IoT 사례분석을 위한 개념적 틀 제시 (A Conceptual Framework of IoT Case Study)

  • 빠르게 발전하는 IoT 시대에 발맞추어, IoT 적용과 관련하여 다양한 시나리오에 이용할 수 있는 경영 전략을 이끌어내기 위한 체계적인 접근이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는, IOT를 적용할 때 시장 잠재력을 평가하고 초기 경영 전략을 세울 때 사용할 수 있는 개념적 틀을 제시한다. 개념적 틀은 널리 알려진 가치곡선분석, 생태계 분석 그리고 품질의 집을 이용하여 구성하였다. 가치곡선 분석은 소비자에게 가치를 주는 항목을 파악하는 부분과 이와 관계된 공급자의 강점을 분석하는데 이용된다. 생태계 분석은 공급사슬 상의 참가자들과 그들의 관계를 파악하는데 이용된다. 품질의 집은 공급자에게 소비자의 요구사항을 파악하고 그것을 공급자의 기술적인 요구 조건과 비교하여 초기 사업 전략을 구축하는데 적합한 분석도구이다. 본 논문에서는 우리가 제시한 개념적 틀을 IoT를 적용하였을 때 큰 발전 가능성이 있는 Car-sharing 서비스와 telehealth 서비스 이렇게 두 가지 서비스에 적용하여 분석하였다.

도시여성노인의 주거환경 선호 (Residential Preferences for Elderly Women in Urban Areas)

  • The purpose of this study was to suggest a future senior housing plan by examining the preference of aged women in urban areas. The subjects were 465 elderly women in Seoul and statistics employed for the analysis were frequencies, means, Chi-square test, multiple regression analysis. Results were as follows : The respondents prefered senior housing located in suburbs. The most important locational factors were accessibility to garden and the aged women wanted living 20 minutes apart by walking or driving from their children's house. There was a tendency of moving toward three-generation house sharing kitchen and enterence with their children or assisted living which cared by warden as they get senile -living alone, poor income and poor health condition-.

The Changes of Housing Characteristics Occupied by Two or More Households from 1995-2005 in Korea

  • This paper examines the changes in housing characteristics occupied by two or more households from 1995-2005, as a replicated follow-up study done by the previous decade of 1985-1995. The data analyzed were based on the Population and Housing Census in 1995, 2000, and 2005 by the Korean National Statistical Office. Results showed decreasing trends in the percentages of housing units occupied by multi-households and of households sharing a housing unit, while the average number of households for a shared housing unit was increasing. Detached dwellings in dongs (neighborhood) including ordinarily single-family detached ones, mainly multi-family houses, were the most often shared with other households even in the trend of the decreasing number of the detached housing. Further research is suggested to focus on housing circumstances of households sharing a detached dwelling in Dongs by the type of detached dwellings.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational performance with readiness to change and empower knowledge sharing quality as mediating variables. The survey was conducted by collecting the respondents' data by filling up forms which were designed using the google form application and collecting it using WhatsApp. This was performed on 400 respondents, encompassing employees from the National Agency of Drug and Food Control in Indonesia. The research model adopted was validated using Structural Equation Modeling technique with AMOS tool. The findings showed transformational leadership as a significant predictor of readiness to change and it proved relevant in empowering knowledge sharing quality, which in turn affects organizational performance. Furthermore, the effects of both two mediating variables was also examined, and only readiness to change significantly influenced the relationship between predictors of transformational leadership and organizational performance. The findings of this study showed the need for transformational leaders as the research focused on understanding the differences in employee character. This is required to encourage better performance by empowering quality knowledge dissemination mechanisms, with continuous in-house training activities. Therefore, the model adopted in this research and the hypotheses prove the direct effect of transformational leadership on organizational performance, achievable through the mediating role of readiness to change.

셰어하우스의 선호도 영향요인에 관한 연구 - 잠재적 이용자인 대학생, 대학원생을 중심으로 (A Study on the Factors Affecting the Preference of a Share House)

  • 현대의 세계 경제는 소유 중심적인 상업경제에서 가치 공유의 공유경제로 변화하는 추세이다. 현대 사회에서 1인 가구는 일반적인 가구 유형으로 자리매김하고 있다. 1인 가구의 증가 원인은 초혼 연령 상승으로 인한 독신 인구의 증가, 평균 수명 연장으로 인한 노인 인구의 증가, 혼인 감소, 이혼 증가, 기러기 아빠, 직장으로 인한 주거지 분리 등으로 최근에는 다양한 형태의 1인 가구가 증가하고 있다. 특히 1인 가구의 상당한 비율이 청년층이 차지하고 있고 이러한 현상이 대도시에서 흔히 나타난다. 청년층의 1인 가구의 수가 증가하면서 1인 가구의 주거수요에 대한 새로운 수요가 발생하였다. 본 연구는 1인 가구 주거수요의 하나의 대안으로 셰어하우스의 선호도 영향요인에 대한 실증분석을 하여 셰어하우스 선호도에 어떠한 요인들이 영향을 미치는 가를 파악함에 그 목적이 있다. 실증분석 결과 셰어하우스 접근성, 건축물 특성, 셰어하우스 운영 특성은 모두 선호도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.

마이크로어레이 데이터 공유 시스템 (Microarray Data Sharing System)

  • 최근, 마이크로어레이 실험 데이터의 품질과 재생산성에 대한 신뢰도가 증가하고 있어 마이크로어레이 데이터의 공유 및 활용에 대한 요구가 급속히 증가하고 있다. 그러나 공개되어 있는 국내, 외 마이크로어레이 데이터는 실험 방식, 플랫폼 등에 따라 서로 다른 데이터 항목과 포맷을 가지므로 데이터의 실제적 접근 및 활용이 어려운 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 실험 플랫폼, 데이터 포맷, 정규화 기법, 분석 방식 등이 서로 다른 기존의 마이크로어레이 데이터를 효율적으로 검색, 공유, 통합할 수 있는 마이크로어레이 데이터 공유 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 웹 서비스 기반 기술을 이용하여 분산된 마이크로어레이 데이터를 통합하며, 각 사이트의 사용자는 UDDI를 통하여 검색한 데이터를 표준 MGED 기반의 공통 데이터 구조로 자동 변환하여 다운 받을 수 있다. 정의된 공통 데이터 구조는 IDF,ADF,SDRF,EDF로 구성되어 다양한 구조의 마이크로어레이를 통합할 수 있는 템플릿 역할을 수행하며, MAGE-ML, MAGE-TAB, XML Schema 문서로 저장할 수 있다. 또한 제안된 시스템의 자동 데이터 제출기, 파일 관리자 등은 마이크로어레이 데이터 공유를 위한 다양한 부가 기능을 제공한다.

거주자가 지각한 정신건강 관련 주거의 질 분석에 기초한 주거 개선요소 (Housing Improvement Elements Depended on the Analysis of Urban Residents' Perceived Korean Housing Quality Related to Mental Health)

  • The purpose of the study was to analyze the improvement elements depended on housing quality measurement tool related to mental health. The data for the analysis was collected through questionnaire survey method from November 1, 2012 to January 17, 2013, and the sample consisted of 720 respondents living in single detached houses, multi-families detached houses, apartments, and town houses in 4 cities, Seoul, Busan, Daejeon, and Kwangju. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of improvement elements are as follows: 1) Pedestrian-threaten street from cars in physical safety 2) A secluded or dark spot and fear of walking at night in social security, 3) Indoor noise, outdoor noise, and evidence of abandoned trash heap/bottle in neighborhood in health & sanitation, 4) Illegal parking and heating control system in facility convenience, 5) Extra kitchen, number of bathrooms, and community spaces in space convenience, 6) Openness and spaciousness of indoor room, and satisfaction of house and neighborhood in comfort, 7) Management common/sharing space in maintenance, 8) Energy saving facility and environment friendly materials use in sustainability, 9) Burden on housing cost, asset value on house, and school district in economic value, 10) Reflection of residents style, surrounding building's number of layers, and neighborhood appearance of preference in housing environment image.

한.일 주거 공간에서의 거주요소와 그 이용 상황 (Residential Factors and Use Conditions in the Living Spaces of South Korea and Japan)

  • The purpose of this research lies in providing basic data for appropriate territorial adjustment within the family by understanding the relation to family members and how 'territorial dislocations' caused by differences in personal space and behavioral domains are used and controlled as living elements. As a result, the following data could be obtained. 1. General usage conditions of living elements. When the order of usage conditions of living elements is reviewed, the living elements interspersed at the personal space and behavioral territory in public and private spaces show a high usage rate, and in the case where living elements are shared with other families, many living elements are controlled by each family. Also, for living elements with a high possibility of sharing, a high consciousness for public usage is shown rather than elements controlling the territory, and the usage rate as territory controlling living elements is not high. 2. Compared to Japan, in Korea elements that can be placed at a certain location are often used as elements that resolve 'territorial dislocation', using furniture rather than objects. On the other hand, in Japan 'territorial dislocation' is often resolved by establishing a personal territory within the living space. Lastly, compared to Japan, in Korea 'territorial dislocation' is often resolved by maintaining a personal territory spatially rather than territorially.

IEA ECBCS Annex 54 방법에 근거한 PVT-GSHP 시스템 경제성 평가 연구 (PVT-GSHP System Economic Evaluation Study with IEA ECBCS Annex 54 Method)

  • This study is to perform economic analysis of a PVT-GSHP (Photovoltaic Thermal-Ground Source Heat Pump) system compared to the conventional system which consists of a boiler and a chiller. This research has simulated, developed and analyzed four systems for application in a residential and an office building which was based on the hourly EPI (Energy Performance Index, $kWh/m^2yr$). Case 1 includes a boiler and a chiller to meet heating and cooling demands for a house. Case 2 is the same conventional system as Case 1 for a office. Case 3 is simple summation of Case 1 and 2. And Case 4 is utilizing a PVT-GSHP to meet the combined loads of the house and office. The economic evaluation study was based on IEA ECBCS Annex 54 subtasks C economic assessment methods. This study indicated that PVT-GSHP system can save a building's energy up to 53.9%. Also the SPB (Simple Payback) of the PVT-GSHP system with 0%, 50% initial incentive was 14.5, 6.7 year respectively.

주거 내 PC사용공간의 사용실태 및 사용자의식에 관한 연구 (A Study on PC using State and Demand of User's at Home)

  • The objective of this study is to provide new direction on house design in consideration of the user's life pattern. To this end, pc usage status at home, demand for pc using space, and requirements for pc room interior were analyzed. A survey was taken by parents and the SPSS win.10 was applied for analysis. The survey was conducted for 2 months, starting May 2004 to see the computer usage at home, demand and satisfaction for the computer's room. The results of this study were as follows; The oldest son or daughter in a family was the main user of the computer, posting 71%. 42percent of respondents said they used the pc in their son's and daughter's room while 36% answered living room. It reflects that the whole family want to use the pc in their sharing room, or for their children's convenience. Currently, inconvenience of space-related constraints for using the pc was not that high, which possibly stems from a lack of awareness of inconvenience in using the pc. However, the need for furniture and space for refreshment was suggested. Through this study, it is expected that new housing designs need to be made to reflect these requirements into interior design and building plan for user's convenience.
