act positively to make by unified residing. That plan of woods or landscape architecture and security of green area space are thing to approach on 'Environment-friendly mode of life residing only' that is general planning subject of 'Bongmu-dong town house'. 4) common question items of architects guide line of though is refered definitely when make out effective interests plan. So that can overcome legislation difference, countermeasure to make understood construction code of our country is pressing
